I just bought adjustable straps for my rings (https://www.amazon.com/Double-Circle-Replacement-Straps-Gymnastic/dp/B07CWV2STB/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=rings+straps+adjustable&qid=1573338214&sr=8-1). So much better than the cam buckle types. No messy straps and perfect length between different exercises!
I wish I had gotten numbered straps like these:

Saves time by making adjustments a breeze. I'm hoping Santa brings me a set . . .
If your pull-up bar can handle hanging rings, then all you are missing is somewhere for dips and the rings themselves. You could buy a dip station like that (the rings on it are pointless, imho), or use something else (e.g chairs, tables) but they might only be temporary in case you started do weighted dips.
Otherwise, a power tower does it all, if you have the space. You can do pullups and dips on it. As well as hang rings to do ring support, dips later, rows, ring push-ups.
Get a set of wooden rings at least. Amazon has loads. I have two sets of these, for instance.

Thanks! I think just eating better was key, Also just getting better at doing the exercises properly really helped me. not fancy rings
Depending on how high you want to hang them, I really like getting separate gymnastics rings of your choice, and the carabiner style straps that I’ll link.
Double Circle Quick Adjust Numbered Straps for Gymnastic Rings - Carabiner Hook System and Exercise Videos Guide for Full Body Workout, Crossfit, and Home Gym (Straps Only) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CWV2STB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_73.3Fb89K444Z
These are fantastic and very sturdy
I'm not an expert, but I was in a similar situation to you (diamond push-ups too easy), so I recently bought some rings. I spent $35 on these Titan wood rings on amazon, and I'm really happy with them. Using them for the recommended routine (dips, push ups), I have already seen and felt a noticeable difference in my chest and arms.
Check the ones Antranik recommends in his rings routine page, those are recommended by him and have 50% discount on amazon, or at least they had it last week.
Edit: They still have the discount, here is the link https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LE9HFNQ/V
Instead of buying a dip attachment, buy a pair of gymnastic rings on Amazon for 30-40 dollars. Rings would allow you to do pull ups as well as some other exercises. It is likely cheaper. A dip attachment for your rack will certainly be needed as you'll likely be dipping 2-3 plates. If you're not into weighted dips, consider it as an option.
Here's an example:

Recommended routine in the side bar and a pair of rings are all you need. I bought these rings on Amazon and like them a lot
I have no experience with Rapid Rings, but I have these rings. I roll up the rings like in the last pic above the video, except I do it tighter. Then I place both straps in a small bag and put that big within the rings. You can just use the bag it comes in as well. Takes 1 to 2 minutes to roll the straps up and I think this actually takes up less space than the Rapid rings.
I have the Vulkens. They’re useable, but not without flaws. The major issue is that the stitching that forms the orange lines between each number has a low quality finish. There are no concerns from a safety point of view - it’s not going to fail - but there are some sharp edges and they scratch my arms when doing push exercises.
The rings themselves are again ‘fine’, but relatively cheap wood. I look after my kit, and these show some wear just from use and being in my bag. Not really a problem… as I say, they’re ‘fine’.
The other accessories were a waste for me - I never use them.
I do like the carabiner system. If you’re changing the height frequently, it is slightly quicker. I do a lot of super sets, so it suits me. It has to be used on a straight bar though - if you ever think you might want to hang your rings from something uneven like a tree, you need the cam buckle strap to get them level.
When I bought mine, the Double Circle rings were not available in the UK. If I were purchasing now, I’d be curious whether any of the community have an opinion on them:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Gymnastic-Competition-Straps-Double-Circle/dp/B076X32LFY
I do have a set of cam buckle straps too, and I ultimately got a bit fed up with them not because they were cumbersome to use, but because the numbers were wearing off. That problem may not apply to the brand you’ve linked.
I also have both 28mm and 32mm rings. 32mm are slightly easier for push, 28mm slightly easier for pull. I think you’ll mostly get used to what you have. I have a very mild preference for the 28mm, as I can hold a false grip better with them.
I used Pacearth rings, very reliable and only $40. Here’s the link: https://www.amazon.com/PACEARTH-Gymnastics-Adjustable-Non-Slip-Training/dp/B07CGCD7JH/ref=mp_s_a_1_2_sspa?c=ts&keywords=Gymnastics+Rings&qid=1648408740&s=sports-and-fitness&sr=1-2-spons&ts_id=3412221&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlw...
These are the best ones on Amazon. Do they fit the criteria? I have no knowledge yet on rings!

Linchpin member here, easy solution is an over the door pull up bar and a pair of rings off Amazon for $42. I have these rings and they’ve held up great for 2 years
Definitely was going to go wood. This was the other brand I was thinking of:
Gonex Wooden Gymnastic Rings with Adjustable Number Straps, Crossfit Rings for Gym, Workout, Exercise, Outdoor Training, Quick Install Carabiner, 8.5 ft Straps Pull Up Non-Slip Rings https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YTJSPHC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_A58KSTPMQ4ZJMJXF89SP?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It depends where i want to work out lol, if you have a local park literally any horizontal bar will be able to support you, or you could get one of those indoor pullup bars that go in doorways and then put the straps through there.
You can also set them up in a gym or a rec center if you have those.
Gonex Gymnastic Rings https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YTJSPHC/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_CFHPP5AMV8YZZJCYHVY4
These were the ones that i got myself, they're super easy to setup unless you're hooking them onto something that isnt perfectly even, like a tree branch, but i dont think that'll bother you much
Look up Peace Earth gymnastic rings on Amazon. The straps are slightly wider than normal with the number marks. As for the rings they are slightly wider as well helping grip strength. I think they work great.

YO, I rarely comment on anything. I had to recover my username and password for this haha.
This goes hand in hand with your love for rock climbing.
Get to know your body. Try to move yourself in ways you never have before. This will do wonders for your posture and reconnect your body with your brain and self. I'm not an expert on posture but I usually imagine I'm a monkey and it feels empowering. (shoulders back, chest up, butt out)
Grab a pair of these for your door. Just hang and breath. https://www.amazon.com/NEXPro-Gymnastic-Strength-Training-Crossfit/dp/B00Q75DVUI/
Enjoy your body, your youth, your sexuality, while practicing stretching, movement, and deep breathing. You will be surprised how much peace, focus and strength you will get.
You should look at the instruction of the rings themselves. It's pretty straight-forward. I've done it many times. This maybe useful: https://www.amazon.com/PACEARTH-Gymnastics-Adjustable-Non-Slip-Training/dp/B07CGCD7JH
Look at the picture. You can throw 1 end over the bar. The rest is like in the picture.

Gymnastic rings like these (these are the same ones I have, actually). There is a ton of good info in the wiki, too -- scroll down to the "All about Rings" section.
Those straps and rings would be okay for light & basic swinging work (i.e. front uprise, back uprise, kip muscle ups, etc.) and for slow controlled/static strength work (dips, pull ups, planche, levers, iron cross, maltese, inverted cross, etc.), but will not be okay for any movements that require strong kipping or powerful gymnastic swinging movements.
If you're looking to do very advanced swinging/dynamic movements on the rings, you need to get a professional ring set up to practice those movements safely.
However, I think these style of rings are probably the best suited for what you're looking for (assuming that you're doing basic swings/kips & strength & static work):
These rings have straps that have no cam buckle and these are quick and easy to adjust and match the height to each other and they're a lot safer than cam buckle strapped rings. The total weight capacity they have is 1100lbs so you're gonna be pretty safe unless you do some crazy olympic level swinging on the rings (which, again, you need to go to a professional facility or have a professional set up for that stuff). They're a bit more expensive than regular cam buckle rings, but IMO, they're worth every penny. Best of lucK!
I don’t love them, but they’ve served me well:

If there are sturdy trees around, take some rings, which are my preferred method of doing bodyweight pull ups due to the stabilizers involved. You can also do pushups, dips, ring rows and a bunch more. I always take mine whenever I travel as they don't take up much space.

I got a plain pull-up bar and have hung these rings from it. I've heard it can be harder to get things online in Canada though. I wish you luck in finding some things that work for you!
I was doing pole dancing until I had kids but we've moved and there's no place close. I'm so tempted to put up a pole in the playroom, ha ha!
I had a standard ring straps for a while then ran across these and found them much faster to set up. They use clips instead of standard clamps. You can get them with or with out rings. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076X32LFY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_DFB4PH8R2BTKE0V9T147
