Hi, i went from over 100kg (220lbs) to 95kg (209lbs) without really noticing just by eating a little bit less every week. After some friends and coworkers asked me if i had lost weight im now motivated to keep on track. My current goal is 80kg (175lbs) but also become a bit stronger by trading fat for muscle.
I got an app from the Android store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yazio.android) and a cheap fitness tracker to count my daily steps.
Also ich würde an eurer Stelle ganz simpel anfangen.
Das schwerste ist es die Routine reinzubekommen und wirklich alles, was man isst, auch zu tracken. Auch jede Mandarine, die uns eine Kollegin bei der Arbeit angeboten hat. Wenn das drin ist, dann ist eigentlich das komplizierteste geschafft.
