Hopefully everyone sees this, but you can buy an under desk PC mount, the 3m one seems best in my opinion, that you strap your PC into basically, and it hangs under your desktop. So it's nowhere near the floor, and it's off your desk.
Also, being "suspended" underneath the desk, it can get air completely around it, top bottom sides front and back, providing maximum airflow.
Edit: went ahead and got the link for this thing off of Amazon, it costs about 76 bucks, but well worth it when it does the aforementioned while also holding your pride and joy safely...

It's a under desk tower mount. Was a bit scared because my tower is bit heavy but it's been stable for 2 weeks now.

Thanks. This is what I got: Liitrton Mobile CPU Stand Adjustable Computer Tower Stand with 4 Caster Wheels Fits Most PC (Black) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083DMYKC9/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_G8C9W7XV7G0PX50HM4YY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I use the vivo cpu cart, it is low profile, can be rolled if needed, and is pretty easy to install. Also it doesn't raise your computer too high off the ground, so I don't even remember that I have the computer on it. Here's the link.
I got something similar to this a few years ago.
Well... If you put it on something that elevates it from the floor it'd be a little bit better, for example: https://www.amazon.com/Bestier-Computer-Holder-Caster-Wheels/dp/B07QNVJZYV/ref=sr_1_9?dchild=1&keywords=PC+stand&qid=1621387959&sr=8-9
I don't know which size you'd need though
Certain models will definitely fit. I assume the Uplift model may even fit as well. The foot print is very small. The reason I believe they don't bundle them with the tabletop size that small is because it "could" get in your way since there is less leg room. I assume you wouldn't have issues if you put it as close to the leg frame as possible.
I'm unsure how much your PC weighs, but you can save some money getting from Amazon. I just got my Uplift desk setup this weekend and I got this CPU Holder from Amazon for half the price. Holds up to 22 pounds. I was only using mine for my UPS unit so it worked perfectly. There are other cheaper options on Amazon that are still less than the Uplift holders.
maybe something like this?

I have the holder linked below and it definitely has better airflow than when it was on the ground. It's worked fine for me. There's clearance on all 6 sides for airflow.

"PC Desk mount" is what i searched for on amazon, and this is what i have installed here. I did not make use of any of their mounting hardware though, and i used four M6x40mm bolts with nylon locking nuts and washers straight through the desk.

I've used this before for a pretty big workstation. Reviews show people putting PC's up to like 45 pounds on it without capacity issues.
I use this for my O11D and it has been rock solid.

You don't have the desk space. On the floor
https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Computer-ATX-Case-Adjustable-CART-PC01/dp/B074P76TBW/
I went with this one. It's like the vivo one, but is on a sliding track and has 360 degree swivel. I haven't mounted it yet, but it's built pretty well.
Yeah. You can get one for 16$ on Amazon. Link Here It's adjustable and has wheels to easily move around.
If you're wanting to save money you can just get a block of wood or small table to put your pc on top of.
Will AMD's CPUs be available when announced though? My concern is that I'll wait a month for the announcement telling myself it's right around the corner, then another month for the CPUs to actually be for sale, then I'll think "oh I'll wait another month for sales around the holiday season", and when I do eventually buy something, I'll think "was waiting really worth missing out on several months of higher quality gaming?".
I'm ok waiting for improvements and better prices, but I need to draw the line somewhere or I'll never pull the trigger. I just don't know enough to draw the line in an educated manner.
I work from home doing general office work but I use a work mandated laptop on a docking station. I believe I'd want to upgrade my primary monitor to something greater than 60 Hz, but I'd like to stick to IPS and 27". As for a case, it's attached to the underside of my desk using this mount so I don't really want any fancy lights or anything. Accessing the case once it's in place can only be done when all attached cables are removed so I think that should be kept in mind. I have too many cats, and although the case isn't directly on the floor, it would be nice to be able to filter any cat hair that may flow through it. I haven't looked at cases in over a decade so I'd love some recommendations. When I use my computer I'm mostly gaming, so I just need it to work :). I suspect I may want a bit more RAM than usual, as I like heavily modding some games (e.g. KSP, cities skylines, and very recently Skyrim). I'd love some parts list recommendations if you're interested in providing them!
if you really want to they make hardwood carts to put pcs on under your desk so no dust intake, it could really add a lot of space (especially for that xbox over the edge)

I think if it was well designed, you can probably get away with it. The one you linked is terrible designed unless you plan on bolting it completely though the tabletop. Depending on your computer, it is likely heavy and unbalanced. That is a lot of weight to trust to a pole.
Please consider something a lot more heavy duty, unless your computer is worth $100 and you don't mind any damage it causes from smashing on the floor.
I recommend something like this:
I don't have that exact one, but something similar. You want something that has a wide area of contact with lots of screws.
Doesn’t sound like you would have any issues with the controls. You would probably just have to configure all the controls in the emulator settings. The Xbox one controllers don’t need to be paired to the ALU to work with the emulator. I would connect them to the computer.
If you need your pc displayed on your tv, you will need to move your pc near wherever your tv is. You could get a computer cart so that it’s easier to move around if everything is on the same floor.
Something like this
If you want to keep it on the floor, at least have the case on some sort of floor stand a few inches off the floor. There are PC case floor stands which are designed for floor locations. Here's one that I got from Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Mobile-Desktop-Computer-Rolling-Adjustable/dp/B003BYRO7O/ref=sr\_1\_11?crid=2TL5A9TPQ77PW&keywords=pc+case+floor+stand&qid=1666635162&qu=eyJxc2MiOiIzLjk1IiwicXNhIjoiMy40MCIsInFzcCI6IjIuMjUifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=pc...

Says it's unavailable, but it's the Mount-It Heavy Duty Under Desk mount.

>but I can’t seem to make it even look decent, without putting my pc on the floor
No, you can't.
So the way I see it you have a few options:

Of course your PC is important, and you want to take care of it, but the tower doesn't need to be in your face all the time. I certainly wouldn't commit 25% of my desk space to it.
I like these. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003BYRO7O/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I run an air cleaner in the rooms where I have a computer and have the robot vac run daily. Computer stays reasonably clean.
This is the one I’m using - VIVO Adjustable Under Desk and... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MEDE9WO?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
If you got the cash I bet you can do even better but this thing is solid, pretty clean from an aesthetic POV, and had survived me slamming into it MANY times.
There's not really a benefit besides freeing up space on your desk. If your floor is carpet and you have bottom intakes then you can put it on something like this.
Mount-It! Heavy Duty Under Desk... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KXD9C54?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I have a huge desk but moving the pc under it was so awesome. But I've had a nice pc for 20+ years,I can understand wanting to see what you built!
I would get one with sides so the case is not so easy to tip, Ikea has one for 30, or amazon for 20
VIVO Computer Tower Desktop ATX-Case, CPU Steel Rolling Stand, Adjustable Mobile Cart Holder with Locking Caster Wheels, Black, CART-PC01
Depending on the room available under the desk in the back, there is and "under the desk" attachment you can get on amazon that will hold your pc above the carpet.
There are mounts available that let you "hang" your PC off your desk. That way it won't touch the floor.
Something like this. I can't vouch for this particular product though. Just an example.
