Tape your heels! Stickiest ever.
If you already have blisters, put one of those small circular bandaids over it first, then tape over that so it doesn't rip it off when you remove.
Nice pic! tell her to remember exactly where her blisters were and tape some of this magic on those spots before your next big hike!
I came here to suggest Leukotape as well. It will stick to you through sweat, water, abrasion, etc... It basically stays put until you are ready to take it off. I have even added a little tissue or paper towel to make a Leukotape band-aid to protect a blister. My only gripe is that I wish they sold it in strips so you didn't have to haul the whole roll around.
I also second the trail runners. You'll thank yourself for wearing something light and comfortable. Those boots look new and very stiff, I would recommend breaking in any shoe before going on a rough hike in them.
But that photo.... looks like it could be in a catalog, sans blood.
You can always use gym wrist wraps. There are so many variations out there, I'm sure you can find a pair that fits your need. Or, if they are too thick, then you can always wrap your wrists up with some athletic tapes.
Try some athletic tape instead, available in sport stores, drug stores and Amazon, ex:
https://www.amazon.com/Black-Athletic-Tape-EasyTear-Technology/dp/B0771MZY1J/
If you're talking about the knuckle to your thumb yeah that happens to me by my Canik tp9 elite combat.
One thing you can do is get hiking tape and tape that spot prior to shooting. It's called leuko tape on amazon. Don't tape it if it's already broken skin or blistered, the tape will rip it up worse.

I love these things. The adhesive stays attached to my masklab.us KF series masks, so I can remove the mask and re-use. It stays very adhesive too, even though I have oily skin over my nose.
On Socks.
Leukotape : Buy a roll from Amazon, and put some pieces onto wax paper. Cut into useful shapes with a pair of scissors. Store in a plastic baggie.
This helped me before a marathon last October: Pro-Tec Athletics IT Band Compression Wrap https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000G34VV0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_18KNYHS55V31MRBTX84T?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Velco straps. Buy a large velcro roll from Amazon (in your case, black) and bundle them into a tight roll. In my case, I bought custom cables and adjusted the length on things. For example, I have 3 monitors so instead of the default 6 foot cable, I'm using 10 foot cables. This allowed me to run the cables down the structure and tuck away any excess. Power strip, change to a black one, tighten up your cables and since you're rig is out in the open, consider something for concealment (a plant, etc)
The other stuff in there, the cover roll stretch, is pretty great for non-foot hotspots, I tried it on my hips for my pack pads and my shoulder for my saw pad and it worked great.
As a replacement for the band-aids (and an alternative to duct tape), I'd suggest Leukotape. If you don't remove it yourself, that stuff can stick for a week or more on the trail. Amazing stuff.
Don't take the whole roll. Use some sticker/label paper, cut some pieces, and stick them to the shiny side of the paper, like this example from Andrew Skurka.
To add to your tape thing, I've done this for my winter hiking boots and at times regular runners when needing to break them in, etc. I have found that Leukotape is the best, stuff sticks like crazy, stays on forever(I've left it on for 3+ days w/hiking w/o issue), and is mostly waterproof. For me at least it generally prevents or stops those heal blisters from forming.
My only gripe with it is that the glue does not work well in the cold. So I either need to apply in the car or warm up a section of tape on the trail. Not a big deal and happens to most tapes below 20F.

Another trick is to cut off useful sized strips and put them onto some other sticker paper(say from stamps etc) and keep those in your first aid kit. Then you don't have to carry the entire roll.
Each kit is specific to the person and the trip, but if I'm only taking care of myself, and only out a few days, I'm carrying the following: Lighterpack from GSMNP trip (scroll down to FAK). Most of that is blister prevention and treatment. The Leukotape, tincture of benzoin, and scissors are key. Leukotape is a brand name, and it's good stuff. Amazon link (not an affiliate, just a happy user) Combined with the tincture of benzoin (both an antiseptic and an adhesive), you can treat a blister well, and have the Leuko stick even when your feet are going to stay wet. To save bulk and weight, put some strips of Leuko on the silicone-backed paper that labels come on, and then trim it to the size you need on the trail. Leukotape, combined with the gauze, can make a larger Band-Aid. Scissors because scissors are easier that trimming a bandage with a knife, especially when you really want to get a bandage on. And with the Leukotape (or any tape), you'll want to round the corners to keep them from rolling up.
In case it's not well-known, the vet tape is just that self-sticking tape that they use on your arm after you donate blood. Really good stuff if you need to hold a larger bandage on.
Longer trips will get the hydrocortisone and the neosporin, but I don't normally take it because I've never needed it.
If you know you're prone to chafing, provision for that. Desitin (zinc oxide) is good stuff, and doubles as a sunscreen.
Lip balm and sunscreen are a must as well, but I don't consider them FAK gear.

I also ordered this band from Amazon to go above my knee Pro-Tec Athletics Iliotibial Band... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000G34VV0?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share.
Good luck! I hope you heal quickly and crush your first marathon!
Non-mobile: I usually just use basic sports tape to keep from getting blisters.
^That's ^why ^I'm ^here, ^I ^don't ^judge ^you. ^PM ^/u/xl0 ^if ^I'm ^causing ^any ^trouble. ^WUT?
Try Leukotape it does not come even when you want it to. You can take 3 showers and that stuff will still be on.
We used it for the Appalachian Trail (2190.3 miles) no better product out there for wrapping/protecting your feet.
luekotape is what you need. It is far superior to moleskin or athletic tape. I have hiked hundreds of miles with heavy pack as a back country guide and this is the only stuff that will stay attached to where ever you put it. Most pharmacies or a physiotherapist office will have it as well as stocked online.

Check out Leukotape P. This is the best blister bandage I'd ever been suggested, I don't buy anything else.
I use it both for known hotspots and/or after blister has formed; I'm gross and just leave it on til I think the skin has healed which can be more than a week sometimes. It stays on through showers/water crossings/swimming, is breathable, comes in a big roll.
One trick is to cut it down into more usable strips and stick it to used mailing address-sheets, the stuff you pull the fillable address stickers from, which had a mildly waxy backer and let's the sticker/tape pull off easily. If you go to a local post office they'll probably have a bunch of used ones to snag.
Good luck with the ruck and cross training.
Medical tape like this is designed for long-term wear, and is skin-safe: https://www.amazon.com/Mueller-Athletic-Tape-15yds-White/dp/B001N06OK6/
Duct tape is not safe for long term wear. As others have suggested, plastic wrap or cling wrap is a good option for transparency. You can also use rope or similar bondage gear.
Another option is to get a toy like a Lush or Hush that is designed for remote control.
I’ll link it below. Leukotape is way better than moleskin because it’s thinner and it sticks to skin better without noticing.
Since it’s a tape roll you can also cut the size as needed too. I’d slightly overcompensate for good coverage on your hotspots.

Get a roll of velcro. Both for adjustable cable management and securing things to other things. Screw a strip of velcro to the bottom of your desk and you can hold up basically whatever you want.

BSN Medical Cover Roll Stretch,... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000GCRWNA?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
This is the tape I use, it's pre-scored so I don't need label backing material to make tapes. 3M tape has a stronger adhesive, but it gave me a rash. I've been happy with this tape
There's double-sided tape on Amazon that was made specifically for this purpose. I highly recommend getting some (the one I got is called MaskTite). FYI once you "stick" it onto your nose, it's better to just leave it like that if you can—it will lose stickiness or twist/stick to itself if you keep taking the mask off.
During the exam, when I needed water or snacks, I would just lift up the bottom of the mask and leave the top stuck to my nose. Felt a little like a Hungry Hungry Hippo but it did the job.
So seems like you just need to increase the padding a little bit.
Face plate additional padding https://vrcover.com/valve-index/
For the back I’d honestly test out with some cheap foam or folded fabric wrapped around the back of the headset till you find twist works for you.
For testing this Velcro can be your best friend. Just make sure the soft side is facing outward.
My boyfriend and I use this all the time. Works for cable management and many other things too https://www.amazon.com/VELCRO-Brand-ONE_WRAP-Double-Gripping/dp/B00O2A3P88/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=2IC572CZM82UA&keywords=velcro+roll&qid=1655988659&sprefix=velcro+roll%2Caps%2C118&sr=8-3

Someone here recommended them to me and I've recommended them many times to others. I like them because they're far less painful to remove than medical tape and very strong. I have not had to try them on an Aura yet though.
MaskTite sticks very well to the Posh KF94s (and the Masklabs that I used to use). When I use it with my BLUNA KF94, it tends to stay attached to my face after removing the mask. Not as big a deal to then remove from my face, but then I have to put a new strip on the mask.
Leukotape P, precut and carried on sticker paper (like the pre-paid return labels that come with online orders)

Glield Extend 20" to... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01IVKXCL4?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
This is my t-tape around waist setup. I attach one end of the strap to the tip of the tape and the other end goes about 75% around my waist, attached to my underwear waistband. I have a couple pairs of underwear that it sometimes slips off, but it's been mostly solid.
This tape is pre-scored so I am able to make tapes without label backing material. The tape material feels similar to mefix
Instead of double socking, use Leukotape next time. I tape up before every big climb/hike: https://www.amazon.com/BSN-Medical-BEI076168-Leukotape-Sports/dp/B07KB5KSB2
