These might work
maybe a dead wedge would be a good candidate.
Buy a dead wedge. You can find it on Amazon. It helps tremendously for set up and breakdown. One of my best purchases.

The technique you described has always worked great. There are now also cheap, gymbag-portable devices like the Dead Wedge that are super easy as well.

NOTE: Not affiliated in any way with this product. I just own one and use it in my home gym.
I got this off amazon for 28 dollars. Seems fine so far.

Very cool but for around $33 with prime shipping, there are some landmines on Amazon that require far less work and time.

I use the Iron Bull Squat Pad from Amazon it’s super durable and comfortable!
I have the same rack as you and bought these j-hooks for it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KQYJMRJ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_MR9PG1KN94RQPKGFR6DR?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 If you’re looking for something to potentially make your old j-hooks work, you can try something like this: https://etsy.me/3vxHh1A I actually bought both and it works amazing. Hope this helps!
I love my bodyweight exercises. I just found out I will not be going back to the office, so trying to work on my home gym setup. If you have the space, Amazon also sells row bar attachments I really found I liked.
On mobile so not sure the link is live or not.

God the share function from the amazon app is crap..
I got mine used for 30 on FB Marketplace
Does this attachment from Bolt Fitness fit the Titan T3 rack Landmine Attachment?
There is one from Yes4all Yes4All but hesitant to buy this because it goes under the rack, correct?
People wit T3 rack, what landmine attachment do you use?
Does this Landmine attachment from Amazon fit t3 rack?
do yourself a solid
Get the upgraded j hooks that work with that rack:https://www.amazon.com/Yes4All-Pair-Hooks-Power-Squat/dp/B071YP4VPN/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=yes+4+all+j+hooks&qid=1665589094&qu=eyJxc2MiOiIxLjM2IiwicXNhIjoiMS4wMCIsInFzcCI6IjAuOTkifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=yes+for+all+j%2Caps%2C96&sr=8-5
They are light years better than the ones that come with the rack and will treat your barbell much better.
Can the lat pulldown attachment be added later if I just gett he Fitness Reality cage alone?
(And I'm assuming these hooks can work with the specific cage? https://www.amazon.com/Fitness-Reality-2816-Steel-J-Hooks/dp/B07B4Y3WH4?ref_=ast_sto_dp )
I have a very similar CAP squat stand. It is 3 x 3 tubing with 1" holes. I also had to replace the j-cups pretty quick and I went the cheap route and grabbed some Yes4All j-cups. I'm pretty sure it was these ones.

I have this landmine slipped under my weight tree and it's never budged in the few years I've had it. If you have a flat footed rack, you may be able to put it under the rack without having to bolt it.
has anyone used these on a monster lite? https://www.amazon.ca/Yes4All-J-Hooks-Barbell-Holder-Power/dp/B07KQYJMRJ/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2VIPV5P5KI4CD&keywords=3x3%2Bj%2Bcups&qid=1646689886&sprefix=3x3%2Bj%2Caps%2C137&sr=8-3&th=1
I could just get a pair from Rogue but these are half the price.
Besides a bench for bench press, you could add a landmine station, they're relatively inexpensive if you go with one like these: 1. T-Bar Row Platform
You could also consider extending your flooring out to fit your space more fully, not totally necessary to do this but stall mats work well and your can find those at tractor supply or similar store.
Yeah, sure thing. I feel you since I wanted to do the same when looking at a barbell upgrade.
Pretty sure these Yes4All ones are the pair I bought a couple years ago: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071YP4VPN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_1C5EPV9K0FJKQJ9KK9CE?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It comes with a spare set of plastic pads, which is cool. I'm pretty careful with mine but they have held up really well over two years or more.
I'm 5'3". Two recommendations:
It turns out that my new T2 rack is slightly too tall for me to safely do pull ups without banging my head on the ceiling. What would be my best option for a lower pull up setup? Drill new holes lower for the bar? Rack my barbell at the highest point and do pullups on that? Buy a 2x2 attachment like this?
I got the same rack a few years ago. Highly suggest the Fitness Reality J hooks for the bar, much better than what it comes with. Personally got 2 sets one for OHP and Squats, and another for bench.
It's pretty much a small hinge you put in the corner or against a wall and you use with your existing barbell and weights to do a wide variety of workouts. lots of people stick a tennis ball at the end of the barbell too.
You can find tons of landmines on Amazon but a simple $25 will suffice. Also look up landmine workouts on youtube for some great ideas
Anyone use this attachment? It’s a Landmine that just slides into a 2” plate.

That's awesome. These are the ones I ended up buying they are decent for what what they do. My top four most used accessories less than $200:
Prime small (1.7-2.25") KAZ handles. I use these almost every day with a DIY dual pulley system. They are incredibly well made and feel amazing in the hand. Impressed with the engineering and quality of this product, will likely order the RO-T8 standard handles and landmine attachment at some point in the near future...
Dead Wedge: I know some people don't like these, but I have zero issues with these. Incredibly simple and cheap ($14). I keep them on my center-piece of my deadlift platform and simply roll underneath my first 45# plates for progressive overloading.
