Looks like a standard TV wall mount, custom shelves for each console, and custum cut and painted raceways for each cable. Any slack is likely coiled behind the TV.
Looks like one of these cable raceways, or something similar.
Ideally? Conduit in the walls.
Worst case? Something like this.
What a great view! Also, I really love the idea of the frame TV but I feel like that console underneath ruins the illusion because it’s such a “TV” setup. A little cable management molding and you could ditch the console for an even cleaner look.
Can also blend it in with something like this: One-Cord Channel Cable Concealer - CMC-03 Cord Cover Wall Cable Management System - 125" Cable Hider Raceway Kit for a Power Cord, Ethernet Cable, Speaker Wire - 8X L15.6in, W0.59in H0.39in, White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07D8WVJWF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_GKoEDbCEG26T6
This was a life saver for me and absolutely worth its weight in gold.

Found em on amazon, looks bigger in pictures but you can get a fair chunk of cables in them.
They're great! Both are from Amazon. The ones underneath my window bench that look like shoe molding are called D-line cable raceways. The one to the right of my buffet is modular so you can make it turn in different directions. It's this one: https://www.amazon.com/Raceway-Management-Channel-Paintable-Concealer/dp/B07GPFDL1K/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=cable+raceway&qid=1613078687&s=electronics&sr=1-3
Something like this should work great to help it blend in a bit and not stick out from the wall.
Also, hello fellow Salt Lake-ian (I'm technically in Cottonwood Heights, but the PO occasionally decides I actually live in SLC for some reason lol)!
I don't know what you're working with space wise, but I'm guessing your best bet is some sort of cable raceway
Your biggest concerns with raceway would be style (paintable/non/color?) proper length, and width.
If you don't want to drill holes and fish wire search for "cable raceway" on amazon or elsewhere. There are packages like this one and are sleek and unobtrusive, meant for only a couple cables in a home environment.
They stick on to your walls via adhesive, can be run along wall ceiling or baseboards to be relatively out of the way leaving a nice WAF but still getting the job done.
If you have particularly long runs to go the whole house you might look at lowes or home depot in the electrical department for longer units. They'll be a bit bulkier, not come with adhesive but can be more cost effective $/meter.
Have you considered this? Just look into some cable management/ cable tunnels.
They're not invisible but after a few days you'll think they are.

Everyone do themselves a favor and get these.
I also adhere the power strip to the back of the tv or tv stand. Keeps everything hidden and off the floor.
I got these from Amazon. They work well although opening them up to add or remove cables can be a bit stiff.
Also, the planters are from Target. They come with fake plants, but I replaced them with actual succulents.
Ok. Here's the issue i have with some of these recommendations:
My personall recommendation is as follows:
Get a Cable Raceway that goes under your desk like this one
Use double sided tape to affix the transformer to the bottom of your desk or the wall behind it
If you're going to do under desk cable management, try Startech raceway (pictured is 2"x2", but you can get 3"x3" too, for almost half the cost of that metallic monstrosity. I got the idea from Edward Lee.
Also, get yourself one of these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00008VFAP and stick them under your table after cutting them to your table size. Cables can go in and out without dangling everywhere.
Link to diffuser channels? I’ve used these in the past and they look sharp.

These kind of cable cover worked my me. I cover the cable all the way. Plus it actually looks more tidy than just have cable showing.

These worked really well for me. I ran all of my cables (except for pc) down the back of my monitor mount, then through the j channels; anything that had to go beyond that is Velcro’d or zip-tied to the back of a desk leg so it’s not visible
You should try these! It’ll hide the cables a little bit on the TV. It looks great, but I’m sure hiding those would make it look just that much more amazing. Congrats on the setup and enjoy!

this shit saved me from wire hell.
I have a fan white noise, and monitor plugged in. I keep cords tidy by running them through a cord hider thing? This on Amazon

I also use one of those bulky child proof plug things for the essentials- baby monitor, so she can't ever unplug it. I suppose she could unplug her fan or light but the sockets are baby proof ones that just close if you unplug something.
I have her bed, a few baby safe toys, books, etc. an ikea storage cube thing that is typically used as a room divider but we lay them on their sides for the kids. It also hides the plugs where stuff is plugged in. Make sense?
Take out non critical. Mount anything you are worried about. Keep the rocking chair and stuff. You'll need it. Shoot it's 1:30 am here and I'm rocking her back down (cutting eye teeth and bronchitis yay)
Thanks man! Yep got it from Home Depot. It’s absolutely perfect, just make sure you condition it. I used John Taylor’s Butcher Block Conditioner.
For the cable management I used the following:

on the cheaper side, nothing crazy, but definitely works wonders and will keep the cords out of reach from the cats!
This thing worked wonders for me!
StarTech.com 2x2in Server Rack Cable Management Finger Duct w/ Cover - Open Slot Wire Raceway for Network & A/V Cables (AD2X2) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00008VFAP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_T02eFbSFVNYQA
this is the item I use for the Desktop Management.
I also shared my cable management above the desk before
In General the cables are just stick in the spacings of it. The exception is the Charge cable of my charge pad that comes from a different diirection and holds the cables in Position. They are sticked to the table and still can be opened completely on the back or also just be slided to the side .
Mine is the EVEO 150” Cable concealer from Amazon. It took 15 minutes to install, comes with adhesive and screws. Use the screws. She pulled it off the wall with just adhesive.
I like it. Bonus points if that socket has USB plug-ins.
You should run a small piece of cable raceway to hide the cord between the shelf and outlet.
No sorry it doesn’t
It’s just a simple ”Cable Cover Channel”. Example below on Amazon (this one is far to wide for a single cable though so need to find a smaller one.
