Believe it or not, they're actually from Amazon! I was really impressed that something that looks so artsy/custom came from Amazon. Here they are!

I previously never would have thought about putting something like this in my tank, but I’m really liking it
I think I found these on Amazon for those interested.
Do succulents like small pots? As in pots with not much room except for the plant it self. I see a lot of cute pots on amazon and I wonder if these are just for cuteness rather than the health of a succulent. I linked an example. tiny pots
Honestly, that price seems pretty high to me. I get 100 2” square pots on amazon for $20. 100 2" Inch pots for Starting seedlings 2" square Durable Reusable Plastic Starter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00R71FGYU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_tXIVBbJ8V7M3Q
I have a few different kinds but these are prob my favorite.
Keep in mind not all plants will do well since the soil stays moist. For my plants that need to dry out I still use them but just as a normal bottom watering type deal - put some water in and let it soak up till the top of the soil is barely moist then dump out any excess.
here is the closest thing i could find for sale an amazon w drainage. not exactly the same dimensions but close. I will post my little 3d model i updated with drainage holes once i figure out how to.
Ive had my roots out of the water for 2-3 hrs during a few rez changes due to upgrades w/o issues, aslong as the roots werent crunchy dry, they should bounce back, but it may stunt them a bit.
The net pots I use clip onto the bucket much like the lid does, and they are a ton more sturdier than having to cut out a standard lid to fit an insert. I was able to pick mine up at my local gardening store in the hydroponics section or amazon.

Hope you make it to harvest duder, good luck out there.
Yeah. Seen that one. (On Amazon? Major Tom certainly doesn't mind selling his Space Cadets what they want)
I most very probably would. If I were planning on forming some Connaught Cartel. I mean, Four bushes? Not sure I'd live long enough to get through That much! Does look what we want though.
No response from that shop yet. Early days though. It was Friday afters.
Was eyeballing these, last night. On Amazon, from Hydrofarm. 6 in. Wide Lip Bucket Basket. Clicky. 'Not Available'. Not to me, anyway. Bastards.
God knows what Plan E's gonna be!
I built mine with a 5 gallon home depot bucket and a lid like this one,
All the other stuff like air pumps, air stones, and hydroton are up to personal preference for the most part. Making it yourself will be cheaper in the long run. I made mine for less than $50. But I'm using one bucket so I didn't need a high capacity pump.
Also important: I bought 1.5 inch rockwool cubes but you can got bigger if you want.
Hydrogaurd or something similar would be good and almost necessary.
The net pot i use is an entire lid that sits on top of a 5 gallon bucket. The seed is stable inside. You don’t have to worry about bumping it or anything. (At least i haven’t had any issues with the seed falling lower into the water in my experience)

This pot has saved my lemon tree. Great drainage and air flow. My tree is smaller so the 8” is working great for me currently. Good luck!!

Yes it have draining holes below. I believe 8 inches is the height, I'm not sure, I put the link below. I got it for a few days now, previous days, I put it next to my window in my room. I just took it outside today. Thanks

Thanks! I'll check the roots. I have it in this pot right now and have mostly only bottom watered it this Summer. There are a lot of holes for moisture to escape out of the bottom.
I did not know that about propagating. I currently just took have the leaf sitting in a glass of water. Maybe I'll cut it!
Thank you so much for such an in depth response!! I have this self watering pot where you pour water in the bottom, I have a couple more of this same pot and my other plants really like it. I usually refill it maybe once a week. Do you think I should still put rocks on the bottom?

Do it! My aunt got me these for my birthday and they save a lot of space and come with a lil wooden dish. I just looked them up and they’re cheapest here + there’s a $3 coupon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GVK2PIW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_710CCYP6R6GZAYK1ZNP0

They make 6" net pots with built-in lids designed specifically for 5-gallon buckets. You should check your size and see if these could fit, they are convenient. For instance.
I reccomended fans but some folks don't like that. There's another fix that people use to remove moisture from the air. I know somone whose house is on a high water table and he uses these to stop mold or whatnot in closets. I've seen people use these on RVs, boats and such. They use salt crystals to pull water out of the air, then you drain the water. Linky:
I wonder if a proper desiccant would work for you, e.g. https://www.amazon.com/Dri-Z-Air-DZA-U-Dri-Z-Air/dp/B000PDUV60/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1513529621&sr=8-3&keywords=dry+z+air
I don't know if they could keep up with the humidity that the propane burner is producing... probably depends on how leaky your van is.
> When ordering your pots, purchase the fabric Smart Pots.
Yes thanks! I am definitely going to be going with the fabric smart pots :) They seem too good to be true! These are the ones I have in mind
I was planning on using simply tap water. I hadn't considered the chlorine in the water, my water is notoriously high in chlorine. I might have to re-consider what type of water I use, or perhaps look into your solution.
Thanks for the tips!
Thats what I did as well, and I have This to keep the moisture down. I just take it out and dump it once or twice a month.
Burlap would probably work, but I'm not using it. Those are tan, 20-gallon smart pots. They're not tremendously cheap, but I find they do work rather well compared to every other container I've used and this will be my second year growing potatoes in them.
Try Smart Pots! They work great, you can put them anywhere, they don't damage anything, and they're easy to fold up and store during winter and when you move!
As a renter, these are the best!
