this is one we have https://www.amazon.com/Poke-Dot-MacDonalds-Poke-able-Poppin/dp/160169024X there's all different categories though
He has a few.
I Could Pee On This - It's a book filled with cat related poems. Very funny read. Plus, it offers some accessible poetry.
Also, Maus I & II are good additions if you're looking for graphic novel entries.

u/poem_for_your_sprog's name is Sam Garland, and is a he.
Here's his book.
"Sam" is conveniently gender-neutral name (insomuch as that matters) but Sprog's book description says "his": https://www.amazon.com/Poems-Your-Sprog-Sam-Garland/dp/1981229329
So we were similar and I was really wigged out. It didnt matter how many people assured me that it was normal and he would catch up. I didn’t give a shit about Einstein not talking until he was five. Nothing was going to change inside my head until he started talking. Which he did! It took until he was a little over two and a half. Now he says all sorts of weird things. Sometimes not always super clear but we are getting there.
I am going to introduce you to the most annoying youtube channel in the world. It is called songs for littles and we watched it while we were waiting for speech to kick in. And then later our teacher recommended it. You will find yourself speaking in this weird enthusiastic singsong voice. But it did help.
The teacher did a LOT of play therapy. The poke books were some of my son’s favorites. She would have him repeat animals and then he got to poke them.
It seemed like for my son, there had to be a reward. You can get a small box with a surprise toy. (Just any toy, does not have to be new) and try to get him to say open. It was rewarding to see the object, even if it was something he played with all the time. Then that led to “open please”
It’s mostly repetition. We had a solid three months of narrating our life. Such as “oh you want a drink? Ok mommy is going to make your drink now. Just one moment and you will get your drink. Here is your drink! Does your drink taste good?”
Its a lot but you will get there! Now he eavesdrops and repeats everything to everyone. 🤪
It is from a famous children's book in English.
speaking of hookers and blow:
https://www.amazon.com/Hookers-Blow-Christmas-Munty-Pepin/dp/1777225124
they save christmas!
I love Christmas with just my husband, and getting him gifts. They don’t have to be expensive, and no cheap gifts aren’t automatically junk. Make an effort to think of things they like, things they’ve mentioned or paid attention to.
They don’t have to be expensive things. I’ve gotten my husband things like a coffee cup that he mentioned almost a year beforehand, a pair of binoculars for birdwatching/stargazing, a book of poems by cats (“from our cats”).
I know Amazon does this. You could print the way that children's books are, short and in full color throughout. They DO NOT have to be politically correct, See Hookers and Blow save Christmas, or Get Out!: I'm Trying to F**k Your Mother
They are real! I give the first one away as a joke every Christmas.
Don't forget to also pick up timeless classics like "Put Tony's Nuts In Your Mouth!" and "Brenda's Beaver Needs a Barber".
I like them! Many will fail to see the humor.
Sometimes they actually sell. Sometimes well. There's a story of a tow truck and snowblower on Amazon right now (It's seasonal) Hookers and Blow save Christmas.
If this isn’t creepy enough, then del Toro should tackle the stories in Struwwelpeter next. My parents were German, and I actually had this book as a child - it’s full of gruesome stories with horrific outcomes for children who don’t do as they’re told.

How about
Really bizarre and quite frankly racist childrens book.
or could try The Night Dad Went to Jail: What to Expect When Someone You Love Goes to Jail (Life's Challenges)
I think it's a man named Sam Garland. He published a book and anthology a few years back. Here's one of them: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Poems-Your-Sprog-Sam-Garland/dp/1981229329
As the dictionary says, a sprog is "a child; baby"; in this context "your sprog" is your child, or perhaps your inner child.
In the case of what I wrote, "Sprog" is short for /u/poems_for_your_sprog ...the reddit user who makes poems for your inner child. Sam also has them in book form!.
I just need to put in a quick plug for The Sneeches and Other Stores by Dr. Seuss, it is totally his best work. The Zax is part of that collection. It doesn't speak to veganism or anything, but the messaging is awesome nonetheless.
490 Reading&Writing is not it. I'd recommend starting from reading children books like "The Cat In a Hat" https://www.amazon.ca/Cat-Hat-Dr-Seuss/dp/039480001X/ref=asc_df_039480001X/?tag=googlemobshop-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=296010172964&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=528823912091817342&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdv...
Got this for a buddy’s birthday that used a very similar schtick…

Is this from I Could Pee on This ?
It's been ages since I've opened my copy!
Since I never see him do it himself, everyone should remember that Sprog has a book. If you like his work, you can support him with more than fake internet points.
This text should be helpful for understanding the situation.
Speaking of which, my girlfriend got me the bestbook for Christmas https://www.amazon.ca/Hookers-Blow-Christmas-Munty-Pepin/dp/1777225124&ved=2ahUKEwjf3d3q6oL1AhWTNX0KHTzlATEQFnoECAQQAQ&sqi=2&usg=AOvVaw2rvoznxedZzpBePkaxY_uc

They've published a couple poem books, poems for your sprong and The mouse in the manor
I had a copy of it growing up (Dad is German) and in 2008 while in Germany I bought a copy for my kids to enjoy. And today you can just buy it on Amazon.
> S/He’s not writing poems about child trafficking but human nature.
Not that it has any importance to this discussion, but poem_for_your_sprog is a dude
