Ecto-1 is the Ghostbusters' car. Ecto Cooler is a Ghostbusters branded Hi-C drink.
I'd imagine Walmart carries it. I see Amazon carries it but it is sold out: https://www.amazon.com/Hi-C-Cooler-Citrus-Juice-Ounce/dp/B01FUB9XMY/
Seems to be up at amazon and HEB. No clue on HEB since they don't deliver to my state. http://www.amazon.com/Hi-C-Cooler-Citrus-Juice-Ounce/dp/B01FUB9XMY/

I cramp up daily - toes, calves, hamstrings - and got sick of the tired advice "drink water, eat a banana" because it wasn't helping. I drink 1-2 gallons of water a day and my potassium was fine. Drinking one of those about 20-30 minutes before rolling eliminates the vast majority of cramps. It's not bro science either - just a ton of salt and some other electrolytes. Add in a dash of the placebo effect and you're good to go. Let me know how it goes for you.
Another rec I’d mention outside of the oil is just to source a bottle of key lime juice.
I’ve seen this at various grocery stores all over the place, and basically just grab a bottle any time i want to make key lime pie. You still get a great end product with it.
Minute Maid Aloe and White Grape
Shit is delicious. Just the right balance of sweet. But I can't seem to get here in the USA for a decent price.
You get pure pickle juice alone. I buy the box of 12 from amazon and have one at a time
This is the one I get
I'm also overweight, I feel your pain. Things that have worked for me in the past:
1) Try to get more sleep. Your body wants to eat when it's tired. If you're staying up late you will get hungry.
2) Don't have snack food around in the first place. Don't keep it in the house.
3) Force yourself to drink a glass of water prior to eating anything. I like to add one of these to my water: https://www.amazon.com/Enhancer-Dispenser-Packets-Unsweetened-Flavoring/dp/B005ECLIUA/ref=sr_1_3?crid=3VMT88JT7YPH7&keywords=TRUE+LIME&qid=1659467457&s=grocery&sprefix=true+lime%2Cgrocery%2C111&sr=1-3
Good luck.
It's probably not as good as fresh, but you can get white grapefruit juice in 5.5 oz cans: https://www.amazon.com/Ocean-Spray-White-Grapefruit-Juice/dp/B003WO740A
I can never find it fresh so I've settled for cans.
There is always "thick water" it's pretty cheep on Amazon. Thick-It AquaCareH2O Beverages Thickened Water - Honey Consistency, 46 oz Bottle https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074JJSGSY/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_M1VN4KE91T99T1H0RQXF?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Mix 8oz. Water with Powdered lime and a tablespoon of chia seeds, mix well and chill. I find it helps me feel hydrated and fuller, during long bouts
All of the charity/organised rides that I take part in have pickle juice at rest stops and it’s not stuff that they have drained from jars of Vlasic. It’s stuff like this.
I have a friend who lives in Florida. When he came to visit, he brought us a bottle of key lime juice. You can order it from Amazon.

There’s a recipe on the bottle for key lime pie that’s pretty amazing, it’s super simple to make (we even buy a pre-made pie shell of crushed graham crackers. It looks a little underwhelming when it’s done so you have to dress it with a little whipped cream. That simple recipe has become our guests favourite dessert whenever we entertain. I highly recommend it!
I actually always have a box of true lime in my house, one packet is one lime slice. So you could try just one slice per can, and then add more if it's not enough.

I add it to pretty much everything now but making a cherry limeade with code red is fantastic
It is perfectly safe to drink, and is manufactured for patients having difficulty swallowing. Non-toxic.
If you have dysphagia you can buy thick water to help you swallow https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074JJSGSY/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_07B1QBHN978BEY8W0HBM?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
This also works for what your ask6
No need.

Would have replied earlier except I think I wrecked my wrist for the foreseeable future. May have to give up the amazing opportunity I just had at this particular warehouse. Will know by Friday.
Anyway, no one would have thought acidic lime turns alkaline after it's metabolized (no chemical reactions shown, and would probably be behind a paywall).
Just dilute enough so sourness isn't overwhelming (love how many ways the body guides you about what is good or bad!), drink as much as you can and throw the rest away. Make sure you rinse your mouth and teeth afterwards or the acid will start attacking your teeth.

Don't forget to use ACV, add lime crystals and ground ginger for the morning. At night I use ACV add cinnamon, stevia and collagen (cold water, or the collagen will gum up, tastes like apple pie)
This will put you into a deeper fast.
Milk or thick liquid food-type stuff (like yogurt or pudding) is absolutely disgusting to me. For what it's worth.... And I tried the capsule maker. I thought it was a pain because I obsess over exact amounts. And it's a freaking mess (for me). This is my stupid routine.
Well after writing that all out, I feel like a crazy person with all the crap I do. But it really only takes about 5 minutes and all my shit for the next day is ready to go. Most important thing is that it works for me. The tea, sludge and all, has a different effect on me than a plain toss and wash or even fresh like with the grapefruit juice. I think the hot water does something. Not make it stronger... Just different. I get the same end results, it's just more chilled less edgy.
True lemon and true lime are always in my bags everywhere i go. From changing up the taste of water to brightening up some fresh fish they’re perfect. Light weight no sweeteners and long shelf life. They also completely eliminate color and taste from water treated with iodine tabs. OP here - I have some good news for you! Granted, Diet Coke with Lime is gone. However, in my search for replacements, I have found something that seems to work well.
There are these tiny packets of crystalized lime called True Lime that you can get on Amazon or elsewhere. I've found that one packet flavors a can of Diet Coke just right. Two packets seem to work well with a 20oz. bottle.
There are still some places you can get Diet Coke with Lime - but it's all at exorbitant prices. The Fridge Packs (three 12-packs) are up to $38 on amazon - those are shipped directly from a Coca-Cola distributor in Atlanta. I stocked up when they were around $24 for a 12-pack. I still have about ten 12-packs left, but I'm not as worried now that I found out about True Lime packets.
I hope you can get True Lime where you are and that you like how it tastes.
Good luck!
Many cyclists carry this pickle juice. It's supposed to instantly make cramps go away. I haven't tried it, but many say it really works!
Also, I've heard others mention mustard. Go into 7-11 and get a mustard pack from the hot dog stand.
I’ve tried a lot of different kinds. I quit in September but still have maybe 8 bags of whole bean of all variety of roasts. I think I’ll try double strength next time. I also have this but I don’t really know if it changes the taste?

This is what I bought. The little cans are very travel-friendly. I'm still dialing in exactly how to use it though. Only recently did I learn that you need to drink a pretty decent amount (something like 12 oz.), and have it 1-2 hours beforehand, for there to be any real discernible effect.
Has anybody used this product before? It's meant to stay in the freezer and you can pour your hot coffee into it and flash chill it, turning it to iced coffee in about 60 seconds without any dilution. It seems like a (pardon the pun) cool idea.
Here's the Amazon link for the product:

Trailrita. Tequila, water, and a couple packets of lime powder.
Make it in a smartwater bottle, shake it around, sip on it. I even bring it into the tent so I have a drink to sip on while I read / fall asleep. It's also nice to wake up in the middle of the night to go pee and you already have a little bit of a cocktail to sip on while staring up at the stars before going back to bed.
Tequila can also go in coffee for that morning pick me up.
You'll be okay. Just don't skip any of the rest stops, and take your time at each rest stop. Pickle juice (either real pickle juice or the little jugs) will be a help if you start feeling cramps after 60 or 65 miles.
I only started riding about 2 years ago, and my 1st century was a ride from Houston to La Grange. It was supposed to be 160+ miles over two days but they cancelled day two, due to dangerous storms. So I got 100 miles in, and it was very easy because we had tail winds the whole way, and it was a one-way ride.
My 2nd century was torturous in comparison. The Katy Flatlands Century, west of Houston. Some hills and a head wind after 60 miles made it really devoid of fun for me. I thought about catching an Uber, but stuck it out. I was glad I'd been riding training rides of 40 to 50 miles in the weekends before that, but even so, my legs were shot afterwards.
