You can get very similar keychains and even necklaces off of amazon. I ordered a necklace (though it still lists his 300,000,000 bounty, but I still love it) for about $13 USD the other day, and it is holding up great, and even has a little straw hat charm on it. there were other ones with the newer bounty I believe, but I wanted the one with the faster shipping.

If you can get things on amazon, maybe go to an Amazon Locker and fund it through a friends debit card or something, then get a pride bracelet or something.
