After going back, it turns out I was looking at dietary supplements
It was one of the first things that popped up for “estrogen mtf”

I’ve been taking a DIM supplement for hormonal acne and I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in the last two weeks.
My skin used to be oily all the time and now it’s completely normal or a tad dry which is easily remedied with a light moisturizer. My skin hasn’t been breaking out much at all either.
I’ve struggled for so long and to finally find something that made a marked difference in only two weeks was amazing!
Highly recommend anyone looking to use a DIM supplement do a little research about it to see if it’d be right for you. It’s to remove excess estrogen which contributes to hormonal acne, so if you’re a male I’m not sure how it would work with your body (I only found information regarding female usage).
I’ll attach a link of the actual supplement I ordered from amazon.
Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier - Lemon Lime - Hydration Powder Packets | Electrolyte Supplement Drink Mix | Low Sugar | Easy Open Single-Serving Stick | Non-GMO (Lemon Lime/16 Count) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01IT9NLHW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_Z8ZC5ADPXDA0CPH3DWNX?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Hey! I had done some research on spironolactone, and while it's cheaper and less side effects than BC, I wanted to find something a bit more natural. I discovered DIM - Diindolylmethane (https://www.amazon.com/DIM-Supplement-BioPerine-Treatment-Inhibitor/dp/B006KL4TYG) in a couple articles about hormonal acne. I got a lot of cystic acne around my period as well as if I drank coffee too much. This supplement has worked fantastically for me, I don't get any hormonal acne at all anymore, my periods and cramps are much less upsetting, and my mood overall is more stable. Highly recommend this if your want to go the supplement route.
You might get a box of Liquid IV. Just mix it with 16 oz of water and it works well for me when I'm dehydrated. I keep some in my backpack and my diabetic medicine bag.
Whey protein. Don't think of it as a "supplement," its just food. This stuff is unflavored, so its easy to add into other stuff or make smoothies with.
Not that I can recall. I used to have seriously irregular periods and it’s helped with that too and they’re even lighter. There are tons of Q&A’s on the amazon reviews, maybe you’ll find your answer there.
DIM Supplement 200mg Plus BioPerine (2 Month Supply) Menopause Relief, Estrogen Balance, PCOS & Cystic Hormonal Acne Treatment, & Body Building. Aromatase Inhibitor. Vegan, Free of GMOs, Soy, & Dairy https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006KL4TYG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_s9WqAb73P0BNB
Thanks for your reviews. The reviews on Amazon sucks. But I did find this one https://www.amazon.com/Utimi-Cock-Chastity-Device-Locked/dp/B075MCMM6N/ref=pd_aw_vtph_121_bs_1/146-3038315-2783444?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B075MCMM6N&pd_rd_r=fa0709dd-8215-11e9-9c4a-ff62a9822dac&pd_rd_w=eWwvT&pd_rd_wg=YgXHn&pf_r... I think it looks promising. My sub just put in the order so we shall see how good it is soon.
Liquid IV is a powder add in that has electrolytes. Found here: https://www.amazon.com/Liquid-I-V-Multiplier-Electrolyte-Supplement/dp/B01IT9NLHW It helps a lot with hydration.
Running helps me mentally more than anything. But yes it has helped with symptoms as well. I still get flares but anything you can do to strengthen your legs will help with lightheadedness. I will say to be careful if you faint- I rarely pass out. I run 2-3 times a week normally.
My brain fog still isn’t great to be honest. It doesn’t help that I have frequent migraines though. I’m still in college and get good grades though.
Maybe try DIM supplements and pantothenic acid.

Honestly, if you haven't tried it, it's worth a shot.
Also I have no idea how numbing creams work with epilating, or if it's even worth it, but this is what I use for electrolysis and it's the best stuff I have found: https://www.amazon.com/Ebanel-Painkilling-Anesthetic-Hemorrhoid-Discomfort/dp/B019D7MQMK/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=numbing+cream&qid=1595534606&sr=8-5
I do suggest when epilating you TRIM FIRST with something like this - set the guard 1 or 2 settings up to make the hair shorter. Otherwise the hair can get inside the head and jam things up a bit (IMO - but I've worn out a few epilators in my time, and I always blamed hair that was too long initially.) https://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-Portable-Adjustable-Settings-Operated/dp/B00005JS5C/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=bikini+trimmer&qid=1595534636&sr=8-6
We have the thermal one and just use a bottle brush to clean it like this one OXO Good Grips Bottle Brush https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00004OCLJ/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_8V06ZQYWP2TE9ZDQ9ERE?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 Hold it by the handle and scrub to your hearts content, takes about 10 seconds. When I start to see discoloration, I'll toss in some cafiza, fill it with water, and let it sit for ten minutes before scrubbing it, comes out good as new.
I bought it on Amazon! My gyno said it’s helped other patients with PMDD. I started it at the same time as the increased progesterone, so I can’t tell you which one is responsible for this month being bearable (so far). Here’s the link.
When I'm kept awake by itch, and nothing else helps, I will put on a thin layer of lidocaine. It works like a charm and I feel it has helped my condition improve in the months I've been doing this.
This is what I use. I've had the same tiny container since March. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019D7MQMK?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Yeah the ice thing never worked for me either! I don't know if it will help at all but what I do is apply the numbing agent and set a timer for 25 mins. While I'm waiting on that to kick in I get the shot ready to go. Usually watch tv or something while i do it to take my mind off of it/try not to get myself anxious about it. Along with the shot I get two alcohol wipes, a baby wipe and a band-aid ready (I bleed a lot). When the timer goes off on my phone I use the baby wipe to wipe off the numbing cream and quickly wipe the area with the alcohol wipe and line up the needle to my skin. I pinch my skin and once the needle is lined up I look away when I initially push it through my skin and only look back once it's already in.
Some shot days are better than others, but this has mostly helped me! Also, word of advice with the numbing cream - don't massage it into your skin. You want it to be totally caked on for it to work. It also helps to use a q-tip to apply it!
You can find the numbing cream I use here.
Hope this helps!
This is what I used: https://smile.amazon.com/Ebanel-Painkilling-Anesthetic-Hemorrhoid-Discomfort/dp/B019D7MQMK/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=numb&qid=1625102840&sr=8-4 Not sure if Reddit allows such links, so if it doesn't show, let me know. Good stuff for a lot of things. Trouble is, it doesn't last too long (I recall 20 minutes), but it can be reapplied as often as you like. One jar lasts a good amount of time (6 months for me).
Good luck - I feel for you.
Stardrops - The Pink Stuff - The Miracle All Purpose Cleaning Paste https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DU5SRIY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_PWRX8HHAWRT1RDF1GTEA.
This is on sale on Amazon. Makes my glass top look brand new.
I shave between treatments and it should be fine. This is what I use, its branded as numbing cream... https://www.amazon.com/Ebanel-Painkilling-Anesthetic-Hemorrhoid-Discomfort/dp/B019D7MQMK/ref=sr\_1\_5?dchild=1&keywords=blt+cream&qid=1621562784&sr=8-5
I asked my pharmacist if I could use lidocaine before eucrisa and tacrolimus and she researched and did not find an interaction. It has been a game changer. This is the lidocaine I use.
There was a bunch of stuff in my house that I thought needed replacing because I'd cleaned them but they still didn't look clean, like what you've got with the sink and work surface.
Then my boyfriend bought this: Pink Stuff Paste and it's amazing - it cleaned EVERYTHING.
So I recommend getting some of that and some cloths to use it with and seeing if that works :)
I found NOW Foods Whey Protein Isolate on Amazon, if you don't mind non-flavored: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0015AQL1Q/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
Labdoor.com also ranked it well in their analysis of protein powders: https://labdoor.com/rankings/protein
Update: /u/whenwillthewaitend was correct about the counterfeit MABIS! I contacted Amazon about my MABIS malfunctioning and they sent me a replacement on Friday. When I compared the packaging, I noticed that the two thermometers were similar but definitely different. The first thermometer I received was actually from TopCare, Model 87-639-000, Distributed by Topco Associates LLC Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. However, my replacement MABIS is from MABIS Healthcare, Model 15-639-000, Distributed by MABIS Healthcare 1931 Norman Drive Waukegan, IL 60085. Physically the two thermometers are similar, except for one distinguishing factor: the real MABIS contains a white M logo on the pink battery cover. What I don't understand is why the same seller, MABIS DMI Healthcare, would have sent me two very different thermometers?!!
Cheap, reputable company, good reviews on Amazon, and minimal ingredients (always check the ingredients so you can avoid the bad stuff).
Hormonal acne is obviously due to hormonal imbalances, aka why it's called hormonal. I don't want to take birth control so I did research and found out about Diindolyl-methane aka Diim, as a natural alternative to treat hormonal acne.
It's found only in cruciferous veggies like broccoli, but you could never get the amount you need from eating it.
It helps your body metabolize excess hormones which in turn also helps your PMS/Menopause symptoms! Jane Iredale makes a blend but it's like $60.
I get mine from Smoky Mountain Naturals. It definitely makes a difference. It's totally affordable and has great reviews on Amazon too.
I have this cage from amazon and it accommodates much more girth than I expected... Utimi Cock Cage Male Chastity Device Locked Cage Sex Toy for Men https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075MCMM6N/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_3yI0Ab1YQVTGH

One of my good friends got me these hydration powders and I feel like it’s helping so much. I do have to drink with ice but I feel so much better since pregnancy and water drinking apparently aren’t agreeing with me
