This is the one I got and I like it! No soaking required that I know of.

If you want a handmade crop, made sure that the vendor actually makes leather gear. Their shop should have leather stuff that can be customized. They shouldn't be selling silicone gags imported from China and such.

I use the one with stars on my girl and she LOVES it. It's three pieces that open a bit when moving and creat a great sound and not too much pain unless you go hard.
