I saw your last post where you were giving a few away for feedback, and I held my tongue then but your product is pretty far over priced. You have to compare your product to this highly reviewd and cheap ($12.18) hose holder. And it is a nice hose holder, I own it, and love how the hose holder is actually on a retractable elastic cord, so it pulls when you need it, and retracts when you don't. Before I got that hose holder, I used to simply run the hose around the frame of my headboard, similar to how your 'cat ear shaped' hose holder would hold the hose, it wasn't good, the coil of the hose (ridges) would run back and forth over the ridge edge of the headboard and make a noise that would wake my wife every time I rolled over. I've had my hose holder for about 6 months now, and it folds down to fit within the same carry bag my Dreamstation came with; I've taken it camping about 8 times in that 6 months, and about 3 business trips.
Your product seems inferior to the one I pointed on Amazon, and would need to be less than $12.18 (and that includes shipping).
this works great:
https://www.amazon.com/North-American-Healthcare-JB5651-Holder/dp/B0034CHMRU
the base fits under the mattress, so no screws or anything is needed. instead of the side of the bed like on its box, I put it at the head of the bed
let's see...it's rated 55Ah
I don't know which machine you have, but a resmed needs about 49Ah for a full night, if pressure is 12 cm h2o, with humidifier.

if you use a dc converter:

so sure, that would work well
This is the one I bought. Which I found from the r/CPAP group :-)

I’ve used several of them over the years. I keep one at home and one in my travel bag. I’m currently using this one; it works well and folds up small enough to fit in my Airsense 10 travel bag.
One modification you might want to make: rather than put it on the side of the bed as most of the pictures show, I put mine at the head of the bed, which works better for me because I can position the hook directly above me. It’s also out of the way when I make the bed. I have a metal lattice headboard, so I ended up tie-wrapping the pole to the headboard to prevent them from banging against each other.

I love these things. The adhesive stays attached to my masklab.us KF series masks, so I can remove the mask and re-use. It stays very adhesive too, even though I have oily skin over my nose.
A hose lifter (like this one) will help a lot. It’s somewhat dependent on your mask’s design, but it works well with most masks.
this one is ok:
https://www.amazon.com/Eliminate-Tangles-CPAP-Hose-Holder/dp/B003UAHWOE
it goes in-between the mattress and box spring. I put it at the head of the bed, not the side like in the picture.
Does your mask have the tube coming from above or below? I use p10 nasal and the hose comes from below this works well https://www.amazon.com/North-American-Healthcare-JB5651-Holder/dp/B0034CHMRU/
If your hose goes over the top of your head something that clips on the headboard is good
I've used this one for over a year, I have it under the corner of my front bedframe which puts the holder about 9" above the top of my mattress, it's been a life changer. :)

Oh neat, I didn't realize there were CPAP pillows, I just did some Amazon research and fast shipped this one:
Thanks for the idea!
airsense 10 is the machine, what mask are you talking about?
are you washing the straps per the recommended care instructions?
amazon has the hoses, I assume you mean heated:
https://www.amazon.com/ResMed-Climate-AirSense-10-AirCurve/dp/B00NN7KMG4
It holds the hose above the person sleeping so it doesn't get in the way when they turn around at night.
I sleep on my side with a full face mask and there are pillows with notches for your mask if you feel like the pillow is creating a comfort issue. Or just sleep on the edge of the pillow so your mask hang off the side. :) It does take a while to get used to it.
I use and highly recommend a hose hanger. With one of those the tension on the hose would wake you up before it pulled your machine off the nightstand.

I would recommend that you not use the humidifier, but a 12V adapter works very well. I use them with my battery backup since it's more efficient than going from the 18V DC battery, to a 120V AC, only to be stepped down to 24V DC for the CPAP.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P6H994Q
I tested this one when I gave it to my brother for use with his Airsense 10. It draws about 6w at 12cm-h2o, or about 1A at the 12V outlet, which is safe for all outlets. Even if you do leave on the humidifier and the heated hose it'll still only draw about 7A at the outlet, which a decent outlet, say near the driver, should be rated for.
I have a Siestamed Hurricane CPAP dryer. All of the little bits go in there and they come out dry super fast. If mine died tomorrow, I would purchase another without hesitation.
https://www.amazon.com/The-Hurricane-CPAP-Equipment-Dryer/dp/B005SV6DMU
> If you have a CPAP that runs on 24v, then you should look for battery packs that specifically have 24v DC output capabilities.
Or you could use a 12v-to-24v power supply car adapter.
There's double-sided tape on Amazon that was made specifically for this purpose. I highly recommend getting some (the one I got is called MaskTite). FYI once you "stick" it onto your nose, it's better to just leave it like that if you can—it will lose stickiness or twist/stick to itself if you keep taking the mask off.
During the exam, when I needed water or snacks, I would just lift up the bottom of the mask and leave the top stuck to my nose. Felt a little like a Hungry Hungry Hippo but it did the job.
https://www.amazon.com/MaskTite-Glasses-Medical-Grade-Hypoallergenic-Double-Sided/dp/B08J2CLYXW
Someone here recommended them to me and I've recommended them many times to others. I like them because they're far less painful to remove than medical tape and very strong. I have not had to try them on an Aura yet though.
MaskTite sticks very well to the Posh KF94s (and the Masklabs that I used to use). When I use it with my BLUNA KF94, it tends to stay attached to my face after removing the mask. Not as big a deal to then remove from my face, but then I have to put a new strip on the mask.
Okay yeah then you need to swap out the air pump chamber, that's where the bad foam is (with a non-foam or updated foam). I'll send you the links, it will save you money and you can use the machine:
Foamless Air Chamber (check the reviews for help if needed): https://www.amazon.com/Assembly-Plastic-Housing-Chamber-Without/dp/B09M7112ZB/ref=sr_1_4_sspa?crid=3175U6PJ05YX9&keywords=dreamstation+air+chamber&qid=1654117686&sprefix=dreamstation+air+chambe%2Caps%2C160&sr=8-4-spons&psc=1&am...
The Tutorial (I don't remove the ribbon cables, I just fold the whole assembly up and over, makes it much easier):

Just ordered this for my dads Dreamstation since that is his backup machine currently. I gave him my old Airsense 10 currently. Ordering him a Resmed Airsense 11 so he can trash the Dreamstation and use the AS10 as his backup. I will never trust a Philips Respironics product again after this debacle.
I personally use this power adapter (DC power)
KFD DC Adapter Car Charger for Resmed S10 Series,ResMed Airsense 10 S10 AirCurve 10 Series CPAP and BiPAP Machine,90W Resmed S10 370001 37297 Rockpals 300W/500W Vehicle Power Supply Cord Cable Charger https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P6H994Q/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_1RX94R4H1W1DEQ27J593?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I combine it with the BALDR 330 Watt portable power station
With humidifier I get 1-2 days as this is the biggest power draw.
Without humidifier, I use warm water and turn off the humidifier feature (the air blowing over the water helps) I get at least 5 days with ~10% left.
Hope this helps
This is the whole chamber, but looks like it comes with the gasket. Is this sort of what you're needing?
I tried resmed, but it's not as deep of sleep so I found that you can swap out the faulty foam airchamber in the DS1 (I really like mine). I've linked this before and it works well in both of my machines and has saved me from using other devices:
I did too, just replace the airchamber with a foamless one, I've done all three of mine:
There's a $30 fix for this. I've replaced both motor airchambers in my DS1s, takes about 30 minutes the first time now I can do them in 15 minutes.
This is disturbing to find out. I showed this study to my doctor who isn't a sleep specialist, but he even said since it's mild and AHI 5.6 then that isn't why I'm fatigued. But what you've told me makes sense as to why I feel the way I do.
So, I am using the dangerous Philips recalled device but I replace the part with foam with this part with no foam. https://www.amazon.com/Assembly-Plastic-Housing-Chamber-Without/dp/B09M7112ZB/ref=sr_1_6?crid=GYIZOPEYC18K&keywords=philips+dreamstation+chamber&qid=1651442360&sprefix=philips+dreamstation+chamber%2Caps%2C114&sr=8-6

This makes it safer to breath, rightt? I am going to attempt to keep using the full face mask tonight.
Sure thing, it's pretty straight forward to replace, using this one: https://www.amazon.com/Assembly-Plastic-Housing-Chamber-Without/dp/B09M7112ZB/ref=sr_1_10?crid=232KMWVBXTGVC&keywords=philips+dreamstation+chamber&qid=1651252153&sprefix=philips+dreamstation+chambe%2Caps%2C205&sr=8-10
