I can’t find the exact one but this is just like it. Corki Varia Mount for Garmin, Varia Rtl510 Radar Mount, Varia Rear Seatpost and Saddle Mount. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NTZ6HWK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabt1_O6QTFbG9CFNTC?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Thanks for idea, thats a pretty solid idea.
I just found found this and think I’m going to use this method.

My corner strap holder has held up fine. What frustrates me about my holder is that it moves when I go over bumps and I have to readjust it.
For the record, this is my holder:

I use one of these on my MTB and road bike and have no issues . For heart rate I have an HRM pro

This is the saddle mount I use for my radar. That said I used the rubber band on my specialized venge for years without any problem whatsoever. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0832D9DMW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
edited ... but here too - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NTZ6HWK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I've used this one for the last year with no problems in the US.
[Mongoora Bike Phone Mount for any Smart Phone: iPhone 7 /7+, 6 /6+, 5s, 5, Samsung Galaxy S7 /S7 Edge, S6, S5, S4, Nexus, Nokia, LG. Motorcycle, Bicycle Phone Mount. Bike Mount. Bike Accessories.
If you want something super sturdy, this is what you want. Made for extreme environments like trucks, boats and planes. Just got mine and really like it. You get what you pay for. Can't believe people rely on $9.99 vent mounts for a 2k phone that could easily break if it falls from the mount at a high speed but to each their own.

This is why I love Reddit. So so incredibly helpful. Thank you for taking the time! BTW, I’ve seen some people mount the radar to the seat itself:

Was thinking about getting that as I have very little faith in that rubber band :)
I have carbon fiber and generally do 2000-5000 feet of climbing per ride so want to try to get something pretty secure (for bag) as the bouncing around will drive me crazy.
Forgot to say, I purchased this for the radar: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B097XS7SFF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It is much more secure mount and the radar stays in place (have it on a Gravel Bike).
I bought one of these for my fenix 5 and have done literally thousands of miles on my road bike with it without issue. I wear an HRM Pro and have a powertap hub and I wanted to be able to easily read those outputs while I ride. The one big caveat is that my version of the F5 only has breadcrumb mapping so I don't really use it for navigation much. Still, I don't see myself moving to a computer whenever I upgrade (someone please buy me an MK2s).
Ultimately, I've spent enough cash on gear elsewhere and this feels like an easy spot to be happy with what I have.

Something like this would be a good option too since the stud/threads are shorter than other kind. The ball is already welded to the threads. Just make sure to use blue loctite and it should stay on real good. Only thing is this one linked is M10 thread instead of M8 threads. I can't find the M8 on amazon for some reason.

That is what I use for my Fold 4. Used it with my Fold 3 as well, expensive but rock solid and would recommend. I have a mount for my Tab S8 Ultra from them that uses the same mounting mechanism and never had any issues.
I have a fenix 7x sapphire and it's perfect for cycling. Just buy the Garmin bike mount for it.
The best mount I've found so far is from RAM mounts. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00B4IXTMI?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details I've been using the same one since I bought the fold 3 and still works perfect for my fold 4. It's a bit on the expensive side, but I drive a semi-truck and this mount keeps my shit in place.
Purchased off Amazon

- Same Direction Straight Joints Mount for GoPro (I bought this to extend it and use my saddle bag)
I just bought this, which comes with many different size collars so you could get one that sits at the base of the post and allows free travel. I got this one which is similar to the official Garmin version, but extends slightly outwards to maintain a more vertical orientation: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B097XS7SFF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
I just saw this that can mount on the seat post

Came today already and first ride with it. What a better mount lol, can't believe I waited so long
Man I love that radar, great move. The mount was separate, and that mount is awesome. I have attached the link below.

I got a mount identical to this (mine was Apeman brand but no longer on Amazon) and it’s worked very well. Mine wasn’t out of legal concerns but because of a suction cup that fell regularly, so I don’t know if this complies.
Garmin sells a handlebar mount.

Lose heart rate and respiration data though if the watch is on the bars instead of your arm.
If your speed/Cadence sensor is ANT+ you could pair with the Garmin watch, then potentially watch the data on Connect IQ realtime screen on your phone, that you can mount to the bike (or set on a shelf just in front of the trainer).......Would take some experimenting to see if that really works that way.

Had mine for a couple years. I fly a 182 and mount it just to the left. Has worked perfectly.
Not OP, but it looks like they have a Garmin. Personally I used a mount like this and have been happy with it (the specific one I bought is no longer available). They come with replaceable connectors compatible with a variety of brands.
The one it comes with works fine for me. I have it in my MTB, and one of the out front ones on my cyclocross bike.
I would be more concerned about the rubber bands popping off more than I would be from the twist lock. I solved this by getting a Garmin twist lock adapter that attached to my saddle rails.

I have a ‘D’ type post and had similar issues. I wrapped part of the post with a rubber tape to aid in providing friction for the mount.
I just bought a saddle mount that works much better.

With a traditional light, I just used the "rubber band mount" on the non moving lower section of the dropper post. The Varia needs to have a clear line of sight past the rear tire, and I couldn't mount it in the spot I'd typically use. So I went for an under seat mount like the above. ... I actually ordered a different one, and the wrong Garmin mount to GoPro style adapter (both the underseat and Garmin mount were 3 blade with thread) and had to do a lot of Dremel work to get it to function properly. ... But end result is it's now mounted to the seat rails, and I have a fully functional Varia and dropper post that don't interfere with each other.
