I bought this kind, but I think most cyanoacrylate adhesives will work, just let it dry/cure outside of the water.
I have this kind of super glue (cyanoacrylate), which the packaging implies it can be used either underwater or out of water, but that out of water would allow it to cure more thoroughly (it also says on the back about 20-60 sec is enough time for it to cure). Anything that's 100% silicone is also good to use, but that might definitely need to dry cure, I'm not sure. I actually haven't used it on anything since getting it (ended up tying my anubias with fishing line), so I can't be sure on the best methods, but YouTube videos all make it look easy enough.
As far as I can tell, that Aqueon kind is copper-free, and my snails, both big mystery and baby-thru-adult bladder, have been totally fine, so I imagine it would probably be fine for frogs. I actually saw yr cross-post in r/Aquariums and accidentally clicked thru to this main post, lol.
Apologies for long link, bloody amazon, but give one of these a go, you can melt the mysis in a bit of tank water and suction it up in this, you can then deliver it damn near one at a time.

Amazon frogbit looks a 100 times better than duckweed and it looks a lot easier to maintain. That piece of wood is just something temporary I picked up. Would this piece of wood be adequate?
I got a great deal on Amazon, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00F8DVAO4
I suspect with COVID it's no longer available, but you could look for the brand from other sources, or get one of the more expensive brands still around. You can use as much good tank rock as someone will part with, the more, the faster it'll colonize, if you can find someone that needs bulk you can work out a trade rate, too. Getting active tank rock with the kind of color, growth, and critters you want helps get the tank look you're going for.
the one I use is fantastic but I got it at a local coral swap event and it doesn't have any markings on it as to what brand it is but I.imagine they all work the same.
this kit I found on Amazon is almost identical to the one I have and if you take a lot of pictures of reef aquariums I definitely recommend them.
They lock in pretty good on their own, but I have holes drilled with plastic dowels and some aquarium safe silicone holding them all together.
These are the rocks I have: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F8DVAO4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have 80 pounds.
Do I need to "cure" this rock? I'm getting a 32 gallon, don't have a real-estate to cure rock in a barrel. Could anyone help me find some dead rock I could start a tank with or is this it?
It's this thing

It's rubber, and the the betta likes to rest/sleep in it, near the surface. Kind of like a those Betta hammock leafs.
