These are body pins/push pins/plastic rivets.

One of those should probably do it. You could try measuring the hole

Something along these lines. They're mostly universal.

I just went to my dealer and they gave me a handful for free.
If your looking for plastic rivets check Amazon. If you need to know the size grab a tape measure

I live in a state that does not require a front license plate but my 2014 cruise had a front mount on it when I bought it. I removed it and used regular body panel plugs to fill the holes. It's barely noticeable. Also my car is black so that helped. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MEHSLZT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_H5YA6DGE1NAMCAJHMY58
Honestly they're just these, the 7.1mm size ones if I recall: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L6FJGR4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_8EjyFbTFSEN7S They don't match with the gray, but they match with the rest of the black accents like the grill and whatnot, but they also aren't noticable.
And I'm on that same boat with you, I bought my car at 8600 miles thinking it'd be pristine, but I still find areas in the paintwork where I ask myself; how dumb was the previous owner?!
Here ya go i looked em up cause i need some replacements as well only 13 bucks GOOACC 240PCS Bumper Retainer Clips Car Plastic Rivets Fasteners Push Retainer Kit Most Popular Sizes Auto Push Pin Rivets Set -Door Trim Panel Fender Clips for GM Ford Toyota Honda Chrysler https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L6FJGR4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_quIfFbJQVQ2QQ

Disclaimer: I just searched and that’s the first one I found, I don’t know if that brand is any good or not. There’s a bunch of similar assortments on amazon or at a parts store.
It's a splashguard to limit water, scraping, and debris hitting the engine. it should just bolt and clip on, whenever you get an oil change shops will remove it each time unless it has the hatch for draining (mine doesn't).
I just took it to the shop where I normally get my oil changed and asked if they had time to hurry and bolt it in for me. I got it done for free, but it shouldn't take a shop more than ten minutes.
The Z1 version is nice and comes with everything, but the generic one I got only cost 50, but you'll need to buy the bolts and clips so It's up to you. good luck!
THis is what I used
If you already have the holes drilled you might be able to find an appropriately sized push fastener like you would have in a fender liner. They're cheap to replace and pretty strong but subtle and you don't have to worry about further stripping.
You can find all kinds of kits on Amazon. They're all just molded nylon, like these
I used these ones. The stock holes were kinda between 2 sizes so I drilled the holes a little bigger and used the bigger clips but they fit really snug and I’ll pretty happy with how they turned out.
That plastic is very flimsy because no one ever sees it, and the only time it's ever accessed is when mechanics need to access the car computer, the ignition wiring, steering column, etc. In many older cars, they didn't even bother to include a plastic clip panel.
I always take panels apart for custom car audio, so I bought a whole set. If you don't foresee the need to buy a whole set, I think you can walk into like an AutoZone, Advance, etc. and buy individual clips.
Honestly, it will probably never be a problem without that one clip
It's probably one of these, but I'd definitely look up the part number first so your not wasting money.
You can buy a kit full of aftermarket clips that work pretty good for all Honda models off Amazon for about 12 bucks. Every time I work on my car I usually break a clipper too so it's always nice to have a variety of different Honda clips on hand when you're taking apart older car. I'm usually pretty big on only using OEM parts but clips is one of the things I'll cheap out on.

Go under your car and check it out. One of these probably broke. You'll just need to pull out the old one, align the hole from the plastic to the hole on your car's body and pop a new one in.

Thank you! Having a lot of fun with it.
I saw online some things call bumper plugs - they can paint them to match your car’s color, but I just needed something glossy and black. They wanted something like 20 bucks for TWO. Anyway, found this set on Amazon. I used one of the glossy ones for this set for $13 and now I have extra retainer clips for backup.

If you’re referring to the plastic expansion pins, I picked up this set; so far, it has matched every one I’ve broken and they don’t feel like cheap plastic that shatters when it get cold.

If you’re talking about bumper cover clips I think OEM is going to be you’re best bet.
You bet.

I would need both this and this?
Some BIG channel locks because you’ll need to bend some metal to get the UCA bolt out on the driver side for sure, I can’t remember about the passenger side.

Grease gun with the correct grease for your UCAs
Might as well get some grease for your U joints too while you’re at it since that’s part of your regular maintenance
Order your struts pre assembled if you can. The basic spring compressor I ordered would not do those truck springs so I had to take mine to a shop.
When you have stock struts off and your sway bar disconnected, put on your new wheels/tires and jack them up individually to simulate full compression. Turn lock to lock and trim/cut anything that is rubbing. You can use a heat gun to re-mold the black plastic in the fenders.
You might need an angle grinder and sledge hammer for the pinch welds.
Bungee cords to hold your front linkages in place when your struts are out.
Needle nose pliers for the clips that hold the brake lines in place.
1/4” spacers under driver side leafs and on top of struts to compensate for the taco lean. You might need longer studs on your strut if you add the spacer. Or just go one clip higher in the driver side strut.
Watch YouTube videos.
That’s about all I can think of for now. Good luck!
As an 08 xD owner, instantly recognized the shape of bumper.
Order a new fender liner on Amz for <$30.
Don't forget retainer clips. (The generic rubber ones suck. These make life a lot easier)

I bought these when I installed my mud guards. There's like 3 different types in there that work.
