I'm not sure if this is one of the ones you found, but this set does include different bottom rows to accommodate Corsair, Razer, etc. I bought this set for my K70 and can confirm it has the correct bottom row.

This one. I can only compare with CM Storm QuickFire Rapid, which I tried at store, and it's pretty decent.
FYI: here’s a 68

The percentage sometimes refers to key count, but “65” has come to mean, more or less, a 16-unit-long board with arrows on the far bottom right.

E-Element z88. I’ve had it for about a year, it’s great. Not sure of the switches but I’m pretty sure they come in Outemu blues, reds or browns. Great keyboard for about 40 bucks. It comes with rgb so that’s a bonus, and on top of that you don’t have to solder to change the switches. You can find it here
You can get a MagicForce 68 for $40 on Amazon.
How in the world is this a deal when it goes for ~$95 MSRP at Amazon?: https://www.amazon.ca/Logitech-Mechanical-Keyboard-Tactile-High-Speed/dp/B009C98NPY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1489468950&sr=8-1&keywords=g710

The Tecware Phantom 87 is an interesting board.
It seems to be virtually identical to the GMMK TKL but with Outemu hotswap sockets rather than the more universal sockets used in the GMMK. The software for the Phantom even works with my GMMK TKL, so they're apparently using the same VS11K06A microcontroller.
At only $39.99 on Amazon, that's a really reasonable deal.
I think you need heavier tactile switches. A board with outemu purples would be perfect for you in my opinon
mx browns aren't that tactile and they're just overall bad scratchy switches
here's what you can do if you want something cheap: Get this board off amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Element-Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard-Switch/dp/B01FXF7HFC/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1521265056&sr=8-3&keywords=z-88
and buy these switches: https://mehkee.com/collections/switches-and-parts/products/outemu-switches-purple-teal?variant=48787280079
overall the cost will be around $71 and you'll have to replace the switches yourself (which is really easy, you just pull them out with the included puller tool and replace them with the switches you buy)
They’re from Amazon.

Personally, I don't think you can go wrong with a Magicforce 68 as an entry level mechanical keyboard. Qisan sells them on Amazon with Outemu switches, another Cherry MX clone similar to Kailh switches, for about $40 here.
Amazon reviews can be a good indicator. Out of 1,539 reviews (which is a lot for a mechanical keyboard), it gets 4.3 out of 5 stars. 65% are 5 stars and 15% are 4 stars. You may still want to check out the 1-star and 2-star reviews to see if any glaring problems come up. $86.50 seems like a good price for a board with Cherry browns. Link
The keeb in your ebay link is "Manufacturer refurbished: An item that has been professionally restored to working order by a manufacturer or manufacturer-approved vendor. This means the product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in the original packaging. See the seller’s listing for full details." $58 seems like a great price if you trust the refurbishing process.
The Phantom 87 from Tecware is really easy to upgrade to Gazzew switches like the Bobagum and the U4 family. With this, you can get a full sized keyboard for less than $100, that sounds like a $250 board. Obviously, you can also swap out keycaps and add case foam.
Upgrading a prebuilt may not be the most fun option, but it is super cheap and very easy.
TBH, I'd just buy a cheap one off Amazon. I use the Magicforce Mechanical Tenkeyless with brown switches, it was 30 bucks, and it works great. I also am a transcriptionist, so I type all the damn time, and it's stood up to a whole lot o' typing and it feels great. Any of the other knock-off switches and cheaper brands are usually pretty good, too. No need to buy a more expensive mechanical keyboard now that they make them cheaper now. You're just paying more for a name.
It's 40 now: https://www.amazon.com/Mechanical-Keyboard-68-Keys-Magicforce-Qisan/dp/B01E8KO2B0
It's good. Have to use function keys for F-keys, but I don't find it to be a problem. They have similarly priced ones with F keys.
I'm in the same boat as you. I really want to build a custom keyboard but it's just impossible for me to justify spending $200-$300 on a keyboard.
It's not all bad though. I purchased this keyboard off Amazon a couple months ago and it's definitely an upgrade from my old Logitech membrane keyboard. The keycaps aren't the best and the Outemu switches certainly aren't as nice as some of the other options out there. But, it's still a very pleasant keyboard for a reasonable price that will hopefully tide me over until I'm at a point in life when I can afford to build a luxurious custom keyboard.

Can find them on amazon.com too not sure if in UK. I use these ones on my k95 xt. Can also be found by the same brand on ebay.
That's good to hear. I could've sworn my K2V2 had double-shot ABS but I promptly threw on some PBT caps and was very happy with the change regardless.
It's just some random set I got off of Amazon while I wait for GMK group buys to come in. Here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08L7YXQ43/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's not a bad set for the money!
Thank you!
I got them from amazon! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08L7YXQ43/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 is the link! They are much nicer than I expected for the price and have a ton of different sizes of keys for whatever you might need! They are a little tight on the stems of switches but that's the only issue I have had with them. Other than that I really like them!
They are PBT caps from Amazon. Super impressed with the quality actually.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08L7YXQ43/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Yes, just that. It's nearly impossible to find a single set with sculpted keycaps that work with the K2's nonstandard layout.
Going for an unsculpted set means you don't have to worry about the gradient which increases the compatibility. No worrying about the R1 End key for instance.
The keys most to look out for are: 1.75u R-shift / R1 end / R2 home / R4 page up / R3 page down / 1u R-ctrl / 1u R-alt / R4 generic to replace the light key
For example this one is missing the 1u R-ctrl / 1u R-Alt / R1 End / R2 Home. Looking at the 75% keycaps sets will typically have a few keys missing as well.
At 2:29 PM EST, the Qisan Magicforce 68 w/ Outemu Brown switches goes on sale for Amazon Prime day here. That is, if you currently have Amazon Prime of course.
Welcome to the sub!
If you're looking for less expensive options there are a ton of boards on Amazon in the $30-60 range that would be great for figuring out what you like in a board. The MagicForce and Aukey options are fairly popular, and have a design that allows for fairly easy cleaning. There are also different switch and size options there so you can shop around for something that looks nice to you!
There are loads of people here who know more than me, but I hope that helps!
They’re called 9009. GMK makes them but this is a PBT set on Amazon
Tecware Phantom 87 RGB probably one of the best budget keyboard's i have used. Brown switches are modular and replaceable too which is a nice bonus. https://www.amazon.co.uk/TECWARE-Phantom-Mechanical-Keyboard-Outemu/dp/B079HTZQYV
Kuro Shiro seems to be similar to what you want, but i believe the GB just finished so you can't get those, it has had multiple runs though
assuming you've probably already seen these
you could just look for "BoW japanese keycaps" and you'll probably find what you're looking for
Idk what you mean by wireless keyboard and mouse but if it's not one of these https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Wireless-Keyboard-Multi-Touch-Touchpad/dp/B005DKZTMG I recommend you get one. It even has a left click button in the top left corner so you can use the track pad with your right thumb and click with your left. They are amazing for remote computer operation.
Lots of people dislike HK Gaming (because of their copying), but it is one of the only caps i found that are very easy to get.
can be bought on amazon.de and shipped to CH for free. it is QWERTY layout tho. I didn't care because i don't look at the keys while typing anyway. Also there is no 1U ALT and 1U CTRL key for the bottom row, i've just put WIN + FN1 + FN2 there. OCD nightmare, but i gave up searching for a CH layout
i know little to nothign about japanese language, but are these what you are looking for? https://www.amazon.com/Japanese-Minimalist-Suitable-Mechanical-Keyboard/dp/B08L7YXQ43/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=monochrome+japanese+keycaps&qid=1627275716&sr=8-6 not sure if they are katakana or hirigana
