Honestly the best lighting choice I've made. Can get super bright and lights up the whole tabletop. The one I have is here.
It was this one for the same price but the code made it $60 off and it stacked with the $5 off coupon.
It’s super dope! It changes colors and patterns! Here you go: BlissLights Sky Lite 2.0 - RGB LED Laser Star Projector, Galaxy Lighting, Nebula Lamp (Blue Stars, Smart App) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08XYBD1B6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_DJT7ZQR3SJRFY5S6TMB2
I've helped a number of people address this issue so I hear what you're asking.
When it comes to LED lights for improving your Zoom image, here's the features the lights should have:
Beyond that, the brand doesn't matter and it will depend on how you want to mount it, color preference, etc. for which one you actually go with.
With your desk, you may want to consider something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Eye-Care-Stepless-Adjustable-Temperature-Architect/dp/B07TG2BY46/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=led+architect+lamp&qid=1625518887&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzTUxGODQwTzJBSVJZJmV...
In addition to making you look more professional on your Zoom calls (therefore being a more effective communicator), I think you'll find that a desk light will be very useful in the evenings for your desk generally and you'll quickly wonder how you ever got by without one. If you really want to ensure a proper lighting setup, you should buy two of those and have one to either side of your camera for a flat, even light on your face.
Another option is to buy some Elgato lights because they work great. However, they're also very expensive and they can't double as desk lights, which is why I recommend going a different route in this situation.
Hope that helps and good luck!

I wanted to get one but just didnt want to spend the money on the BenQ light bar just to find out that I dont like it. But after a year of use on this amazon one, its damn awesome. I start work pretty early and some late nights, its nice to be able to turn on a light a dim it down. also the 3 color temps are awesome. This one is pretty well built bar itself is aluminum and the clamp is heavy plastic. On sale right now for $39

Looks great! Maybe you’re lacking in the lighting department? A monitor light bar will take your setup to the next level. Grab yourself one of these:
Quntis Computer Monitor Lamp, Screen Monitor Light Bar for Eye Caring, e-Reading LED Task Lamp with Auto-Dimming & Stepless Hue Adjustment, Touch Control, No Screen Glare Space Saving Home Office Lamp https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DKQ3JG1/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_ZY3VZ8HV14B3K72KA4AS
I was skeptical at first, but this thing has been my favorite upgrade to my space. It bathes only your desktop work area in nice warm light, and since you can’t see the light source, it almost feels magical. Do yourself a favor and get one.
Here is the link to the one I have. It does have auto-dimming, but the temperature change is manual.
It’s this lamp. Half of it is cut out the picture. It is great! Stays out of my work area. Wide range of brightness and color temps
I achieved the same thing by putting this lamp behind my monitor, for less than 30 bucks.
Of course, your desk is a helluva lot less cluttered than mine.
I just received my EppieBasic 31.5" ultra-wide table lamp. It is awesome. I ordered 3 more for two WFH spots and my office. Nice find!
I found it on amazon. It's a screw tight base, so it fits on the little stand perfectly!
Globe Electric 32" Multi-Joint Desk Lamp with Metal Clamp, Black Finish, 56963 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HX2EVPS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_NHx-yb5E629A2
Ahhh, yeah, somehow I. glossed over "behind the screen" and thought he was talking about LEDs inside the tower.
And yeah, I have a cheap LED lamp I got off Amazon that I have set behind my screen for some back lighting. Works pretty well and has multiple brightnesses and temperatures (aka blue balance) for different times of day.
Still though, the others were def talking about regular ceiling room lighting.
Got mine in Asia, but it's this same model on Amazon. Looks to be on sale at 50% off which ends up to $19. I have no idea how legit this is, but if it's really the same one I have, then that's a pretty solid deal

Your setup looks great; I would just add some lighting to your setup. You can add an LED strip behind the table to add some accent lighting, or even a “screen bar” to help light your workspace evenly. I use both on my setup and they help to reduce eye strain when I work in the evening.
I use the Philips Hue LED strip for my setup. For my screen bar, I use the one made by Baseus (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085C8J6RM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_99EuFb845ERZ8).
lmao oops
It has a good amount of rotation and adjustment so you're not stuck with just a single angle. Here's a copy I found on Amazon.
I got this one and I love it despite all the tech YouTubers busting on light bars.
I connected its power input to a USB port on my monitor. It remembers my settings for color and color temp and booting up my PC turns on my monitor which turns the light on. Shuts off along with the monitor when I shut down the PC. One of the best things I bought for my system! That's definitely what I recommend.
the setup looks nice!!! all i could recommend is one of those monitor light bars that lighten up your desk, ive been slowly upgrading my setup and the light bar makes my eyes feel sm better at night, plus it doesn't distract my roommate when they are sleeping, also good if you wrtite on notepads or cant touch-type well with a non rgb keeb like me https://www.amazon.ca/Quntis-Computer-Auto-Dimming-Adjustment-Reading/dp/B08DKQ3JG1
bit it looks good!!
I have a winter set up that lets my trees limp/grow along for the winter until the summer when they can get some full sun. For a window I have done well with desk lamps and UV grow bulbs.
Definitely not ideal but you can have a couple adjust, the position and distance to focus them on trees that need more light.
Same!! It’s good background content while I’m editing but it does get distracting at times haha. And it is a light bar made by ‘Quntis’ you can find it on Amazon!! And those are my computer / tv speakers edifier Luna eclipse…bought them years ago but they’ve been holding up just great.
Link to the light bar…
I got it off amazon, brand name is Lampat
https://www.amazon.com/Baseus-Computer-Adjustable-Brightness-Temperature/dp/B08CXL3YQ8
The only thing I dislike about it is the fixing clip it has. I'm always afraid it will press too hard on the monitor frame/display - but no issues after a year of usage - but it's still my only paranoia.
Here you go!
Here you go!
Here you go!
I linked it below; it is just a cheap one from amazon. I thought about the BenQ because I like the wireless puck controller thing, but I didn't want to pay that much money. However, I've read that having an overhead light is good for focus which is why I purchased it.

Okay I’m not getting how to paste an active link here.. but the above url is the exact lamp I have. I really love it… several lighting settings.
I have a $30 lighting bar from Baseus and it made all the difference as well. I would suggest a small 60w bulb behind the monitor to balance out the light and take strain off your eyes as well.
