I use this one, seems to help, but only if I sleep with my head in the middle. Sometimes I wake up on my side, on the edge of the pillow, and will have a head/neck ache, I think from unconsciously trying to hold my head from rolling into the divot.
My GF and I have been doing this for about 3 years. We liked it so much we bought a wedge pillow from Amazon so we wouldn't be messing with our good sleeping pillows.
We also love using the pillow when she is laying stomach down on the pillow with her vagina just back from the edge and she uses a small vibe on her clit. She cums every time we do this. I think its the ease of access for everything and she doesn't have to support herself while I can go as hard as I want. Definitely recommend!
I would very much recommend getting the light houses mounted on the wall or using this Support System. I found the tripods wobble the tiniest bit as you walk around and if you are sensitive this can be really nauseating. The supports I linked don't leave any marks and are much more stable. Plus they give you a little extra room compared to the tripods.
Edit: You will need these to mount the base stations on the support beams if you use them Clamps.
I use a toddler bumper pillow for the same back support as you and I also have used a finger to unlatch my LO to give the boobies a rest. Now, at 12 months, she unlatches herself and rolls away to sleep, then comes back later to nurse. I also have a few knee pillows that help the hips tremendously. They still hurt, but sometimes I can barely lift a leg to dress myself without them. This one is a bit stiffer and holds the knees more aligned, but doesn’t have the strap. You could absolutely safety pin one on, I just haven’t yet.
I am a stomach sleeper too and usually hate pillow so I didn't really want to get a pregnancy pillow. A wedge pillow like this one https://www.amazon.com/hiccapop-Pregnancy-Maternity-Pillows-Support/dp/B01KG84CLI worked for me.
One of the things most excited about when this baby is out is sleeping on my stomach again.
What about an adjustable hospital type table? That should work over just about any chair and depending on the model could probably handle a monitor mount.
Pretty sure this is what I have or very close: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PLMGC9C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_ENRQ5D963RY4RWAV0106
It’s not perfect but it was good enough to get me through the first week of sleeping at home.
The wedge pillow is seriously worth its weight in gold. It made both sleeping and getting into/out of bed really easy and comfortable. I got this one but I think if you poke around amazon you can find cheaper ones. The 12" height is key though!
I purchased this one from amazon. I got mine removed last week. I’ve been using it every day around the house and in my car and it works well.

I tried several and hated how firm/bulky they were. A knee pillow and this solved all my problems. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KG84CLI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_CM9TDT09ZGKVZQK6RQ37?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
My solution: support rods & clamp mounts
Easy setup / take down, with no damage to the walls. Yes, it does mean I have "safety orange" construction support rods in my living room... but it seems to blend nicely with my "decor".
Thank you!! It's not easy, but it's worth it! Here's the pillow I have, in case you were curious: https://www.amazon.ca/-/fr/gp/product/B07995B8L1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I love it and it's good quality :)
A couple of things: A recliner helps me a lot. But make sure it's one that encourages him to sit with a straight back. If he prefers his bed, he might like a wedge pillow. Either the long or short side can go on the mattress with the other side against the headboard, giving him two possible angles to try.
I hate the pregnancy pillow- this type of pillow helped me prevent the kind of pain you describe: Everlasting Comfort Memory Foam Knee Pillow with Adjustable and Removable Leg Strap, White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07995B8L1/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_V8NWMAYHCQRZSAG3NFQC
I also tried to do stretches like these with some success: https://www.healthline.com/health/pregnancy/sciatica-pain-stretches
Thanks for joining the conservative forum. Heres a link to a doughnut so you can begin the healing process. We know being a liberal for that long hurts.
red fit my room you might want a dif color
For those who would rather just throw money at the problem, here are products you can buy from Amazon to get to a similar setup without having to DIY anything:
FastCap 3rd Hand Support System 57-to-144-Inches, 2-pack #3HAND5
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000067S12/
Smallrig® Cool Ballhead Arm V4 Multi-function Double Ball Adapter with Bottom Clamp & Standard 1/4" Screw - 1138
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DJ5XH4O/
Props for a good low cost solution, though!
If you are renting and can't screw into walls, a lot of people are using posts that get clamped between the floor and ceiling and then use a little camera adapter mounted to that.
Link (might not be the best, but first ones I found on Amazon)
So, we went through 3 different body pillows before my wife settled on a combination of small memory foam wedge pillows, to support her bump and between her legs, and then a smaller softer pillow for her back.
What she bought off Amazon: hiccapop Pregnancy Pillow Wedge
She was looking forward to the body pillows but they just didn't fit her right or were too warm.
Hmm, I haven't investigated this in a while, but I like the idea of bracing the floor and ceiling. Do you mean something like this? How do the sensors mount onto the poles?
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000067S12/
(I imagine HTC will talk about this sometime before they sell these to people, right?)
I really like this one! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AK3VZBA/
I use the mini pillow on it all the time when sleeping. A 12' x 24" pillow case fits the mini pillow well and for the wedge, the company makes their own. I get two for each pillow.
I am 4 weeks post. Here is my list:
Food: crackers, protein shakes, and pineapple (helps with the swelling). Also, stay away from high sodium foods, it makes you swell more. Also, for me, eating too much hurts my incision area (the bloat), so if you are someone who bloats, watch your diet the first 2 weeks.
After the 2 weeks, I didn’t really need anything else.
https://www.amazon.com/Bed-Wedge-Pillow-Adjustable-Heartburn/dp/B07PLMGC9C
That page has pictures that show what it looks like, it's the upper half of your body. If you get one make sure it's a foam pillow, it needs to be able to support the weight. Also there's a ton to choose from so shop around for a good price. Mine was like 30 bucks.
These are the ones I purchased:
Lunix LX5 4pcs Orthopedic Bed... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085W6LHT9?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Carex Toilet Seat Riser - Adds... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000JPSHDI?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Some people prefer having a lift chair to having wedge pillows and some people prefer the pee funnel to the toilet riser. I guess it’s all personal preference, but this is what worked for me!
Got these orthopedic pillows
And they help a lot.
End of july is pretty near but a machine can be monthly rented. https://www.thecpapbox.com/
She could sleep in a recliner, or an elevated head bed, or use sleeping wedges. https://www.amazon.com/Bed-Wedge-Pillow-Adjustable-Heartburn/dp/B07PLMGC9C/ref=sr_1_4?crid=2LN560WTKU0QY&keywords=wedge+pillows&qid=1653718827&refinements=p_36%3A1253520011&rnid=386636011&s=hpc&sprefix=wedge+%2Caps%2C1492&a...
But again spending money for the period left until end of july would seem expensive.
Omg spinning non stop? Mine stops eventually i just feel hungover unsteady... cannabis can help just pick one for nausea. Dramamine or bonine. Ice pack on the back of the neck. I take lorazepam for anxiety attacks or I do breathing but you said that doesn't work. I sleep with special pillows https://www.amazon.com/Lunix-Orthopedic-Comfortable-Adjustable-Sleeping/dp/B085W6LHT9/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?keywords=upright+pillows+for+sleeping&qid=1656789989&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEySlhRWDM1M1hGQkZPJmVu... and I have a headband bluetooth I can listen to music with and cover my eyes
I got this Hiccapop pillow and it works well!
hiccapop Pregnancy Pillow Wedge... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KG84CLI?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Later into pregnancy I loved this u shaped pregnancy pillow
Leachco Back 'N Belly Bliss... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075V2DPT5?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
My daughter does this and gets so mad after awhile she starts to cry and ends up bouncing her face on and off her mattress which makes her even more mad which creates more tears and you get the point. I started putting my pregnancy wedge under the side she rolls over on the most. Solved the problem…till she started rolling on her other side. So I added another pregnancy wedge on that side. I know, I know. No pillows, blankets, toys and all the other BS you’re not supposed to put inside their sleep area but it’s either this or let her cry in a constant pool of her tears. Anyways, there’s a small pregnancy wedge on either side of her and I keep them close enough together that she sits on top of both. She’s not able to roll over now but occasionally she wiggles herself up past them. I don’t think there’s a way to stop them from rolling over once they start.

I use a couple of 3rd hand jacks with camera rig mounts
Works great, no holes in the walls of my rental
