I think for the money a Heat Press is the only way to go. It can do so much more than an iron or cricut presser. Those are small and you have to use pressure, make sure you don't move it, move it several times for larger designs on shirts. This is the one I bought. It will grow with me as I grow my hobby. I will never have to buy another one.

I used an iron on the first couple of shirts I did and they started to peel after several washings. This one gives you everything that the circuit press does, but a lot more. It is fun learning to do hats and cups, but I use it mainly for shirts for my family and friends. Best bang for the buck.
I have done cards with vinyl, jewelry with HTV, shirts, bags, socks, pillows, etc. I would not trade my heat press for anything. If you have the room and can spend just a little more in your budget it is definitely worth the cost.
I grabbed this one
Super Deal PRO 12" X 10" Digital Swing Away Heat Press Clamshell Transfer Sublimation Machine https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075L6K1KM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_cgDlDbTRAZ2TC
It’s $132 on amazon. If you search “shirt heat press” on there, they’d all work. Main difference is the size of the heating surface. This one is 10x12”. I’d recommend larger if you’re using it for professional purposes. It takes a little testing to get your press times/temps on point for different materials so it may be worth picking up a pack of shirts for dialing it in. All in all, the cameo on woot and this press would net you $330 ish? Plus a few rolls of heat transfer vinyl. Just remember to flip the image backward before cutting the design on the cameo ( I made this mistake a few times >.< )
I do not own one or ever used one but I seen this one on YouTube it's a homemade build https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KR4MNMB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_c4hyFbAMVEHWT https://www.harborfreight.com/6-ton-a-frame-bench-shop-press-1666.html You can upgrade frame if I want aslo I heard keif wasn't great on press I heard nice moise but will give most yeild back use humidifier packs on ur bud before u press
dabpress is a brand of rosin press, got mine on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Hydraulic-dp-bj3t33-Anodized-Accurate-Detected/dp/B07KQ387F3/ref=asc_df_B07KQ387F3/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=241896635023&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=2026290890586401079&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9003814&hvtargid=pla-590103964282&psc=1
These type of rosin presses use dry herb, heat and pressure to produce the rosin you collect
If you’re willing to spend $500 you can get a 4 ton dabpress shipped to your door in a couple days from amazon , but if I’m being honest you only really need it if you’re pressing a fuck ton of it, or if you’re pressing flower as well. you’re better off to just press sift with a hair straightener because sift doesn’t require as much pressure as say flower, or a big patty of bubble hash
I love my press and use it daily but I only press flower because any time I’ve gone to press “kief” or grinder grade sift that isn’t super clean dry sift, you’re going to get dark product more often than not. Not always, but for the most part it’s a lot of micro particles of contaminate , and thus I wouldn’t want you to spend the money on a press just for this specific purpose just for it to not work out the way you want.
TL;DR: here if you’re wanting to pull the trigger regardless but prepare to be pressing flower more frequently as opposed to sift from shake. Hope this helps.
Yeah I bought a cheap one it’s really nice to learn and mess with on small scale 2-3 grams per press and I’ve been yielding average 20% but only did one type of flower so far (just got into this myself) it’s called the Dulytek DM800 and so far I have nothing but good to say bout it. Comes with some tools too 🤟

Same company makes a 5 ton that’s really cheap too. I highly reccomend not getting one that doesn’t have a jack. The handle ones don’t have a lot of pressure.
DabPress 4T - $320 with couponDabPress Bags - $20 for 40
That will let you do "Bottle Tech" which gets you 10% ~ 20% returns depending on the quality of your material for flower rosin. You'll want to press 3g ~ 5g at a time ideally, so something like an eighth is a good amount to test.

And as others have said, if you get into pressing you're eventually just gonna want something like a Nugshasher XP, but for flower rosin you can certainly start with an inexpensive machine and get excellent results.
Thisis the one I am using, purchased from Amazon. It was in a lot of the videos I was watching, and always had good results, and was a much lower price point than newer models, so figured it'd be good for stepping into the practice.
THANK YOU!!!! That was actually one of the first heat press machines I found on Amazon a couple weeks ago!!! https://www.amazon.com/PowerPress-HPM-1515-BK-Industrial-Quality-Digital-Sublimation/dp/B0773Y1TNX/ref=sr_1_8?crid=10D7M6ZH6PNKF&keywords=16+x+20+power+press+heat+machine&qid=1661570016&sprefix=16+x+20+power+press+heat+machine%2Caps%2C...
ROSITEK RNP4 4-Ton Hydraulic Heat... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0972LNHRY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Just buy this guy if it breaks worst come worst it’s cheap enough to where I wouldn’t even be mad.
Supposedly they stand by their warranty to though!
Works great for me I usually do 7-10g runs
This one looks promising I honestly wish I would’ve gotten this one. I like that it has more space on the back side
Sure. It’s the Fancierstudio Heat Press Swing Away 9x12. I’m not sure if Amazon sells it anymore as even the link to but again from my account doesn’t work.
My current press is Fancierstudio Heat press Digital Heat Press 15 x 15 Sublimation Heat Press
Fancierstudio has uneven heating issues with some. I would recommend Powerpress. You can refer Amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0773Y1TNX/ref=sspa\_dk\_detail\_0?psc=1p13NParams&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzVEJPVFZRU0pWWUFaJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMDE2OTUxM1BOS0RYQkkzNFEwRSZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMzc5OTkyVU1CRlNUWUI3RUYwJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfZGV0Y...
Sure thing. I don’t sell items or do a ton of products so I can’t speak to how well they would do in running and kind of business or side hustle, but I do know that others in the ‘crafting’ community do use the same and/or similar machines and run small businesses using them. I use a Cricut Maker machine for cutting the designs and patterns out of htv for the shirts. It’s pretty user friendly and Cricut has their own program to create images and texts to send through the Cricut. You can also use images save from the google to have cut as well, but if you do plan to profit off of what you make you have to be careful with trademarked images and whatnot. You are allowed to use images for personal use though as long as you aren’t profiting off of it. I’m not super savvy on the legalities of all of it, which is why I don’t try to sell anything I make. I use a heat press that I just got off of Amazon which adheres the htv to the fabric.
There are several brands that make htv, some work better than others but they all seem to do the job just fine. You will find which brands you prefer the more you use them.
Cricut machine that I use: https://cricut.com/en_us/machines/cricut-maker-machines/cricut-maker/cricut-makerr-machine-blue-1.html
You can find htv on both the Cricut website, Amazon, and craft stores. They have all sorts of colors and textures. The mountains on this is done with holographic htv, and the lettering is done in glitter htv.
YouTube also has a ton of crafters who use the Cricut machines to create designs to press onto t shirts, and you can get a lot of good info on how to do these pretty easily from those videos.
I got something for that kief.....

My advice would be a dabpress 4 ton. You can get from Amazon for about 349. Can probably find cheaper but I was looking and seen this one looks like it'd work well but I see dabpress on here alot and haven't really seen a bad review.

I was going for the 4 ton dabpress and this one showed up on sponsored ad from amazon!

It’s not expensive, it’s not hydraulic, it’s not a multi-ton press.
It is pretty solid quality, it is beginner friendly, it is made by a well trusted high quality company, and you can make very nice extracts on it.
