I can't say if that's a good lift or if those tires are too small, but I searched for the part number of that lift kit and several stores pop up. From a quick glance the price ranges in the low $2000s
MotoFab Lifts F150 - 2.5 inch Front Leveling Lift https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I5054M6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_TT6SZ55AGBD0KPTG0Y9H?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Here’s the link where I got them. 2.5” level just on the front. The F150s come with so much factory rake I don’t see any point in lifting the rear. Sits pretty much completely level now.
Rough Country 2" Leveling Kit (fits) 07-18 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra 1500 | 07-20 Suburban Tahoe Yukon/XL | 1307 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006R7AW6M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_Z524N6RYG9Z4TRCBP0AC?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
There are cheaper ways to do it but this is simple and convenient. The other easy option is ome springs for the rear although they're sold individually and this seller only has 1 left in stock. https://www.amazon.com/Old-Man-Emu-CS033RB-Spring/dp/B00HR0GU14/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1489122512&sr=8-1&keywords=xj+ome+leaf
Also, the kit you originally linked is about $50 cheaper on amazon.
I actually discovered this recently after talking to another member on here, daystar stopped selling the 1.25" body lift that me and the other guy have
For some reason they now only offer a 1" body lift that replaces all mounts and bolts. It's not a huge deal but I don't know why they did that
On quadratec they're selling for $160, on Amazon they're selling the same kit for $120
You can see it comes with everything plus a transfer case shifter bracket in case the shifter binds up after install
Mines just the motofab 2.5. ordered from Amazon, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I5054M6/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_4RKPKA6FPMJS8124THKH
I mean, I see the difference. If others don't see it then whatever. I'm just here to take in some truck fun...lol
I put the Motofab 1.5” level Kit on my ‘16 FX4 while changing my rotors last winter and I couldn’t be happier. Inexpensive and fairly easy to install.

I can't edit my post on mobile for some reason so here are the links - my apologies, the mobile version also showed the hyperlinks as working when I posted!

So you have a 3 inch lift and added shackles what kind which ones?
Would this work...
So I have a '98 TJ that had "GASP" 3" body lift on it. They'd moved the radiator shroud and basically it was all screwed up.. I ended up pulling the 3", going with a 1" Poly lift by Daystar similar to this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001GH5OBG/ref=psdc_15717401_t1_B005TTZLE2 . I really love the poly mount over hard pucks.. I also did a M.O.R.E Bombproof motor mount, and put the radiator shroud back where it belonged.. More is about $25 over the cost of the one you have picked out.. https://www.mountainoffroad.com/bomb-proof-motor-mount-kit-yj-tj-xj.html . I really loved the combination. THe Poly gave it just that little amount of flex the OEM mounts have, and since it replaces the OEM bushings, you get a brand new ride, instead of the worn rubber flex on top of a puck. Way better for me.
Supreme Suspensions - Cherokee Lift Kit 2" Front Suspension Lift + Adjustable 1.5" - 2" Rear Suspension Lift + Transfer Case Drop Kit Jeep Cherokee XJ Leveling Kit (Black) PRO https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IU34QH2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_F2AfAbPGR2753 Comes with a transfer case drop if it's wobbling at high speeds after installing it but mine didn't need it. I got a shop to do it for me and it got pretty expensive for the shocks and everything, but I'm glad I didn't do it myself he was telling me all the crap that he had to work around and I wouldn't have been able to deal with it. Very worth it though
Think this should cover it.
As I don't have this personally, I've heard this will yield more than 4" - like 5-6". There's a 2" that supposedly yields more like 3-4". Since you're bone stock, you'll like get more lift.

I actually have the zone 3" lift and I love it. But I have an 06 LJ, and a much longer rear drive shaft which means I didn't need a SYE. A regular TJ absolutely needs it and would require hundreds of dollars more upgrades. I wouldn't have gone 3" if I had a TJ since I didn't have the money to upgrade the driveshaft
I had the fat bobs coil spacers installed on my ZJ (which fits all TJ/XJ/ZJ) and it was good quality and fit great. I didn't get longer shocks and eventually flexed mine out and ruined it so I'd recommend getting 2" longer shocks. These are the ones I would choose because you ride quality is dictated directly by your shocks. And with the parts I listed you're under $500
Shop around but these should give you an idea. I would look for a name brand.

For the spacers you need to go steel and not aluminium.

You can do both in an afternoon. You will need a torque wrench and a spring compressor. Other than that standard tools to take off a tire.
Hope that helps.
