These would be for a closed system, absorbing moisture and releasing it when heated again. Wouldn't work for lenses.
Try an anti-fog spray for lenses.
I remember old-school anti-fog could be stuff like dried shampoo. In his autobiography, Chuck Yeager said the anti-fog used on the canopy of experimental aircraft was super-expensive, and didn't work nearly as well as "Prell" shampoo, allowed to dry in a thin layer on the plastic.
To minimize on cleaning, apply this when you first put it up:
Just Add Water JAW1795 Jaws Spit Antifog Gel, 1-Ounce https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B000GGCLIC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_D8G9REXF1XX676ZQRS0H?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Then, shield the lens and coat the body in Teflon:

The spit prevents fogging and water spots. The Teflon keeps bugs from getting to the lens.
Of course your experience may vary with climate, but I’ve had good results doing this and heard of others who have too. Some of my cameras are going on four years and never needing to be cleaned.
Edit: phrasing

Goggles meant for competitive swimming aren’t ideal. Go with a wider style like outdoor triathlon style goggles .
I used to be a competitive swimmer for nearly a decade and found that spit is the best for anti fogging, but if you aren’t going into a pool that’s kinda gross. I’d recommend jaws quick spit antifog spray.
I use THIS
You have to reapply every 3-4 days, but it’s a simple job. I’ll apply it, let it dry while I’m taking a shower, wipe it off, and good to go.
If you're being serious, try this stuff: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R91W8JJ/ (I'm not connected to the company, nor is this an affiliate link).
It's a bit pricey, but it lasts many many applications. Personally it's worked wonders for me, even though my glasses have an anti-glare coding which makes certain other compounds not stick to it as well. In my case it lasts about a week is with 0 fog on my glasses even if I breathe directly on them from an inch away.
I use this one, it keeps my glasses fog free from wearing a mask or having the glasses on with my helmet for about 3-4 days

Antifog solution! It gets me through most of the shift without fogging. The latest batch I got doesn't seem as good as the last one, but still does the job. Honestly, with sporty goggles and this stuff, kinda wonder why I wasn't wearing them years before considering the amount of literal and figurative shit that can get in your eyes in healthcare.
So I personally bought https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R91W8JJ/ for my glasses. It's a bit overpriced, but damn it works well. A few drops and then swirl/gently brush with a microfiber cloth to coat, then let dry. I can breathe directly on my glasses and not have them fog at all.
That said, I don't know how that'd work on something directly in front of someone's mouth. The only issue I have with the stuff is that in certain situations it seems to recondense a bit, not entirely sure why.
I use THIS, you have to reapply every few days, but it’s simple and takes just a few minutes.

Yep :) both invest in some anti fog goggles, as well as the spray from amazon. It works so well, it is crazy.
I have always had a problem with fogging, both for this, or snorkeling, or snowboarding. this stuff here has been amazing and life changing for me.
Make sure you follow the instructions though, including spraying on, letting dry a bit, and then buffing.
After a year+ of foggy lenses I finally bout this diving mask “Spit” stuff from Amazon, put a BB sized drop on one lens and used a lens cleaning cloth to divide it between both lenses and haven’t had any fog now in two weeks playing 2 hour sessions of Beat Saber.

You can buy little sprays of swimming anti-fog off Amazon or probably at a sport store. Usually spray it once at the beginning, but sometimes you don't need to do it every swim. Been using this one and find it works well.
optix 55 anti fog treatment is S-tier anti fog. it was so good, I didn't even have to turn on my exfog in the summer heat. everybody I lended it out to had great results, I can't recommend it enough:

I use this spray I got off of amazon: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00BMSGU9Y
Seems to work fine. It's not perfect but I doubt any solution really is for this.
I use Quick Spit antifog.
it's under $8 on amazon.

It’s $8 but you hardly need any so it’ll last, but not as long as the scar on my nose. The Vermont plastic team saved my beard (I really expected to be shaved)though so I have not idea about the chin.
don't know about the bollé antifog i use muc-off antifog and it is so good. the application is different than other anti fog sprays though you need clean the lenses, spray it on and wipe it away with a paper towel you can't use microfiber cloths.

Toothpaste also prevents fogging up.
I’d rather wipe a visor than break my fucking face in half, but please continue to explain how wrong I am
I'm guessing it's a battery cam? Powered cams usually stay warm enough for that to not happen.
I've had it happen with my battery cams, but they're in a position where they get sun shortly after it comes up so I've never worried about it. The windshield de-icer may help, although you may need to re-apply it fairly often. Maybe some anti-fog spray might be better?
I've personally ended up using this antifog liquid, after trying a bunch of other options. (This specific one is for glasses with anti-reflective coatings, which is most of them these days). It's a bit pricey, but the single bottle I got has lasted me over a year.
Be sure to follow the instructions as given (drop or two on inside of each lens, spread around to coat evenly, let dry, then gently wipe off).
