I just discovered the beauty of rosewater, and it's amazing! I use this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001U2BUJW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_bsn3AbQA0VY2A My easily irritated, acne-prone skin calms down a lot when I spray this goodness on. Flakes disappear, complexion looks plump and bouncy, and I don't even need moisturizer after!
You can use fractionated coconut oil. It doesn't solidify and washes away cleanly.
Heritage Store Rosewater & Glycerin makes my skin super soft on my body and prevents moisture from escaping my face.
May also be worth trying lanolin, I use it mostly for my lips as a night treatment but sometimes I'll apply it to my hands then sleep with gloves on, my hands are always baby smooth afterwards. You can get a good-sized tub of it for around $9 on amazon, this is what I get and it's been amazing: https://smile.amazon.com/NOW-Solutions-Lanolin-Environment-Protectant/dp/B000I1OYNK/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=lanolin&qid=1588733865&sr=8-4.
Coconut oil can be more clogging to me! I’d recommend jojoba, bio oil, burts bees!
This is what I use!

Fakespot seems pretty unreliable itself (note that it doesn't really indicate whether reviews are fake but whether how reliable it thinks they are). Short reviews or reviews that follow a certain format are considered 'unreliable', however, that could capture a lot of legitimate reviews in that bucket as well. For example, a legitimate 5-star review that simple said "I loved it!", would be considered unreliable. Additionally, Amazon has seemed to recognize this problem due to sellers complaining and started purging certain reviews which has lead to Fakespot also considering the number of purged reviews when determining a product's review reliability.
I think a better way to find good products on Amazon is to only buy from reputable sellers and to also look at the 1 - 3 star reviews. I find the negative reviews give me a better indication of whether an otherwise well-rated product is actually going to work for me.
In terms of Argan Oil, I've used this one. The Fakespot ratings for this product seem to have fluctuated between 10% and 50% reliable which is not great, however, the product is labelled as USDA Organic 100% Argan Oil and it behaves like I would expect Argan Oil to based on buying in the past from physical stores.
Edit: I'm actually also curious where Fakespot actually gets their revenue from.
if you do end up using a chemical exfoliator/peel to help with hyperpigmentation, pleasepleasePLEASE use sunscreen every day, even when its cloudy or rainy. your skin will become more damaged in the long run if you don't use sunscreen, as chemical exfoliators are breaking your skin down and the new skin that is revealed can become especially sensitive to the sun and its rays. a great cheap chemical exfoliant i like is from a brand called the ordinary, but you should definitely get a peel suited to your skins needs. not every peel works for every skin type. also look into bio-oil, i haven't personally used it but i've heard its absolutely incredible for hyperpigmentation, stretch marks, etc. i've struggled with acne and scarring my entire adolescent life and now into adulthood, and i work in a spa so i completely understand being a little self conscious about acne scarring. i hope this helped!
I don’t know about that kind... but this is what I did/used. I had no issues with sticking.
I am an advocate for using both silicone tape and oil/messaging. It takes a bit of a routine to make it work at the same time as the tape won’t stick to oiled skin. I would wear my tape until it was time to shower. Take it off the night before. Oil/message. Sleep. Shower in the morning. Retape. Repeat. I could wear the tape in the shower if I kept my boobs out of the water most the time. So I did that here and there. I got bad about taping around 4 months and then started only using the oil. Taping is time consuming and can start to get tedious.. I use the oil instead of lotion when I get out of the shower and just do some rubbing on my incisions for a min or two. It’s pretty quick and easy at this point. At my 6 mo follow up my surgeon said my scars look more like I’m 1 year post op. Not sure how much was genetics or scar care, but scar care can only help right? I’ll link the products I used below. I would not recommend the strips that are shaped like an anchor scar/ made specifically for breast reduction as everyone is shaped different and it may not match up to your scars perfectly. It’s easy enough (and cheaper) to purchase the long strips of tape and just cut off and place accordingly. I even cut them vertically to get double the use out of it.

Bio Oil is a classic! I used this and if I was feeling particularly dry, I’d also use some gold bond lotion. If you don’t do this already, put moisturizers on immediately after you get out of the shower. Helps lock in the hydration!
I have dry skin and bought Thayer’s aloe Vera witch hazel and was too harsh on my skin (had a burning sensation and left skin red when applied).
The one I TOTALLY recommend that I have been using for a while now is a Rosewater and Glycerin spray (Around $8 on Amazon ). I’m on my 4th bottle already, and omg it is so good! It leaves my skin so hydrated! (I usually spray all over face and let it dry without rubbing it). Since it is not expensive I totally recommend you give it a try.
I’d take the glycerin spray a step up and use a [rosewater glycerine spray](www.amazon.com/dp/B001U2BUJW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_VcmNCbWWPX40F). There’s vitamins A, C, and E so your scars should fade faster and rosewater is also anti-inflammatory and gentle on the skin. Only downside would be smelling like a rose.
Bio oil will help, but it won't happen quickly. Microneedling is mostly for things that can be repaired by your body quickly. It speeds up what is already fast. Thus, the process of fading scars won't be very effective with microneedling.

Hello,
I used to have a really bad hyperpigmentation on my legs due to allergies. I never get to wear dress or shorts because I was so afraid people would look at my scars, as if I’m not taking care of myself.
Then, I came across with BIO-OIL in Amazon and it helped lightening my scars. I’ve been using it for a year now; although, it took a while for my skin to regenerate but I’m happy with the outcome.
If you plan on using Bio-Oil, you can mix them with your regular lotion. I noticed that the oil is a little drying when you use it regularly. I also use a loofah when I shower to take out the dead skin cells during the process.
Hope this helps!

It depends, certain coconut oil is okay for toys. I’m using it quite a bit, it’s less messy and I haven’t had an issue yet. I just use a washcloth but there may be better things out there. I used to find glycerin in the grocery store (might carry it in drug stores too?) but now I just get it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Solutions-Vegetable-Glycerine-16-Ounce/dp/B0019LWU2K/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1538168604&sr=8-3&keywords=now+foods+glycerin

You're welcome, hope it helps!
There's scarring from breast reductions too, it's something you'd have to deal with either way. We're an A cup and we still need to bind to be flat-chested, it's still a hassle, though we're looking into trans tape while we wait for surgery.
Either way, I think it's about what would bring you relief and comfort and make you feel happier in yourself and your body instead of what other people think. Passing stuff is hard and I get not wanting people to clock you as a trans guy because of your scars, but they'd be a part of you, just as much a part of you being a man as anything else.
Also if you want good recs for scar treatment, my friend used this post-breast reduction and their scars are a lot better now.
My friend used this for scar healing post op. Second getting the pillows, also easy to put on shirts. Saw someone else recommend a hoodie with pockets to hold the drains in. Table / containers by bedside.

I cut the tape vertically as well to make it last longer. I didn’t need it so thick.

highly rated Bio-Oil
https://www.amazon.ca/Bio-Oil-Liquid-Purcellin-Oil-125ml/dp/B004AI97MA
Could probably purchase at your local drugstore as well
Yup! You can get 4oz of pure jojoba oil on Amazon for ten bucks!
Sorry for the insanely long url below (can't figure out how to shorten it). This is the product I have, but I would just buy the cheapest pure lanolin you can find. I'll bet they're all the same. Lanolin comes from the wool of sheep, but you probably know that. I did not worry about consuming this or any of the products, but I already use all kinds of skincare products, eat meat, and wear lots of wool in the winter, so this did not seem like a big deal. https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Solutions-Lanolin-Environment-Protectant/dp/B000I1OYNK/ref=pd_bxgy_img_sccl_1/135-0233195-5034639?pd_rd_w=9QA2k&content-id=amzn1.sym.7757a8b5-874e-4a67-9d85-54ed32f01737&pf_rd_p=7757a8b5-874e-4a67-9d85-54ed32f017...
I found one on Amazon.ca that is 100% pure lanolin. So you use is much lower then typical products which have other ingredients. 200g for $20. LINK - LANOLIN
All natural vegetable glycerin. I use on my skin too. Just mix a bit in with my lotion in winter or the dry patches I get on my face. It does wonders.
Ok - I have given this rec before but I didn’t know this existed. Fractionated coconut oil! It’s what my rad onc told me to use on my skin as a light moisturizer (before the heavy ones were needed) and you can put it in your hair to soften it too. I plan on always having it now for dry skin, hair, etc. Fractionated coconut oil
Have used in this exact application. Pump makes convenient if you have belt holder that's used for massage oil. Absorption rate is pretty darn near best I found for both applications as it it's a good balance between absorption rate on the skin but doesn't have to be reapplied over and over if using internally, not to mention it's all natural.
