I use this one, seems to help, but only if I sleep with my head in the middle. Sometimes I wake up on my side, on the edge of the pillow, and will have a head/neck ache, I think from unconsciously trying to hold my head from rolling into the divot.
The worst pillow ever. That being said, if you are looking for an incredible pillow that can help to solve your neck pain, try the below:
Coop Home Goods - Eden Adjustable Pillow - Hypoallergenic Shredded Memory Foam with Cooling Gel - Lulltra Washable Cover from Bamboo Derived Rayon - CertiPUR-US/GREENGUARD Gold Certified - Queen https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LYU7V4S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_jgg3DbVJHZ01R
Dude same. Always left ear. For anything. Sleeping. Over ear headphones. Sunglasses. Whatever. I gotta get me one of these

My entire family is currently using Coop pillows, they feel absolutely great. I've also heard really good things about the Purple Pillow for back sleepers, but the price tag was a bit hard to swallowq
Just wanted to chime in and say that I'm currently using the same pillow. It's been pretty great to me so far, but I've only had it about a year, so I can't speak to its BIFL longevity (yet). That said, you can easily add/remove/replace the memory foam pieces inside over time, and it comes with about an entire pillows worth of extra foam. That should, in theory, give it an effectively infinite lifespan. It's also made in the USA, fwtw.
It's an especially good pillow for side-sleepers, as the best side-sleeping position is to tuck your arm under the pillow, and this one accommodates that really well - that's the main reason I purchased it. Unfortunately, a lot of other memory foam pillows are either way too thick, or are made out of a single piece, which makes tucking your arm less ergonomic.
Just make sure to follow the directions about tossing it in the dryer before use, otherwise it's going to be really lumpy. Throw in a dryer sheet or two you like the smell of, as well, as the initial smell can turn some people off. Drying removes a decent amount of it, and the rest fades pretty quickly with use.
Edit: /u/mewithoutMaverick reminded me below that I actually purchased the cool gel infused version of this pillow, which is slightly different, and slightly more expensive than the one linked here. But, if you're a hot sleeper, it's well worth the extra cash, imho.
That's my 2¢.
Yeah it holds up, not as good as my Amazon hotel pillow... THESE are the fucking bomb.
Trust me, I dislike Mike a lot and want to say they are shit.
All I can say is they are overpriced. Not shit, but overpriced.
Also, as I said Mike sucks, but he does pay his workers a decent wage for the area.
I got one as a present from family. It wasn't terrible but the quality wasn't great. It felt like any other pillow you could get from Walmart or Target, and it was nowhere close to the quality of a comparable pillow like Coop Home Goods foam pillows (which I use). Prices are about the same but the quality difference is fairly large.
Putting it here for those interested.
It’s only got a slight latex smell too, so it’s not overpowering. At least mine was faint.

This one has popped up a lot. I tend to sleep on the hot side and like a specific loft that is hard to find. I'm going to pair it with a bamboo one I saw at Kohls since it's a decent price. The two bamboo ones I bought from Amazon are too large lengthwise and don't feel supportive enough.
I just got a wedge pillow for sleeping and I think it helps a bit. If you have severe apnea it won’t be enough but maybe worth trying while you wait for a sleep study?

I've never tried the Purple pillow outside of a showroom floor. When I did the regular one seemed meh. The hybrid Purple Harmony one seemed a bit nicer. I'm a side sleeper so I liked the height on that one better.
What I ended up going with and loving is this one. https://www.amazon.com/Coop-Home-Goods-Adjustable-Hypoallergenic/dp/B01LYU7V4S/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=coop+pillow&qid=1624943613&sr=8-6
It's super soft and solid, but it still provides a lot of support. It doesn't overly contour at all for me personally. Also, it's adjustable by adding or removing the filling. I ended up adding all the extra because I like a tall pillow.
I did at first but eventually my neck pain got too bad cuz those things are not meant to be real pillows. So I found an actual pillow with a hole on Amazon
If you like the "adjustable" shredded foam concept and just don't want to support the MyPillow guy, I've had this pillow for 3ish years now, and it's still going strong. I've been super pleased with it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EINBSEW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_rJWbGb2DR5BEF?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I have four of these from Amazon on my bed and love them. They retain shape really well and for someone who likes their pillows a bit more firm, they're great.
This post actually brings up something: taking care of your things if you want them to last a long time, especially something like pillows. I have four pillows that I've owned for 20 years. They are filled with shredded memory foam. They've lasted this long because I can wash them (hand wash, cold water, dry flat) and I have top of the line pillow case covers. I have $125 invested in each pillow, and I will have them for life because I will take care of them for life. I'm on my third set of covers.
This one has a high rating on Amazon.

I got these and have enjoyed them so far, reasonably priced:

Yes, they are worth it. I use them for my skin. I purchased the pillowcase for my sister and mom (both huge fans) because they both have alopecia (hair loss, some eyelash loss and some eyebrow loss). It is hard to say exactly, but since they have begun using these products, they've both told me theyve noticed a difference in eyelashes and eyebrows (not sure if this is because theyre falling out less often but I'm so happy with their experiences.

If you get one, I highly recommend the website, Dermstore. I don't know why it's not way more popular because it has everything. They have better deals than Ulta or Dermstore, rewards points, 20 percent off coupons like every time you order, and more Discounts.
Anyhoo. I recommend purchasing the "Slip" silk pillowcase and "Slip" silk eye mask (it's a good deal if you purchase them together. Just make sure that you buy the right laundry wash for them and only hand wash them because they are very gentle.
Also, recommend this pillow. I know it looks weird and uncomfortable but it molds to your head and neck shake and becomes incredibly comfy. I've had mine for... 3 years?

Yes. Absolutely.
The right side of my face is saggier (eye. mouth, cheek). Doctors have asked me if I had Bells Palsy at some point.
There's not much that can be done besides certain cosmetic projecedures (like botox) which I believe are temporary.
In order to not make things worse, I personally use the "Your Face Pillow" (it works. it looks funny but it works.
There's also silk/satin pillow case pillows (I like the brand "slip", change change side of the face you sleep on nightly. Another thing I do sometimes (if I dont have my special pillow, is I will place my pillow under my face in a way so that only my mouth is on my pillow, my hands are clasped and held under my nose. This way my mouth and the rest of my face are at the same level...if that makes sense?
EDIT: the pillow is called Your Face Pillow

My spouse and I have Chiro-Flow pillows. You fill them with water to the desired firmness. These things have absolutely changed our lives. When we travel by car, we bring our pillows. When we travel by plane, we lament that we couldn't (didn't) bring our pillows.
The ones we purchased from our chiropractor (a good one, not a quack) have a lifetime guarantee. If they ever leak (which hasn't happened in the 2+ years we've had them) we need to bring the cap into the chiropractor's office. They'll deal with the company to get us a new pillow free of charge.

I have this one and it's absolutely amazing. Comfort level is that of your old stuffed animal from when you were a child. Feels so good.
I've got a buckwheat pillow that helps keep head and neck secure and in place throughout the night. It's not soft, and takes an adjustment, but being able to minimize movement in the night makes a huge difference for me.

It's also refillable so I can get it really plump so that my neck is level and the pressure is taken off my shoulders. I usually have a line of pillows running along my back, too, which helps me shift some more weight on them so it's not all on my side.

I've also tried sleeping with a pillow under my ribs before but it was actually really painful for my ribcage. Maybe it wasn't flat enough but I sleep fine without it on my Purple mattress (also recommend).
I literally just bought this in King size with my shiny new Prime membership:
Is there any difference? I don't mind paying a premium for better quality. So far in what I've researched, they seem identical. One just has more reviews with a 1 star advantage as well. I still have time to cancel.

After surgery I used this https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B073Z3ZQRQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 to keep me from rolling onto my side, and something like this to make back sleeping more comfortable https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B081QM8CXH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Compré esta en amazon cuando el dólar estaba a 2000. Ahorita sale muy cara pero si se la puede permitir, sería muy buena opción.
Ugh yes this is me. I've had to make several changes in the past year to help alleviate the headaches and sore muscles in my neck. I got the Coop Pillow because you can add or remove the fill to adjust it. I've also gotten a standing desk which helps alleviate the forward-head thing most folks do when sitting down. I also do chin tucks and I do some manual release of my sub occipital muscles with a tennis ball or this (overpriced but helpful) knuckle thingy.
I’ve been on the hunt for a new pillow for awhile but everything felt too high or stiff or too fluffy. I found this Coop pillow where you can take or add fluff to however you like.
I got the Coop pillow and you can add or remove the microfiber fluff inside so that its the perfect pillow.
I'm a stomach sleeper and have a bad neck due to a disc replacement and this pillow was a godsend!
