I bought a used copy from booklooker.de, a site for trading used books. An English version seems to be available here on Amazon:

I have to disagree that “spirit guides do not communicate to you in your dreams.”
Many people do communicate in this way, with their spirit guides.
Here’s a good read about someone’s particular experiences. They even include methodology for increasing your likelihood of communicating with your spirits in your dreams. I have also personally had success with methodology laid out in this book.

Highly, highly recommend u/admissionsmom's book, Hey Admissionsmom: Real Talk From Reddit! It's a good book no matter what stage of the game you're in, but I think it's particularly geared towards beginners/those who aren't familiar with the process. It's just a fun read too! You can find a link to download it here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ApplyingToCollege/comments/co4e33/hey_admissionmom_real_talk_from_reddit_free/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share
I also thought A is for Admission by Michele Hernandez was really interesting, but not necessarily for beginners. It's also slightly outdated, but it does give a deeper look into how the admissions process works in top colleges, so it's a very enlightening look into the whole process; it'll help you figure out which parts of your application prioritize if you're gunning for Ivies/T20s. Can't offer much advice as I don't have nightmares personally but I've read her other book and enjoyed it so you might find this helpful!

one great way is to keep track of your dreams by writing them in a journal
you can find many journals on the internet; here's my suggestion: Celestial Dream Journal
(i use this because sometimes I don't have time to write my dreams in the morning, and that increases the chances of me forgetting what's the dream about; But with this journal, i can write three nouns related to the dreams, so I can remember when its time to save the full story of the dream)
