I am also looking for a tent, came across this one yesterday while searching and read some of the reviews. How’s the quality? Any light leaks along the zippers or small pin holes? I narrowed down to two, same as yours and Melonfarm 60x60x80
Thanks! Here is the link for this tent. It is 32x32x63. TopoLite Full Range Multiple Sized 32"x32"x63" Indoor Grow Tent Room 600D Mylar Hydroponic Growing Plant w/Plastic Corner (32"x32"x63") https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NGZDJGK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_lHDpFbSZHFYQN

>Moonshine is illegal if distilled illegally just like weed is illegal if produced illegally. It is otherwise legal when produced in a legally licensed and taxed facility.
Uhhhhh..... >>....significant amount of people won’t go thru the hassle and just let the pros do it. You can also distill your own moonshine at home yet Jack Daniels is doing pretty well.
Its not at all the same thing. In legalized states, you CAN grow it in your house and a lot of people do. Hell, you can buy everything but the plants on Amazon.
You need a license and permit to sell it to a dispensary, but you can grow it for personal use.
You could grow several thousand dollars worth of weed in a small closet and a LOT of people do. Even in NON legalized states, it's VERY much a thing. Google hydroponic grow shops near me and I think you might be amazed at how many there are, even in states like Texas. Just in case you're wondering, those gardeners aren't growing tomatoes...
I ended up buying most my stuff from Amazon. You can save some money shopping around for sure. There are also kits available on Amazon and Ebay etc. which have everything besides the soil/seeds/nutrients like this for instance.
I didn't go that route and just pieced stuff together myself. One thing you gotta look out for is cheap components on these kits. Most of the time the light is pretty bad. If I had to rebuy my own setup I'd change the light 100%. I bought a "1200w" LED which draws 243w from the wall. I would rather spend a little extra money and buy a non-blurple light. Burples have sort of a bad reputation for failing early, poor efficiency, and under blurple lighting diagnosing problems can be a bit more difficult.
It's normal for the walls to suck in a little with proper negative pressure (as long as it's not so much that the tent looks like it could collapse inward).
If you want more space inside, you can make a cross bar type thing around the middle. Easiest way is to bend a thick coat hanger straight, then bend it around two of the poles about halfway up the tent. Repeat for the other two sides. Just try to keep your vertical tent poles straight up and down, ie dont have too much tension with the coat hanger.
There's other more sophisticated ways to accomplish this, but the coat hanger worked for me. Something like this from amazon would probably work as well to brace the sides:

If you want, you can tape a square of thin A/C filter foam to the ports which will prevent hair and some dust from entering the tent. Not sure about light leaks since I run autos.
You cant grow (enough) tobacco in your backyard. You can buy an entire plug and play system on Amazon and grow a LOT of weed.
Weed is one thing that doesnt scale up particularly well. To get the best price point, you have to have the best product. The bigger your operation, it becomes exponentially more difficult to grow fire. You can grow good or really good on a large scale, but certainly not the best. Cannabis enthusiasts will always pay a premium for the best stuff.
