Or maybe this one? I don’t know the brand. I’m just recognizing the designs.
Amazon has lots! You need to look for compression socks that list the compression range. Usually for POTS they’ll recommend 30-40mmhg.
These are my favorite socks (i tried tons): https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01CYI94ES/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_BXWH3BXRDC1KDR855H9A?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
And these are my favorite longer stockings but they don’t work as well as the socks: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001D06BZE?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
In my experience knee high and thigh high work about just as well. Get the knee high ones. You’ll need firm or extra firm compression but they’re sort of hard to put on. Mine are 30-40mmhg which is what is used for POTS.

As for electrolytes, a lot of people like vitassium but personally I prefer to drink pedialyte, it works better for me. Hi-lyte electrolyte concentrate also is my other go to. It’s the most cost effective one I’ve found.
I got these. They go over the knee and are only light compression (15-20). That’s what my doctor recommended. I found the sizing chart to be quite accurate, just FYI.
Congrats on the good anatomy scan!
I wore compression stockings during a trip in September when I was on my feet a lot and getting a little swelling in my ankles. It took a couple days to get used to them, but then it was fine (and no swelling!).
My OB advised that the thigh-highs were more comfortable. He said that for my purposes (travel) I didn't need the kind where you get fitted at a medical supply place. And I didn't need something super-compressing. I ended up getting these.
Even though the compression level is weaker, they were still tight to put on the first few days. What I really liked was that the silicone beading did it's job: I never had a problem with them slipping down. They were super secure. And at least after a few washes, the silicone still worked fine.
Also, with a doctors "letter of medical necessity", they're FSA-eligible, if that's relevant.
I took my measurements and took to Amazon! A lot of them are nude or black with lace at the top.
EDIT: Here are some links to my favorites /u/satumaatango , and congratulations on your big day!!

To my people who rock knee pads for Gi and no Gi. What brand/type do you use? I'm looking for support, as well as protection. I use this for my left knee but doesn't stay on like I would want to. I run a few times a week on my days off from the mat, and my knees get weak from time to time. Just looking for suggestions or recommendations on what you great people use.
I also use compression socks! I bought these Sockwell socks on amazon. Prices are $21-$25 and I use the Amazon Prime free shipping option.
Are you talking about this? http://www.amazon.com/Dr-Scholl-Japan-Wearing-Slimming/dp/B001IWOFY6
I bought this in Japan just out of curiosity, one for summer and thicker one for winter, and wear it after workout if I feel sore. Does it work? Not really...nothing special, though I'm not as sore the next morning. Like /u/philotima said, might as well get real compression wear to improve circulation.
Sometimes they're $5-7 cdn when on sale at Don Quijote (Japan)
I have something very similar to this, but I do not believe it is quite so specific as yours. It's just sort of general orthostatic hypotension. Simply keeping my salt and water intake up mostly does the job. But not always. It is interesting to find someone else who takes midodrine!
I would suggest that you try to search out compression stockings to aid with issues of standing. I suggest these, which I have found to be the most comfortable compression stockings available. However, you can get ones with higher compression levels (anything about 20 mmHg or higher). They are expensive though, and you have to keep very good care of them.
