I really would suggest to use a frozen cake because the glaze is warm-ish when you pour it and if you use just a refrigerated cake there's a huge chance of it melting with the glaze. ��

That's flavored gelatin that you prepare by adding water and chilling and eat as a dessert (sometimes it's used in a recipe, but its main purpose isn't for use in a recipe). Modern Jello and similar brands still come in a 3-ounce box.

Unless the OP's recipe is something that one would expect might contain flavored gelatin, I think they're more likely to be looking for unflavored granulated gelatin meant to be used in recipes. In my experience, this form of gelatin comes packaged like this and comes in 0.25-ounce packets, and you would typically only use one or two packets in a recipe. So, I think they're asking if this kind of gelatin used to come in some form of box.

I have seen recipes for things like poke cakes that call for flavored gelatin, though (you bake a cake, make holes in it with a skewer, mix Jello powder with water, pour over cake, chill, and you have Jello-impregnated cake, which apparently some people enjoy).

Heat 300g of frozen raspberries in lemon juice. Blend/process with 7 tablespoons of the gelatin. It takes your body a good while to digest, I add seeds etc and it makes a great slow burning breakfast - it's pretty versatile.

You'll see a green tin floating around that amazon page too. That one is a little more expensive but it dissolves nicely in water; if you can't be bothered with cooking up batches of jelly.

I supplemented gelatin whilst recovering from a broken back and I attribute a sizeable amount of credit for my successful recovery to it. I continued with it after recovering from injury and it does wonders for my knees, post endurance cycling!

Does of course come in capsules - thought it'd be useful for you to know your options.

Edit 2: Did some googling and found this source. So I need to figure out the equivalent measurement of mine to make 250 mL set. According to amazon link (earlier) in the important information section, "one tablespoon gels one pint of liquid." Using google to convert mL to pints, it seems I need roughly half a pint; so I'll use half a tablespoon (1.5 tsp). Does that sound right?

When they are referring to "Unflavored Gelatin" typically they are referring to the Knox product below. Without the unflavored gelatin to harden up your candies, they will simply be like normal Jello.

As long as the jars sealed well than just store as you would. When you want to use a jar just add some Knox "Unflavored Gelatin" to it and put it in the fridge.

I have this capsule machine and it's been great. There are bags of 1000 capsules on Amazon really cheap.

Yeah they’re called Gelatin Capsules . There are different sizes so you might want to look into that a bit. Also, it’s probably going to be a pain in the ass to fill them if you don’t have a tray for it. There are also small machines that’ll help you fill them on Amazon. Then you’re free to go.

It’s Great Lakes pure unflavored kosher beef. I got mine at my local Sprouts store but amazon has it here.

They come in a bunch of different flavors, so just choose your favorite! I get them at my local Giant, but I'm not sure if they have these everywhere.

this might be a weird one, but sugar free JELL-O is pretty much just water and collagen, very low-calorie, yet is effective at scratching that "I want food" itch. if I want it to be even more sating, I'll drizzle a little cream over it right before I eat it. compared with other ways of ingesting HWC, a little goes a long way -- just a tablespoon or so makes the whole dessert feel incredibly decadent.

If the jars are sealed then just store until you wish to use one. Open and add some Knox Unflavored Gelatin to the jar. Put in the fridge until set. Repeat if still too thin. Not elegant but works.

You could go even cheaper if you cap it yourself

Just buy your favorite kratom. Put on Netflix and make some capsules until u finish the bag and u no longer have to deal with eating kratom. And you can weigh one capsule and figure out how much u are taking at a time. Cherrs

I recently bought this Capsule Machine and 1000 capsules off of Amazon...and it does make it easier.

I weighed the capsules the other day and I was getting about 7g in 10 of them.

I usually take about 3-4 capsules and that is about 2-3ish grams. It comes with a little tool that packs it, and I usually do it about three times and ta-da! It also makes 24 at a time which is awesome.

I buy mine online from Amazon. I get like 1000 for $13.00 I also bought a capsule maker that is very helpful. I couldn't stand the taste of the tea. If you ever run out and need some fast you can go to a vitamin store they sell them. I get size 00 they are larger and hold more.

Ok, seeing as you're receptive, if he's complaining about flavour it's one of 2 things. Your hash is too harsh (which you can't do shit about) or your flavour is too weak. When stuff is cold it has a lower taste profile... But of course, to resolve this, it will 'munch' into your profits (edit: and affect your gelatine due to the acidity).

I think I could manage 14g's, just. If it tastes nice. But if I'm eating an edible it's to get high, not to get full. That comes after ;-)

Its standard stuff. The same brand the guy uses in the video is what you find in most stores. Walmart and Target have it. 2 packs is 14 grams according to the box. A box is 28grams and has 4 packets.

I would just purchase powder from a vendor of your choice, then get these and something like this It takes a little time but it's way more cost effective than buying pre made caps. The empty caps I linked are size 00 which will hold about .5g each but you can go the next size up (000) and those hold about 1g each iirc.

Possibly cheaper options exist there also. I used to get NOW foods capsules for around $6 per 1,000.

I spend around $8-$10 on mine now, but I accidentally ordered a size 0 capping machine years ago and just stuck with it. I can get about 350mg-400mg per capsule, which is fine for me as my dosages are on the small side.
