Hey man, consider using these antennas. I've seen them get recommended a bunch of times on this subreddit and I've placed an order for myself.
You can also get a pair of 90 degree rp-sma adapters if you don't want the antennas to stick out straight.
Basically nothing, you can get a better charger for about the same money on Amazon
Cheap. Effective. 25 tooth. Not exactly race material with stupid low latency or something but strong and reliable.
If you can buy this Traxxas 50k from amazon
If you only want to buy one tube of lube, buy 50k. It's the same as weight 5 on SCS but you get more for the price.
There are lots on Amazon. I got these as these were Prime (and in stock):

If you don't wanna buy the Traxxas 50k at a hobby store you can get a 2oz bottle (60cc) for about $7 which is cheap.
https://www.amazon.com/Traxxas-5137-Differential-Oil-Weight/dp/B000BOLVFI
Since you have all the different "weights" I can tell you will need to test them to see which one matches your style, then after that naturally you will be narrowed down to a few lubricants maybe even 2-3, as you will see what fits or doesn't. Traxxas lubricants are cheap and the standard bottle is 60cc for about $7 on Amazon and $5 to a online hobby store I use. However cubicle lubricants are still useful but if you need a wallet friendly alternative then Traxxas is the way to go. However I always recommend a bottle of 50k around you it's pretty much universal. Alot of people just lube the core of their cube with 50k, lube 4x4's with 50k (when you break it in it feels amazing), and 2x2's.
30k, and 50k and some thin weights is all you ever honestly need and since your getting Lubicle Speedy, you won't need 10k, but yea. Goodluck
That's my 2 cents.
I'd recommend Traxxas 50k You can usually get it for pretty cheap at a local Hobby RC store or here on amazon
So now you should source a replacement servo. If its a 3 wire servo, I like the 20kg specials that Amazon/eBay seem to sell, for 20ish dollars. Metal geared and waterproof.. That will help this issue from surfacing again
You just need to charge a single 1S cell? If you want something versatile but user involved you can get a simple mutli-funciton balance charger. With this you can charge not just LiFePO4 but Li-Ion, NiMH/NiCD and Lead Acid, up to 6S/15S/10S. If you want something plug-and-play you need a dedicated 1S LiFePO4 charger. Looks. like there are lots of BMS+charger boards available but they have some pretty low overdischarge thresholds (2.1V? Pretty low IMO).
I hope you solve your problem and share with us when you do. I personally run this servo in my TRX4 and have been less than gentle with no problems so far.
Looks amazing man. Loving the white on black. Honestly, I love my ftw3's looks too but it's a loud boy.
If you don't like the antenna I replaced mine with these
The discharge rate is based on a minimum, you're fine to exceed this rating.
I watched this video about a year ago and it definitely has some good advice. https://youtu.be/lQtKgiv70DQ
Biggest take-aways are : - Get a LiPo charger with balance and storage mode - ALWAYS balance charge - Store in a fireproof bag - Store at 3.8v per cell
This is the charger I use for single battery charging: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00466PKE0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_bOb2Fb6W3PKQQ
At the moment this is a very good price, it normally bounces around between 60-70$ on Amazon. I actually bought an extra as a spare.
I had that same charger and funny enough same Titan battery. Thought the battery died, bought another 11.1 lipo, turns out it wasn’t charging one cell and I unbalanced/ruined another 11.1v. I got rid of all that and bought this charger that will warn you if somethings out of balance across cells, I HIGHLY recommend it for the health of your batteries and safety, Lipos/li-ons are awesome but fickle..
It needs a power supply, people recommend one in the comments that works well. Look on YouTube for a tutorial on how to run it, and honestly, I loved my Titan but I’d buy 3-4 lipos from Hobbyzone instead of another Titan 🤙.
Well it's probably possible, but not recommended... especially when you could get a charger for 14 dollars on Amazon that will charge that battery correctly. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003MXMJX8/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_JnWpxb1XHX18Q
I couldn't say for sure. That set of pins is labeled for Nickel batteries, which you don't have. If those pins functioned the same as the Lithium set of pins, I'm not sure why the meter wouldn't just have one universal set.
From your photos though, it looks like that set of pins gave you a somewhat accurate voltage readout.
EDIT: Someone posted a link to the manual on the Amazon product page, which refers to 2s-7s LiPo function only. Someone else said they could get a reading through the NiCd/NiMh port, but it wasn't accurate.
It's probably easier to just spend the $3 on a separate cheap LiPo meter for your 1s batteries.
I use the tenergy tb6b I really recommend it even though it does cost a bit with it you're not limited to just lipos or what type of connector it has it comes with a octopus cable (not sure what to call it) but it allows you to basically charge any type of battery with it you can program the charger to work with any battery too! amazon link
If you don't have traxxas 50k, get that first just due to the versatility of it, being able to use 50k on both the core and sparingly on the pieces. You can get it over on amazon here.
If you still do have more budget, I would recommend lubes specifically for the pieces. Stuff such as TheCubicle's Silk, DNM-37, and Lubicle One, or Cosmic lube from SpeedcubeShop will do as well. These lubes are less viscous than 50k and are great for being used on the pieces.
edit, I kinda care about the cost, and also amazon shipping is also really quick for me. also there's also this Tenergy one which hasn't really been recommended.
The battery is alright but the charger is shit. You can get a smart charger for $15 on Amazon though.
Firstly, I'd consider getting the GAN 356 X because money isn't a problem, as you said. Of course, if you have a reason for getting the 354 M (such as small hands), go ahead, but if you do not, then you should get the GAN 356 X.
Moreover, I simply do not believe that getting Cosmic or Supernova or whatever The Cubicle offers is ever worth it unless you do not have the time to set up the cube yourself. My reasoning is that all lube setups are temporary, and the lube will eventually dry out. With all of the money that you spend for someone else to set up your cube, you could easily buy lube for yourself that'll last you much, much longer. For example, check out this Traxxas 50K offer on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Traxxas-5137-Differential-Oil-Weight/dp/B000BOLVFI
50K is widely used as both a core lube and a piece lube (although, it's not that good of a piece lube imo), and this huge bottle costs less than $10. Adding this lube into your cube is extremely trivial as well, so I see no reason to let other people set up your cube, especially because it costs so much.
If you want a good piece lube, I'd recommend Angstrom Gravitas and Angstrom Dignitas ($10 as a bundle) from The Cubicle. Gravitas is a super long-lasting lube, and the combination of these two lubes in my Valk 3 M is the best lube setup I've ever tried on it.
TL;DR There is no need to pay so much for someone else to set up your cube (lube is temporary anyway) when you can just buy a whole bunch of lube and set up your cube yourself for however long you'll use it for.
Your best bet is to order it online. It does depend on what lube you want, if you want the professional lube, get it from SCS or Cubicle, but if you just want some simple lube, get some Traxxas on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Traxxas-5137-Differential-Oil-Weight/dp/B000BOLVFI/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=silicone+lube+traxxas&qid=1563613705&s=gateway&sr=8-5
Flysky FS- GT5 is what I use for reciver/transmitter. There are cheaper Flysky transmitters but I wanted to be able to run many RCs with one transmitter.
For servo I used this one it's one of the best cheap servos. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076CNKQX4?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
A lot of people get this and the recommended right angle adapters. Small with dual band wifi. Stock was an issue for me so I found them on ebay by the same maker and it was like a dollar or so cheaper.
You don't need one, so long as you check cell voltage regularly. I don't like to let my Lipos go below 3.3V per cell (3V is the ABSOLUTE minimum). I always try to balance charge as often as possible, and I have some of these for on the fly Voltage checking.
No problem.
Also, a lot of people are saying to go with the ASUS adapter because it's low-profile. However, with the Intel you can swap out the antennae if you want, in order to make it low-profile. I use these with some adapters to make them flush with the case; they're excellent.
It's utterly, completely unnecessary and purely cosmetic, but in the off-chance you did want something low-profile, I thought I'd mention it.
Good luck with the build!
These tiny guys work fine for my BT keyboard. About 20 feet away behind a TV.
