I intend to flat hop it as soon as my next paycheck as it seemed like a reasonably easy upgrade, and the next upgrades I was gonna do after that was new barrel and possibly new spring, I just wanted to know if I'd have to upgrade a ton of other stuff along with the spring. Thanks for the info, hopefully I can get as good as results as you. Also if you feel inclined to answer, do you think that this would be a good pre flat hopped bucking, or should I just modify a prommy purple and use this nub.
Acetech seems to be trying to sell their stuff directly more now so, right from them here:
https://www.acetk.com/products/5fbdcf27dcb23e06f4000036
or from their Amazon store: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08NDW65QH
Check Evike or Amazon. I have a madbull metal one and another polymer one. I mainly use the polymer one after I read some threads on the metal possibly damaging your fill valves. I don't know if it is true, but I've broken the dumb valves with just a screwdriver and a bit extra torque, so I think they're pretty fragile overall so I wanted a polymer one to minimize that chance.
3000 PSI is not that difficult to achieve with a hand-pump.
That should allow you to get something small up to 4500 psi, even though it won't be fun.
You need to have a pump that at least is dual stage.
If you are lazy/sane the easiest way is just to get a scuba tank filled somewhere.
Thank you, I think I will get that one instead. I was considering this one https://www.amazon.com/Benjamin-High-Pressure-Hand-Pump/dp/B00460IFPW but am unsure about it
There isn't one that fits your budget. The closest you got, as the other commenter mentioned, is the acetech Bifrost https://www.amazon.com/ACETECH-Bifrost-Tracer-Unit-M14-CCW-M11-Thread/dp/B09HZ1WLBT
Get a good pump.
If you're OK with manual pumps, I like the Benjamin: https://www.amazon.com/Benjamin-High-Pressure-Hand-Pump/dp/B00460IFPW
It takes a lot of hard pumps to get to 2,500 psi (what I use for my Benjamin Armada 22 rifle). It's a serious workout!
Ya really no need to upgrade the hop up unit "upgrade" to Maxx unit just most likely to cause feeding issues. In my CYMA plat I have the modify flat hop buckling (https://www.amazon.com/Modify-Baton-Hopup-Bucking-R-Hop/dp/B07M5SH8G8/ref=pd_aw_fbt_img_sccl_1/146-4990073-6829914?pd_rd_w=yul1g&content-id=amzn1.sym.b6e57bf5-2054-445a-8980-1886178987a5&pf_rd_p=b6e57bf5-2054-445a-8980-1886178987a5&pf_...) with lambda 5 barrel. Also just an heads up to get TITAN in CYMA plat gearbox there's some Dremel work involved.
Anything Acetech is what I'd recommend. I think their cheapest tracer is like $55 and they all look like suppressors (some more than others)
https://smile.amazon.com/ACETECH-Brighter-Airsoft-Rechargeable-Lion-Battery-Successor/dp/B08NDW65QH/
The Bifrost is pretty slick and also mimics muzzle flash if you like that sort of thing
https://smile.amazon.com/ACETECH-Bifrost-Tracer-Unit-M14-CCW-M11-Thread/dp/B09HZ1WLBT/
https://www.amazon.com/Modify-Baton-Hopup-Bucking-R-Hop/dp/B07M5SH8G8 get this throw it in and youre done, exact same thing i did on my ak, no cutting no modding
The pistol does come with internal threads hidden underneath the orange tip. There are several youtube tutorials on how to remove it. Generally, just remove the barrel and place the tip in boiling water to loosen any glue and some pliers to twist it off. Pistols usually have a 11mm threading.
Just an example but something like this would work for your pistol. https://www.amazon.com/ACETECH-Brighter-Airsoft-Rechargeable-Lion-Battery-Successor/dp/B08NDW65QH
If you want one it’s here
I think I just got one on Amazon?
Is this the correct one?
> acetech bifrost
Pretty sure Amazon still has them
It would have to fit on this item
ACETECH Airsoft Gun 14mm AT1000 Tactical Tracer Unit Glow in Dark https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DCLX1TJ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_RHYE9G4RT8FQ9R5PZVZS
And maybe have the hole for the BBs come out of the urethra.
I think I found a video showing it's 14mm cw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rrv9gKMfs08&t=57s I think that means it would fit one of these https://www.amazon.ca/Brighter-Standard-Negative-Positive-Threads/dp/B08NDW65QH
Remove the set screw, use a heat-gun or blow dryer one the tip that screws on to the outer barrel. Use an adjustable jaw to get a good grip and to unscrew go clockwise. If you have a O-ring that was in between the barrel and the tip, keep it on the barrel. Get this tracer unit (ACETECH-Brighter C- for Airsoft Game, M11+ CW and M14- CCW, Rechargeable Lion-Battery, Successor of Lighter S, Fit for Shot Gun, Pistols, Rifles, https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B08NDW65QH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_MTATCKWPNFM2NX9KCD3S?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) and have the LEDs at the 12 & 6 o’clock positions.
Or replace the HopUp with a MAXX ME with the tracer unit….
I recommend the acetech brighter c, it's small and will match an arp9 nicely. It's really bright compared to most units and charges with a micro USB. It lasts long enough to use for at least a full day of gameplay (7ish hours for me). It only works with green tracer bbs though so not your choice if you want red(red ones are naturally not as bright).
Yes. I'm about 90% sure this is an airsoft gun.
Look just at the start of his "suppressor" and I think you can just make out the orange tip.
The suppressor looks like this one to me:
https://www.amazon.com/ACETECH-Airsoft-Lighter-Pistol-Without/dp/B084D2XSH4
Looks likes this one:
https://www.amazon.com/ACETECH-Airsoft-Lighter-Pistol-Without/dp/B084D2XSH4
I'm also leaning airsoft gun. The forward assist is all wrong, there are no ports on the BCG, this does not appear to be a real gun.
It looks a lot like this to me:
https://www.amazon.com/ACETECH-Airsoft-Lighter-Pistol-Without/dp/B084D2XSH4
I'm thinking this is an airsoft gun. This doesn't look like an AR-15. Look just at the back of the "silencer" and I think you can just see the end of the orange tip.
I have the same gun and I believe this will work best, https://www.amazon.com/ACETECH-Brighter-Airsoft-Rechargeable-Lion-Battery-Successor/dp/B08NDW65QH/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=acetech+high+c&qid=1625591144&sr=8-3. The SA-E05 & Core version both have inner 14mm threading on the tip of the mock suppressor. The tracer unit should fit on there with the adapter (the tracer brings this), although it can look a bit funky with a tracer at the end of mock suppressor, but for now It can do unless you replace the barrel and mock suppressor for a simple barrel based on your cosmetic desires.
Magpul MBUS Pro's. All steel construction. Expensive, but very nice.
Ok thanks so much! Motors are the one part of the AEG system I'm still clueless on. One last thing if you don't mind, can you tell me if this motor is legit SHS?
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N5XSGL1/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A36G54SM3XNEMK&psc=1
I'd like to get it off Amazon since I have a gift card, but it looks black in those pictures, and blue in the pictures I see on Evike, so I just want to make sure I'm buying a knockoff or anything.
It's a stock grenade, it's one of the ones with a big center chamber for .68 paintballs. I'm hoping that when the hyper ammo comes out, I'll be able to put in a bunch of them since they're rumored to be smaller balls than rival. I use the 90 round version: https://www.evike.com/products/92768/
And you'll also need this kit to use compressed air instead of green gas if green gas isn't legal for your events: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005WK4D9W
I would lower that tracer for new it’s 65$ shipped on amazon
I apologize I just woke up and got my specs messed up. I thought my motors were 50k torque motors but here is what I normally use that does pretty well:
