Brainwavz HM5 pads are great for the price. I can wear my M50x's all day, no issues at all.

These saved my head and ears and I love them.
Not OP but I have these and they did hurt my ears a fair amount initially. The earpads weren't really deep enough so my ears would be slightly compressed. I ordered some larger Brainwavz ear pads and the problem was resolved, and I love the headset otherwise.
My ears are maybe a little bigger than average and I've had to do this for a couple of my headphones in the past. I always buy the Brainwavz since they are comfortable and affordable.
Have you tried foam tips? The Comply foam tips are superior IMO due to the wax guard you can get built in, but they deteroriate on me rapidly as I use them as hearing protection at work as well. They reduce loud noises by about 30 db or more it seems which is enough for what I do. I recommend these if wax guards are not necessary. I think they may be a bit sturdier too, while being very soft.
The Wicked Earcushions on Amazon worked really well for me. I got a pink and purple mix color pair for my Arctic 9Xs and black ones for my Arctis 3’s.
They look exactly like the Brainwavz pads, judging from the pics in the link above. Really helps put into perspective just how much profit they are making now, selling them for $21 on Amazon:

I got these for mine, I like them much better, they feel better and sound better in my opinion. They are the same ones people were recommending online when I did my research into the arctic pro wireless as well.
This did the trick for me

Everyone’s ears are different. I had the exact same problem as you. Had even returned my first pair of Pros and only bought them again because of a great Black Friday sale. Even Comply tips did nothing to help. My ears are just different like yours.
What ended up working for me were ear hooks. They hold my AirPods in place snugly and I can barely feel that the hooks are there. The only drawback is that it’s an extra piece to carry since the AirPods don’t fit in the case with them on. But I use the hooks every time and no longer worry about the AirPods falling out.
I have no affiliation to the company. And no guarantee that you’ll have the same results.
I went with the Diofit ones from Amazon.
They work perfectly. I had to previously push them so far into my ear to get them to lock in they hurt. Eventually my ear had learned and sort of reshaped themselves. But after a couple of hours they would start feeling sore again. But after another Redditor suggested these, I gave them a shot. Hands down game changing. I no longer have to press them into my ear as far. I liked the fact that they came with 3 different sizes in the package. I had seen that others required you to know what size you needed in the first place. I ended up using a medium tip in my left and a small tip in my right. I actually wore them at work for so long I almost ran the battery to its limit! The new found seal also helps with the sound. The bass feels so much more awesome. The ANC got bumped up to a whole new level too. With ANC at max with these tips while mowing, I had to constantly feel if the mower was still running lol.
Comfort can vary from person to person because everyone’s ears are different in shape. Apple gives you 3 pairs of different size ear tips, so give each size a try. For me, I found that the Medium was too big and kept slipping off after 15 minutes. Small was a snug fit but it did get uncomfortable to keep them on for awhile. There’s 3rd party options like the Comply Foam 2.0 Ear Tips which I bought awhile ago and used them ever since because they’re very comfortable for long use and slightly better ANC. You can search on Amazon for different options for ear tips if Apple’s ear tips aren’t too comfortable for you.
I have these:
BRAINWAVZ Velor Replacements Ear Pads - for ATH-M50X, SHURE, AKG, HifiMan, ATH, Philips, Fostex Velour Memory Foam Earpads & Many Over The Ear Headpho https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MFDX4YO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_axs5CkBtOyuHQ
The stock pads aren't terrible for about an hour. After that you will start to feel the pressure of them. I switched them out and it really helped comfort. I got the Brainwavz angled memory foam pads for $30 on amazon.
I wear my m40x for gaming, music, etc. I love em.
I use the Newbee tips they sell on amazon for 5-7mm headphones. Worth giving a shot if you can find them in stock.
Also is this the ones you bought? There are many that show up on Amazon but I can't find one with the exact model "HM5" (I think that's just a headset they make) https://www.amazon.com/Brainwavz-Replacement-Memory-Foam-Earpads/dp/B00MFDT894/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=2Q827FRQS425L&keywords=brainwavz+hm5+pleather&qid=1563778855&s=gateway&sprefix=brainwavz+hm5+pleathe%2Caps%2C139&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1
Have you tried using a different type of ear tip? I use Comply's Foam Apple AirPods Pro 2.0 Earbud Tips, and they work much better but at a price. It does offer a better fit because it's memory foam compared to Apple's silicon tips. (I got them when they were discounted for $20 at Amazon).
Ah sorry I didn’t include those details. I replaced them with foam tips that helped significantly, but they still had some getting used to. Let me find them right nowdiofit Premium Designed for Samsung SML Eartips/Galaxy Buds Pro Eartips - Black SML (Foam) These are the ones I got. They work well and do their job with the buds.
Ear hooks. I use these: Proof labs AirPods Pro ear hooks
I am not in any way affiliated with them except I'm a very happy customer.
Ordered 2 boxes last year when we got our APPs and my wife and I are still on our first pair of ear hooks out of 3 per box.
They fit like a charm, I forget that they're in, and I no longer have the distraction or dread of having an AirPod pop out.
It helps that I had saved a pair of ear hooks from my monster immersion earbuds years ago to use with the AirPod first gens and so I quickly learned how great they are.
I do high impact sports (running, HIIT, etc) as well as lots of movement for building our business, and even smiling or making the wrong face would pop an APP out of my ears (or both would, it was horribly annoying).
There are other threads in this sub where people recommend their favorite solution but this is what I recommend.
The only downside:
You have to remember to put them on when you take the APPs out of their case and take them off before you put them back in to charge. This really isn't different than other solutions (except the foam tips, which seem to work well for some people) and I found that it simply becomes a routine habit that I don't have to think about yet still do.
Good luck!
(Again, I only endorse these because they work really well for me and I'm pretty happy with them. Maybe one day proof labs will hook me up with some referral $$$ because I share their product with people. Until then, I'll be a happy customer and advocate for something that works well.)
THESE ARE A LIFE SAVER!

If you have the gen 1 airpods there is another brand called Earbuddyz which can be found also on Amazon that work great as well.
Also try Comply memory foam tips. . They really expand after you squish them and put in your ears to form a tight seal.
I picked up these when I ordered my pros. My right ear is a little smaller and I always have trou le finding a bud that fits right in it. With the silicone tips, it just kept sliding out after a few seconds no matter what size I used. I use the medium foam tip for my left ear and the small foam tip on my right ear now and everything works so much better. It also helps if you wear them right. I hated the way they felt at first, they hurt like crazy after a while but I played around some more and I think I've got it. Samsung says to have the outer vent straight down which would make the oval go horizontal in my ear, but if I twist it back a bit and make it vertical instead it feels so much better. I'd definitely recommend these tips though. The plastic inside adds some stability and they're small enough to fit in the case still.
If you are looking for a long term solution I would just go straight to silicone. Foam usually doesn't last all that long
I've been using the dio fit silicone https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B08S32WH4Z/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_BY94W0W9XMSGW851E1J9
These... they were a little more expensive but the only pair made specifically for the pros at the time I bought them.

I had to get some ear hook attachments. I opted for the inner ear hooks because they worked and were low profile. something like this
I got the diofit foam tips in March. They worked really well, but now the buds are coming out of the tips when I remove them from my ears, so like most foam tips, they don't have much longevity.

Not Jae, but I ended up having to replace mine back in March. Went with these, and I haven't looked back.

These replacement pads here made all three of my Audio Technicas very, very comfortable. I can't speak highly enough of them.
I had similar issues when I got mine. The cups were tiny and firm, that coupled with the clamping pressure made it so I could not wear them for more than 20 minutes.
I bout some different cups and now that they are actually over ear I love them and can wear them for extended periods of time. For anyone looking, I bought these ones below but any similar ones should work. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00MFDT894?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
