I believe its one that comes with the nzxt case but you can buy it separately as well. I think it's called the NZXT "puck" or something like that, and sells for $19.99 on Amazon
Did you know Amazon will donate a portion of every purchase if you shop by going to smile.amazon.com instead? Over $50,000,000 has been raised for charity - all you need to do is change the URL!
Here are your smile-ified links:

If you have metal nearby, or a metal PC case, the NZXT puck is a great option.
NZXT sells the puck seperately from the case. It's available on their website, or on Amazon.
This is the only stem cap I could find on Amazon. Do you think this would fit on my bike even though the bolt is already in there?
Fair enough man, I personally don’t have one that goes under the desk, I have one that sits on my desk, I got it as a gift and it’s pricey for a headset stand but it has RGB and usb slots so I guess that’s why.
But for you maybe I’d suggest this one?
But if that’s not your style since it’s magnetic and usually goes on the pc perhaps this one might do, just simple under the desk
I’ve linked two on the cheaper side so hopefully that helps abit!
Get a Puck and hang it from your case/ whatever nearby metallic object you have.
Had mine for years and it's done it's job perfectly.
So there isn't any question of whether it will work. It's more a matter of worst-case scenario I'd need a new headset.
I did find this FSA headset when trying to guesstimate what would work on Amazon. Amazon FSA Headset . Seems to look almost exactly like my existing one visually and based on the listing has a 36/45 lower bearing so maybe that would work? I wish I could tell if it's the exact one I have.
I believe u can run a tapered steer fork in your straight 1 1/8 headtube with a conversion headset like this https://www.amazon.ca/Cane-Creek-40-Conversion-Headset/dp/B00BWA7L5O
There are headsets you can buy to use straight steer tubes in tapered headset. The most common in this one https://www.amazon.com/Cane-Creek-Tapered-Headset-Conversion/dp/B009ZN0T0Y
Cane creek also offers stand alone races to convert
Called NZXT Puck ... magnetic, split-able, $20 Amazon.
Probably an NZXT Puck. I got mine off Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/NZXT-BA-PUCKR-B1-Puck-Management-Headset-Mounting/dp/B01MS666V4
A genre. Hardcore punk. Common themes include: me against the world, I will work hard to rise above the challenges of life, fuck you. I listen to lots of Boundaries, True Love and Down To Nothing when I lift. I swear it makes the weights lighter.
As far as the headphones, I sweat like crazy too, sound isn't amazing but these have done me well:
Mpow Flame Bluetooth Headphones,... https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B075XFBXB5?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
You can purchase it separately from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/NZXT-BA-PUCKR-B1-Puck-Management-Headset-Mounting/dp/B01MS666V4/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=nzxt+puck&qid=1556114626&s=gateway&sr=8-1
it's called a puck. Comes with the case. But you can buy it separately.
It came with my NZXT Case, but you can buy one here!

It is magnetic, so it will stick to any magnetic surface.
Quick question, I just purchased a Soma B-Side along with their rigid fork. Would this headset work? Thanks

A Park FTS-1 is about $300, and similar VAR and Campagnolo tools cost much more. I have no doubt that there are more budget options out there, and if the OP wants to invest in a their money in one-time use tools of dubious quality for a job he clearly doesn't understand how to do, well then they are certainly free to. Who owns this tool? Next-level bike nerds (ahem!), and bike shops, and neither are going to be eager to loan their tool out to some rando (especially since one performs this task in exchange for money), so I stand by my point that no one is going to let them borrow one.
It's all well and good to keep the bike original, but the statement that 1" threadless stuff is hard to find is the what I take issue with. If you can order a 1" threadless headset with Prime Now for $30, then it's not hard to get.
huh... What is it, then? Like, what is the puck thing?
It's actually a cable holder doodad by NZXT. But it's magnetized and works great for holding my headphones as well.
Hey, thanks for your insight. This unfortunately goes a little over my head. I will likely just read your comment to the mechanic and see if a light comes on. I'm also confused because I feel like I see more Cannondales with ENVE cockpits than I do with Cannondale parts, yet I can't find anything about my specific situation online anywhere. So I feel like I've either got a special fork (e.g. somehow fake?) or a confused mechanic. But I don't have either the vocabulary or the insight to adequately prescribe any solutions. I was recommended this but I'm not certain that this is what I need.
Lastly, I keep seeing things like this on forks for sale online:
"Has 1-1/8 to 1 1/2 inch tapered steerer tube that is 300 mm in length."
In the case of tapered steerer tubes, does this mean that the tube can be cut in order to accommodate a narrower diameter?
You'll need a ZS44|EC44 headset, like this, but other brands make similar options.
If you have some wheelsets already, I'd get the fork that allows you to use those wheelsets. Otherwise, thru axel seems to be the new cool thing. Not sure if it'll change your life or anything, but that's the way things are going. You'll be able to find plenty of wheel options either way.
I'm terrible at bike fit, so I know nothing about what stem you want.
