Combined warfare tactics are the most effective. I recommend a bug zapper. Make sure the mosquito bait gets replaced occasionally or its effectiveness will fall off. The first night you run this, you will hear it slowly murder an entire ecosystem, but they were on your property so they deserved it. Afterwards, citronella will be effective for thwarting those who actually manage to resist the desire to fly into the light. You can also look into planting some predatory plants and repellent plants.
I had to call an exterminator when I had a yellow jacket infestation. It's not that expensive in the long run, considering how awful these jerks are.
As for mosquitos, my neighbors have a stupid runoff area that collects water, and they leave it untreated and stagnant all year so I've got loads of bug issues. I bought this bug zapper and it has been really effective.
I'm on .4 acres & this thing has had a significant affect on the mosquito population in the yard

Flowtron BK-40D Electronic Insect Killer, 1 Acre Coverage,Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00004R9VW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_J2C356T506MNFVQED3PQ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I just bought one. It’s nice.
I bought a Flowtron and a bottle of Mosquito Barrier from Amazon. I put the Flowtron far out towards the edge of the yard to attract the mosquitos and sprayed the lawn with the Mosquito Barrier (about a 30 ft perimeter) to repel the mosquitos away from the house. They've worked great for me. I can sit on the deck and grill or just sit with no issues.
I have one of these old school bug zappers and they really, really do work. Stick some octenol bait on them and it will make a huge difference.
Don't hang it on your porch, put it on a pole or fence some distance from the house.
Don't buy the ulratsonic repellants, or any repellant for that matter. In the US, there are powerful mosquito Attract-and-Kill devices. Try seeing if one of them is available for import. They attract mosquitoes with a combination of UV light and CO2 and fry the crap out of them with an electric mesh.
They're super effective and if the people in your building / vicinity are willing to pitch in, can reduce the localized mosquito population massively.

Has anyone here tried a bug zapper? I've been eyeballing this one.
Since it uses a mosquito attractant, it should avoid the usual problem with these things: not actually killing the bugs you want it to kill.
The mosquitos are just terrible in my backyard, but I don't want to use these chemical-based services. The services that work at all use a combination of garlic spray and hardcore chemicals (garlic alone does not do the job for long). There's no way I'm exposing my family and my dog to that (we once got a "pet safe" lawn treatment that made my dog sick for a week, not going through that again).
That being said, if you can put a unique spin on it or reinvent it with better design there is no reason you can't make it.
Edit: And to actually answer your question I could start in China with the companies currently manufacturing these to see if they can build your design.
