I like the Creative Options Thread Organizer. They are marketed to craft stores but these cases hold 48 cars. Each side has a double-sized slot which will hold the bigger ones like Hiway Hauler. The price on Amazon jumps between $7 and $11.
They’re fun! Very tedious but cool to see it come together. I got a container similar to this. Trust me, the first time you bump those beads and they go everywhere, you will thank me for this suggestion 🤣
You can use something like this: link It's a magnetic craft/sewing case. It's pretty utilitarian with no frills. I have one and it's very sturdy. You could probably glue a mirror into it, or decorate it if you're crafty.
Amazon also has Z Palette alternatives. You might try looking there. I just searched for "Travel empty makeup palette" and a whole lot of options came up.
“Thread organizer” is the term. There are quite a few for $30ish, if you actually search “hot wheels case” but if you search Thread Organizer, this comes up for $15

This, OP. Creative options is available[when they are] at hobby lobby, amazon, craft stores, etc. It's a double-sided thread organizer but holds 48 cars perfectly. Probably need to find them in-store, but remember to use the coupon.
oh.... okay I thought you were asking about the canister. The packets are separate and you can find them on amazon. They are essentially the same things that come in many supplement bottles or powders.

Haha, I get asked about my storage boxes every post. I might need to make a little addition to it. Unfortunately, the smaller black one is a one-off I got from another /r/mm user a long time ago. He didn't recall where he got it from so I bought it off him.
The other larger one that you have, in case anyone is wondering, is from Amazon. You're right about it being a little hard to get caps out of but it holds very tall caps, which is nice. A trick I use is to grab an old pair of tweezers and wrap the ends in something soft like duct tape, heat shrink tubing, etc. Then you can easily pull stuff out without damaging caps.
Also glad I could help with the images! For the cases they're on Amazon and seem pretty popular amongst collectors.

It's this one from Amazon. It may be the motivation you need to wind your skeins onto bobbins because I don't think skeins would fit nicely without folding them.
If hes looking for storage, these are popular: https://www.amazon.com/Creative-Options-5315-Thread-Organizer/dp/B001IYMCJO
Premium lines are always nice as well: Car Culture is out at WalMart/Target. Pop Culture are cars with pop culture paint jobs.
I use these but I know I paid a lot less than they are going for on Amazon, that was many years ago though. I use them when I decide it's time to keep them from collecting dust from sitting on these shelves.
Thanks, and yes, I wasn't a fan at first but seeing the Speedtail in silver won me over. Here is the case: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B001IYMCJO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
They are a little pricey for just plastic, but I haven't found anything better.
It's not fancy, but I use these for samples: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PW3Z5K6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
My 1 mL vials fit just about perfectly when upright and the few larger samples (S92, SSE, and NAVA all have oversized samples) can be put sideways since the plastic inserts can be resized to create larger compartments. Seals well and can be easily slid into any desk/drawer/closet /cupboard without making it smell like perfume.
My FS samples are in a taller-- but similar-- craft storage case.
It's this item but look for other sellers as I actually bought this from a local art-supply store: https://www.amazon.ca/Creative-Options-5315-Thread-Organizer/dp/B001IYMCJO
I store my blisters in CLEAR tubs and my loose in the Jammer cases (like these). https://www.amazon.com/Creative-Options-5315-Thread-Organizer/dp/B001IYMCJO/ref=asc_df_B001IYMCJO/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=216504060462&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=9626927407310110323&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9030019&hvtargid=pla-350168545344&psc=1
ID cars are pretty cool, but I only buy the castings I collect (mostly Corvettes).
Thanks! I just got started with it, and I'm trying to get around to writing stuff for it on some kind of basis.
I actually can't give up my extra SoCal meetup keycap, it's a gift for a friend when I see them, sorry.
As for the keycap holder, I purchased it from Amazon. It's a "dauber with Storage Box". It's fine for what it is. It'll hold my tall caps (i.e. my Bad News! Lucky Cat keycaps), but it won't hold anything that's too wide (i.e. my Keylusion Keytsunes or my Ebi Nigiri Sushcap)

The one thing to note though, is that there is a logo obnoxiously pad printed on the top lid (you can see it in one of the customer pictures). I removed it with some fine grit sandpaper and plastic polish.
Looks like other people covered the other topics, have fun!
She is using the Darice Elizabeth ward bead storage solutions. Here is a link to the 45 piece tray. It is on sale right now for $15.00. I like the 42 piece one as opposed to the 82 Piece one shown above. Here is a link to amazon.

My mom got me a thread organizer case for mine when I was a kid 25 years ago. I needed another one for my sons cars and found the exact one on amazon, it works perfect. Here is the link

Photo storage boxes that hold about 16 or so individual 4x6 cases can work great for consolidating many smaller games into an easily transported package.
I can't draw either. You don't need to with the Bob Ross method. I'm also from the UK.
Buy this and watch this, you'll get a result similar to mine.
I just started using this and it fits the bobbins nicely.
I use something similar to these plastic organizers.
These type of organizers hold a lot of parts compared to shelves or bags and it is very easy to quickly see what is in each one.
For sorting, just do them by basic type and sort it more finely as needed once you have too many parts to go through. Could be by theme, or by specific part type (helmets, caps, etc vs minifig headgear)
For rebuilding them, you can use google lens to identify torsos or browse bricklink or rebrickable and put them together from there.
I store mine in craft style plastic totes. Not sure if I can link to amazon here, but it's one of these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GLQX3CO
I make sure to keep it inside a closet so it stays dark and inside a room where the AC keeps the temperature pretty much constant. I keep them in their original seed packets.
I use 8 of these for my minifig collection and have another 24 of them for all of my pieces. rebrickable says like 150k+ total but I don't know how many are actually in the bins.
I really like the size of these ones for most things. They stack well and I have had them 8 high unsecured and full with no real worry about tipping unless really careless. I don't keep 2x2 or larger blocks in them and my smallest pieces like 1x bits are sorted in something similar to this
I use two photo organizer boxes. Each box has 16 smaller boxes inside, and I have each small box labeled to correspond to a column in the DMC floss chart. It's super simple to keep everything organized without having to deal with bobbins.
Here's a link to the photo boxes I use if anyone's interested.

A tackle box style container like this with every compartment filled with different snacks, Cheerios, raisins, chips, etc.. bulk Barn has lots of different snacks that aren't just candy! And sticker book with reusable stickers so they can restick then infinitely!

I use these or similar threaded "bead" containers. They fit in a pint widemouth, 4 at a time and work well in the pressure canner.
