I just got the skunk 2 front camber kit, it was around $200 on Amazon, still have to put them on tho. I was having the same exact problem on my tires. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001P2EZXK?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
My advice would be that if the water pump isn't leaking, leave it where it is. This is a thankless task.
They make many different types of repair kits for damaged drain plugs. I would for sure try a repair kit before swapping the pan.

You might be able to use something like that on your car. It depends on if your front struts bolt directly to the steering knuckle. I know some Hondas do and some don't. The description says it fits Civic SI hatch backs.
You want an oversize plug that's designed to cut new threads.
Look at this one. Notice the threads are tapered at the end and there's little slots cut in there? That will catch in the existing hole and cut new threads as you tighten.
Notice this design is intended to be installed in the pan and never removed again so the new threads aren't damaged. You use the smaller inner plug to drain oil in future
Could you please share a picture without the iPad ? I know this is the one you are using : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TXHJ1P9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 But I need to see your setup

I use two of them. You can turn the iPad to face you or you can push it back to the center so everyone can see. I went through quite a few and this was the best. Very high quality, metal, extends. You can face the iPad in different directions, and you can unscrew the tightening screw to move the whole arm up or down. The magnets are very strong. I tried Scosche and a few others. This one is sort of expensive, but it is worth it.
Get a piggyback bolt set, thank me later.
What do you have that isn't stock besides wheels? You say they are 225/45/17, but those are tire specs, not wheel.
The only adjustable thing on these cars is the toe, so they might just not be able to give you a good alignment no matter what. Camber bolts are $25 on amazon, and these should give you enough to straighten out your toe while still having whatever camber settings you want.
For the rear you could get RLCAs with camber adjustment for about $240, but I think there are cheaper ways. You'd also want to get toe arms if you are adding much camber and aren't able to get the toe you want.
What is the actual alignment spec you're going for? Seems like 0 camber 0 toe?
My guess on the 2 piece upper control arm is so it can be changed out without messing up camber. if your 02 is the same as my 99 your going to have camber issues after you replace the uppers. so your going to need something like these. https://www.amazon.com/Moog-K80065-Camber-Adjusting-Kit/dp/B000C59Z68/ref=au_as_r?_encoding=UTF8&Make=Ford%7C54&Model=Ranger%7C696&Year=2002%7C2002&ie=UTF8&n=15684181&newVehicle=1&s=automotive&vehicleId=2&vehicl...
Just to confirm: I only need these bolts to adjust camber on a stock BRZ? It sounds like I should also relocate the OEM bottom bolt to the top hole once installed?
Does your Tahoe have a camber adjustment kit on the upper control arm?
It looks like this: https://www.amazon.com/Specialty-Products-Company-86375-Camber/dp/B000WCUXU8
It’s going to be located at the inner mounts on the upper control arm.
If so, you can loosen those up with a 21 mm wrench and turn the bolts to pull the top of the tire in.
The more expensive way would be to get an alignment, but that will also make sure your toe is good after making the camber adjustment.
