My understanding is the official Tesla mats for the Model 3 are in fact made by Weather Tech. Hence why there aren’t any Weather Tech mats if that makes sense.

You will see lots of recs for Tesmanain, but I’m not a fan. They look just like weather tech.

3D-MAXpiders are what you want. Best all-weather mats I've ever used in any car. They look/feel premium and actually enhance the look of the Model 3, IMO.

Should fit. I got mats off Amazon for model 3 and just got the 2021 model 3 a couple days ago.

I bought these from amazon. I was a little worried that they would look a little too industrial but they are surprisingly great! For $85 I don't think you'll find anything better.

I had some bendy bits in my husky mats during installation as well. But they started fitting perfectly after about a week. Just make sure everything is lined up and the clippy bits are lined up with the pointy bits on the floor. Stomp it down and make sure its all where its supposed to be. Come back a week later to perfectly fits

I got this one. Dunno if its the same one as yours but I'd say give it about a week, if its still that curvy, ask for a new set

Congrats! I just purchased a Niro too, although the HEV and I went with the Maxliner floormats on Amazon, just got them yesterday and they fit great. I also picked up this Center Console Organizer and so far I like it too. Crossbars came with mine, but I haven't put them on yet. I'll either wait until I need to use them or my wife gets annoyed that there is a big box taking up room in the garage. hahaha

I’m located in Canada. So not sure where you are located. But I got my delivery estimate date and then 2 days later I got my VIN and my delivery was scheduled about 5 days after that. Happened quite quickly!

I second the 3D Maxpider, had it almost a year now in my 2017 CX-5. Looks great, cleans easily. Amazon has it for a few dollars less than Walmart.

I believe Tesla did make a change on the back seat floor. The 3Dmaxpider mats show the difference:

There was apparently some interior changes that moved the seats forward slightly or something. You can compare pictures of the 2020 floor mats here to see the shape differences

Yup! It was a big factor in buying this over other similarly sized SUVs. I'll spare you the story about how I looked at overpriced teardrop trailers then lamented getting a Tacoma with a 5ft bed instead of a 6, but I really like being able to sleep in the back of a vehicle so I don't have to worry about rain or wind.

This is the one I picked up! Admittedly the fit for the rear seats isn't 100% perfect, but it's the kinda thing I'll only notice because it's my car.

Neither, keep in mind that any mat with a pattern will in time emboss that pattern into your carpet... which is the thing you are trying to protect. I used the TAPTES in my M3. They lay nice and flat, they fit up high and tight to the firewall and they are easy to clean with no deep pattern to hold grime.

Taptes are THE way to go, they fit great, they have a rough backing so they don't move around at all, no giant brand name label and they go HIGH up behind the gas peddle and the dead foot rest (unlike many brands), best of all they are super easy to clean because they don't have any deep rows of grooves or thick tread like pattern to hold on to dirt. Just a quick once over with a stiff brush does the trick.

Another advantage is they are flat on the back so they wont leave your carpet with a pressed in grooved pattern once removed, important at resale time. I mean you buy mats to protect the carpet not cut grooves into it.

You can get the ones provided by the dealer or aftermarket.

I personally got these and am very happy with the fit and the quality.

The Tesla ones are good. But I highly recommend the Taptes ones on Amazon. They fit perfectly on the floor and they wash off dirt really well.

It's only about $100 on amazon right now for front and back as a package. I just ordered mine for my '22 CX-5 Turbo. I'll update on how they fit. Should fit fine.

I love my maxpiders, although in hindsight I wish I had known about the tux ones because they provide a bit of additional coverage with those flaps that the maxpiders don't have. Having the maxpiders though, I love the fit, feel and upscale look. I honestly you don't think you could go wrong with either brand.
