This isn't a direct answer to your question, but if you're interesting in hearing what the broad punk movement sounded like in the 70s and judging for yourself who was Ramones-like enough, I couldn't possibly recommend the compilation "No Thanks! The '70s Punk Rebellion" more highly.
It's not available on Spotify, and I'd guess not on other streaming services either. You can probably find some but not all of the tracks there. Don't, though. Pirate the damn thing and listen to it that way. Or be a good girl/boy and buy it on Amazon.
Have you seen the audio cds? I found my xl cd at goodwill for $0.99 and want the pure disc too. Wipeout has always had cool music so check it out. https://www.amazon.com/Wipeout-Xl-Various-Artists/dp/B000003RYJ
Edit: I have the album. Just checked the song in headphones with the volume turned up, couldn't hear distortion.
Edit 2: /u/marlar_swe got it perfect. Good job!
For those that are saying RoR will be on the new album. I don't think so since RoR is already included on American and European version of Babymetal first album: http://www.amazon.com/Babymetal-special-digipack/dp/B00VH693BI/ref=pd_sim_15_1?ie=UTF8&dpID=51K0MLrP1qL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_&refRID=1VRCBYKVYSCHH9YY9T2J
You can buy the CD from Amazon, if that helps:

An online video version from the dubious looking site below (I advise caution):

限定か知らないけどDVDとセットのです。
UKのアマゾンでは今の所それしか扱ってないようです。
訂正: CDのみ有りました。検索では出てこないけどOther EditionsでAudio CDを選ぶと出てきました
The whole album is great, though some tracks are weirder than others. Although it is Hal Wilner's baby, the actual artists on each track for this album are various and sundry. Details can be seen at the Amazon page here.
If you think that sound is eargasmic, you'd probably enjoy an entire album of it: http://www.amazon.com/Blade-Runner-S-T-Vangelis/dp/B000002IZM
Gotta wonder who composed this Sony sound and if they were a bit "inspired" by Vangelis here.
I feel like someone needs to say:
So...I'm saying it.
I love the good ol' Nintendo classics also - but this was one of the first game soundtracks that I bought in a retail store.
Maybe something like this? Here is a remixed version of a Herb Alpert album. Or are you thinking something more along the lines of marching band music?
I have a CD entitled Closed on Account of Rabies that has Gabriel Byrne reading Poe's short fantasy-horror piece, "The Masque of the Red Death." Byrne has a great voice for that sort of thing. His rendition is positively chilling.
The Amazon page for the CD has a brief sample.
Pick up the album "Re-Whipped". Its a remix album of a classic Herb Alpert album. Its actually really good, it has a good vibe, and chicks dig it and probably never heard it before.
I've fucked many a woman to that album.
check it out here
I know she's old enough to be my grandmother.... but Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass: Whipped Cream & Other Delights. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41HM6A0CTDL.jpg
As a plus: there's a remix album, 'Rewhipped' thats actually really good, I stumbled on it trolling a coworker with one of the songs. http://www.amazon.com/Whipped-Cream-Other-Delights-Rewhipped/dp/B000EDWM5E
To be honest I'm not sure what that version is... but the three disc set has the original soundtrack, previously unreleased music from the film, and another disc of music that Vangelis created for the 25th anniversary that is inspired by the film. The one thing I do know is that you have to be careful about what version you buy because there was a legal battle in the 80's over the music - and the studio commissioned that the soundtrack be released but performed by a different artist. Vangelis' original score was later released - but differentiating the two versions when buying them can be tough. If you want the music used in the original film, without any doubt or question, your best bet is that 3 disc set. http://www.amazon.com/Blade-Runner-Trilogy-25th-Anniversary/dp/B000Z0OX9O
