I use these in my garden, A few of these would easily tangle the propellers in a wide area, each net only weighs 1.79lbs.
The one I’m looking at is almost 300$ I’m getting out of the military and want to grow my own as a new hobby. What do you think about this BloomGrow 32''x32''x63'' Grow Tent + 4'' Inline Fan Filter Duct Combo + 300W LED Light + Hangers + Hygrometer + Shears + 24 Hour Timer + Trellis Netting Indoor Grow Tent Complete Kit https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FF6PSW7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_K6R08PMEX1JF4Z7DEPEE
Nope, I used trellis net from amazon for the screen and just some 3/4" pvc for the frame. Built the frame, rough fit the netting so i could cut it to size, and secured it with white electrical tape. Took me about an hour and a doobie to get done. Link to the exact net I used below.
While you think about the best solution, you could staple some netting up there on top to keep the bugs and birds out.
I have the same thing I picked up from a local hyrdo shop. I just have to cut it down to my tent size and I will attach it to the tent poles.
I already have 6' tall wire mesh installed around my boxes, so it was as easy as wrapping the plastic netting around the perimeter (I left the top open). Birds do not like to stand on the net that's draped over the wire mesh. Though the netting I used is maybe a little too fine for my liking (3/5 inch).
Here is what I bought. The pictures show other ways to install: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00XIRH1CC
Thanks ! I’m growing in a 4x4 tent
It’s a pretty heavy duty one for sure - I like that it stretches out ... sorta like a bungee chord.
I got it off Amazon here:
My cat likes to poop by my vegetable garden so I know your pain. I'm very happy that I don't have two cats fighting over pooping in that spot.
You know what I might actually have a suggestion for you. I kept my cat out of the vegetable garden by pinning down some of that plastic netting meant to put over fruit trees. You could do that on a lawn. They hate it because they get caught in it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SZ1H698/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_NiTqFbZA0GG7N
I used it on my strawberries to keep birds and rabbits away when I had a strawberry garden. I build a little wood frame structure and then doubled the netting over it with a staple gun. That way I could just remove the whole thing at one time and it didn't get tangled in the leaves or berries. Worked really well. With canes you might not have to build a structure, but it would probably keep the squirrels off.
The first net is black and is saggy you can just pull an extra corner and itll tighten up. The white one has smaller holes and tighter I got it off amazon.
At this stage you really don't need to do more than that. Here's a good video on lollipopping. It's not done until right before flower. https://youtu.be/K6J_lNAz0RU
I definitely wasn't the way you were training your plants. Just the tools that were being used. That wire could very easily mess up the plant as it grows. There is training wire that is covered in rubber, that is the stuff you want. If you have a local grow store they should have it, it's usually green rubber. It's also available on Amazon if you're in the US Growers Edge Soft Garden Plant Tie 5 mm - 50 ft, Green https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VNQXF5C/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_6JPBBGQQPF363579WHZK?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Training was one of the things I went hard on early on. It's a lot of fun to bend and twist the plant to get it to grow a certain way.
Oh that sucks. I've very lucky and about 90% of my peaches are always bug free. I always have so many I give maybe a dozen peaches to about 8 of my neighbors, then I slice up the rest and freeze em. Usually make a pie and some jelly too. I tried icecream last year but it didn't turn out.

Maybe ID what type of birds you are eating the peaches and put up a bird house for some other birds. I often have Robins in my apple tree and finches in my maple and for what ever reason other birds stay away. its possibly dumb luck, but maybe the robins chase away other birds.

I'd use something like that. but it won't help from the bugs. maybe use sticky traps to hopefully catch the bugs?

I’m confused. Trellis netting is really cheap anyway.
Same struggle here! We like to let our chickens free. They even wait at the gate in the morning to beg to be let out.
It's not finished yet, but I'm building a light frame contraption to enclose my garden with this netting:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SZ1H698
I used the same stuff on their run. I just ran really thin steel cable around the boundary, zip-tied the netting to the top and bottom and I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out.
The added benefit to using the black netting is that it doesn't catch the sun, so it's actually invisible from more than 10ft away. I tried green and I was too shiny.
This is the stuff I get that works really well.

And that's good to hear, it just looks small so I don't want to tangle them or keep them out

So this pic was probably just put in and not final placement.
From the ground up this is what I have now.
Fabric pots are 12 inches high
First scrog net 8 inches about that so 20 inches from ground.
Second scrog net has wider holes. Bought them together in this pack off Amazon.
https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07DJS94BD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_Q646EbWE8P3N5
That second net I have placed at 36 inches above the ground or 16 above the first net.
Which is 28 inches away from the max height my light can go unless I remove the pully system. (Can safely flower at 24 with my light
The second net is primarily intended for supporting the weight of the colas. However, I have a Sativa in my tent that has stretched like crazy. Constantly bending it over under the second net.
Here is an album I just made that might help you get a visual of what my scrog situation has been like.
First pick is from May 16th. Two days before I flipped on May 18th. A bunch of picks along the way and Last couple picks are from today. Unfortunately haven't done a full tent shot in a bit, but I think you can still get the idea from today's pics.

Hope that helps :)
Picked it up on Amazon. Here is the link :)
https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07DJS94BD?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
It's actually two, one with smaller holes for scrogging and a second one with larger to support colas later
Thats what I thought too when I got it. ITs meant for a 4x4, but Ive used it for my 4x2.
This is the item from Amazon

Vivosun net from amazon is cheap and can be cut to fit your needs. You'll have extra net if ever needed as well.

If you have small trees you’ve recently planted, make sure you put 1/4” or smaller garden mesh over them. Here’s one I just ordered
Worth a try. Some home fig growers use little mesh screen bags around ripening figs to protect them from the birds.
https://www.amazon.com/AllwaySmart-Reusable-protection-insects-barrier/dp/B01LX5579M
Looks like you have some room on the sides. Some tightly strung trellis netting would let you spread the tops out without the stress of defoliating.
