they claim it can do 2cm
if not, maybe you can find a wider flatter one

More motorcycles as diffusers :P
You could get a bigger rug to run cable for surrounds or embrace the industrial look and put floor covers down.
Bought. Its great for vertical cables from adjustable desks.
Vivo vertebrae cable management link:
Floor cable covers. There are several kinds. Find the one that fits your set up best. You might need to cut part of the bottom to make room for the track depending on the one you choose. I hope this helps.
It’s a vertebrae cable management kit. And it’s plastic, not metal, unfortunately. I got mine off a local shop, but here’s a link to a similar one I found on Amazon: Vivo Vertebrae Cable Management Kit
Go down to a hardware store and get a cover. The kind you would get for Christmas lights to cover cables over a path. Kind of like this one Cordinate, Black, 6 Ft Floor Cord Cover, Rubber, Low Profile, Cable Protector, 43003, 6 Ft, 6 Ft https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B002DNI568/ref=cm_sw_r_sm_apa_fabc_FuJ3Fb18WN261
All you need is a chair. The rest is fine.
Edit: clean up your cables. If you cant mount them under the desk maybe get a cable box. check this out, it matches your set up.
Where possible you should try and have the cables attached to the wall around the edges of the room. If it’s unavoidable then you can get rubber covers for the wires which allow “things” roll over it without tripping. Often seen in commercial places like office. Amazon link
I’d get longer speaker/sub cables and move the amp to a wall…makes power cords much easier and you can hide cables crossing that window (or is it a glass door?) using these or something similar. They come in a wide array of shapes and colors. No reason your amp has to stay between the speakers though.
If you can't reasonably access the floor, one of these https://www.amazon.com/Legrand-Wiremold-Corduct-Overfloor-Protector/dp/B000BVXVTA/ will protect the wire from damage and protect feet from tripping.
Wiremold is owned by legrand, a reputable electrical component company, so i would trust them over random amazon brands.
I mount everything to the bottom of the desk and route it to one side using the link below! I’m pretty tall and it still can go up to my height.

Going to be hard with that surge that plugs directly in the wall. Might need a different one u can hide. Either behind the Alex Cabinets or in something like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WD8R8DF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Som,e chargers like juicebox come with an lock you order.you can also put the cord under the garage and close it. You can also buy a few of these
https://www.amazon.com/Protector-Channels-Contains-Warehouse-Surroundings/dp/B07FNLMQQQ
I use some of these around my apartment where I can't hide the wires otherwise, my S7 has no problem riding over them.
Is that drywall or brick? If it's drywall cut a hole behind the TV and behind the cabinet. Route the cable down the hole and out. If it's brick, and from that light switch I'm guessing it is. I'd get a cable routing thingy (Like This) and painting it to match the wall.
If you truly can’t bury conduit, you would be better off just laying the conduit on the grass and staking it down so it doesn’t roll. How far do you need to run the cable? If it’s not too far, maybe something like this would work.
Best studio I've seen in a long time.
I advise some [D-Line](d-line 6ft floor cord cover, floor cable protector, extension cord cover, protect wires & prevent cable trips, cable management solution - cord cavity = 0.63" (w) x 0.31" (h) - black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0078NU4C6/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_KHSFEZX8E5856YN0PE92?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) for behind the desk to the wall and then left then up. Keep it tight. It's almost 100% perfect.
Did you make the boards in your desk? Gorgeous.
You cleared the objective of "get that thing up off the floor to stop choking your PSU." No fire hazards from device placement or anything.
For your own QoL, get a cable management box and get that power strip somewhere safe. There are mountable management boxes available.
Also want to echo that you may want to find a PC cart stand or get a small side table for that PC and your XB
Great question. I have a vertebrae on each side of the desk for cables power on the left and pc on the right that adjust based on the height of the desk
The tower is on a small stand underneath About 3 inches off the floor.

I live in a duplex and my cord crosses the sidewalk, I had laid down a cable cover and secured the ends with some bricks. it prevented it from being a trip hazard and the neighbors have had no complaints or issues.
however being an APARTMENT, they still may say no to this solution, as it still is something over the sidewalk, and someone could still go out of their way to trip over it and blame the apartment for not addressing it. If I were you I'd request the opinions of the landlord, on if a solution like this at your own cost would be acceptable, or if there is a solution they would agree to that you'd be more than willing to help sponsor or fund to have a viable solution met for both parties.
I'm not sure if its true - but I have been told that if you cover the wire with something like this its okay
D-Line Cable Management Box, Cord Organizer Box to Hide & Conceal Power Strips, Desk Cable Management Solution, Made from Electrically Safe ABS Material - 12.75" (L) x 5" (W) 4.5" (H) - Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00846FO0I/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_KW3XDWW5580ZPGB9K53C
I bought two of these. I guess they could get stolen but haven’t yet.

I have the same problem right now and have just found this post on reddit.I think it's the best solution if you have a computer case down on the floor. Cable managment kit is linked in the comments or you can save some time and click here.
Synology NAS if you've got cash to burn.
Or throw them all into a cable management box and call it a day.
I got a couple under-desk metal trays and a long heavy duty power strip mounted inside them.
As for the cord-to-wall solution, you're welcome:
