That is one of the worst table types to play FPS on.
You have no room to flick your mouse if you play FPS with slow sensitivity.
I thought those "gaming tables" that have concave edges were dumb at 1st (example), but I realized its design/form had a purpose when I tried playing CSGO on a circular dining table... you run out of room pretty quick for your mouse
Amazon vendor here. I have a very specific question. I couldn't find an answer to this, maybe you can. How can someone copy the listing along with its reviews? I understand the arbitrage bots mentality but this recently is blowing my mind. I am sending two links down there. One is the original listing. The other one is the copy of same exact listing. Original Fake
Don't waste your money on pre-packaged desks or office supply stores/sites. Ones like the Autonomous or Uplift desks are ridiculously priced for what they are.
Piece your own together
1) get a dual motor standing desk frame from Amazon. I have this one but unfortunately it's out of stock at the moment: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QCNL73Y
2) get a nice piece of solid wood for the top. You can go to Lowes or Home Depot and get a butcher block countertop in the size you want. Or I personally recommend this: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-72-in-Solid-Wood-Top-for-6-ft-Solid-Wood-Top-Workbench-G7200AS-US/206497844 It works amazing as a desk. It's a thick piece of wood with a smooth finish. If you don't want a smooth finish, then maybe the butcher block option is better. But whatever you do, DON'T buy anything that isn't solid wood!
This will be about $415 pretax. The Autonomous desk is $569 for the XL desk and it's particle board. The Uplift is $819 for the 72" with wood.
I have my heavy tower hanging onto it and two heavy (G-Sync) monitors mounted. Easily about 150lbs of equipment screwed into the desk and it doesn't even flinch. I wouldn't trust particle board with that. The top itself is about 50 lbs so that's over 200 lbs of weight on the frame and it goes up and down without a hitch.
Just a cheap on from amazon. I will be upgrading when I move out to a long straight desk but this will work for now.
My recommendation is the same as u/dontautotuneme.
I have a $230 TOPSKY dual-motor Frame (Amazon) recommended by some Redditors, and on top of it is a cheap $69 Ikea SÄLJAN countertop. I have a dual monitor and my pc on top and still have plenty of room.
Everyone's yelling Ikea, but there's not an Ikea near everyone (the closest one to me is around 2 hours away). I got this Zinus table off Amazon (I have a pair of their end tables in my bedroom and a bedframe from them as well), it's a really solid "desk". I threw a cable management tunnel on the back and some LED strips, it works really well. I have room for my 32" monitor, speakers on each side, and my tower with some room to spare.
The table top was custom made with some plywood.

This is what we went with. Like it well enough. Simple and efficient though we don’t use the keyboard tray. Can fit in a right or left hand corner so no issue there (so you can get two and make a U if you wanted as well).

I have no idea on the names. I got both on craigslist. $50 for the desk and $30 for the stand. Here are some Amazon links to very similar items with good prices.

Seville Classics 10-Drawer Organizer Cart, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00394HMS2/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_dx3Oub18W0ZAQ
I'm glad I got this chair, I also ordered this desk off of Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Walker-Edison-Soreno-3-Piece-Corner/dp/B001FB5LE8/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1486698159&sr=8-3&keywords=L+desk
It'll be a lot better than the weird wobbly ass desk I have now and it will compliment my chair a lot more. I'm supposed to get it Monday.
Well it depends, do you just want a good starter desk or something you can use for a good length of time without feeling like you have to get another one?Personally I have a rather small desk I thought I would like but have come to realise leaves me wishing for more space for my mouse, keyboard and assorted desk decorations (a few figures mainly). An L shape desk can be great for this https://www.amazon.com/Walker-Edison-Soreno-3-Piece-Corner/dp/B001FB5LE8/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1494868308&sr=8-6&keywords=desk
There's a few more options you can find on amazon just by searching desk. I hope this was helpful.
It's the Zinus 55 from Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075F9KPQH/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I actually live a couple miles away from an IKEA but wasn't sure if the table top I wanted would fit in my car. So far I'm impressed with the quality considering the overall price. Took less than 10 minutes to put it together. The bottom metal frame comes in 4 parts that fit together without screws. You flip it upside down on the table top and screw the frame to it and that holds everything together. Feels nice and solid without any wobble or flexing. If I ever wanted to go for an all solid "real" wood top, it should be easy to reuse the metal base.
Yep! Direct off Amazon
Walker Edison Soreno 3-Piece Corner Desk, Black with Black Glass https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001FB5LE8/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_cPhJAbG9094SJ
You can take leave they keyboars tray off, you'll just have four small little holes on the bottom, but totally not noticable.
A desk that has to hold two monitors side by side and a mid-tower PC is going to be a pretty long desk. I think the two you have linked would be able to fit everything, though you might want to go with putting your monitors on an arm to free up some space underneath the monitors (like for speakers). The adjustable standing/sitting desk from Office Depot looks nice too, for those times when you want to stand up for a bit.
Just as a another possibility I wanted to mention a desk I have had my eyes on for a little bit. This gaming desk (amazon link) is a good 15"-20" smaller than what you are looking for, lengthwise, but it has space for the two monitors, speakers, and probably the PS4 depending on how you lay it out. For the PC though you would definitely need to put it on a separate cart or box or something. Just some food for thought.
Many people have IKEA desks. I like them and you can choose the table top and legs you want. I personally got a desk from Amazon. I got this one; https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075F9KPQH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's a little bit on the smaller size compared to the ones most people get from IKEA but it fits everything I need.
I've been using the same tempered glass desk (Walker Edison Soreno) for almost 10 years with no problem. I currently have this mount clamped to it with no problems. I don't use a pressure plate, only the mount. However, there is a metal frame (which is part of the desk) about an inch or 2 in running the length of the desk that it's clamped to.
I used to sit a 20" 55 lbs Sony Trinitron on it. People vastly underestimate the strength of tempered glass. I'm not sure I'd clamp DIRECTLY to the glass without a frame though.
If you don't live anywhere near an Ikea, I use a Zinus table for my desk. I've had 2 23" 1080p monitors on it, and currently I have my 32" 1440p monitor plus my mid tower on it and it holds up great. You can even fit a set of Ikea Alex drawers under it (BARELY). I could probably sleep on this thing without it bending, just don't get anything that feels lighter than it looks like it should be and you'll be fine.
Here's a link, I'm not sure whats up with the bizarre name of the product on Amazon haha, but it's held up well since I got it in early 2021. Very simple to remove the legs when it comes time to move and it's light enough that you can easily lift it and move it around the room.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075F9KPQH
I bought this thing a few years ago on sale for like $60 and I've been using it as my desk ever since. It's "only" 24" deep so it'd be nice if it was a little deeper but it's very solid. IDK if I'd pay the $90 it costs now but you probably won't find a much better deal for something this sturdy.
Thank You for the reply.
While waiting I've being look around at reviews and what not... I noticed on the TOPSKY the extension has brackets, is that the sorta of brackets your talking about or do you recommend getting some long pieces of metal to screw into the bottom of the desk as I have seen some people do that ?
Yep it's perfect, for the 74in version of the desk idk about the 94 in version, but should be fine
Bought this standing desk frame and a nice table top from homedepot. Had it for ~1.5 yrs and it works great.

Your welcome
The desk is from Amazon.
I made the monitor riser with some tree wood I found laying around and a plank of nice wood. Following the sizing guides on Grovemade's website, I ended up with the finished product.
I don’t own this myself, but I have seen others recommend this one
TOPSKY Dual Motor Electric Adjustable Standing Computer Desk for Home and Office (Black Frame only) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08C2LC3H2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_GWHDMKTF8SDSXWAEHBWW?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I previously had a gaming desk made by Arozzi that I found on amazon. it was sturdy, and had a great layout with table cutouts in middle and both sides for cords and also came with a giant cover for the top that was basically a giant mousepad that could be washed
I have a Walker Edison Soreno. I can't build anything as I'm not skilled enough and don't have the tools. I already plan to use wall shelves for under the desk where the metal support beams are at on both sides and I'm using the keyboard tray to hold a couple consoles but I'll need more space than that. A tiered solution that holds 3-4 consoles on the corner piece would be perfect but I still haven't found anything suitable.
Got it on Amazon a few years ago! Here’s a link to a similar desk: Need Computer Desk 63 inches Large Size Desk Gaming Desk Writing Desk with BIFMA Certification Workstation Office Desk,Teak Black AC3BB-160 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071S1YG87/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_53KFRYF1VB6NNKDM7C61?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I'm working on a standing desk using a TOPSKY dual motor frame and an Acacia butcher block from lowes. I just finished staining and I'm extremely happy with the results. I paid about $140 for a 60' x 30" butcher block so you could probably find a 24" a little cheaper.
What desks are you hooligans buying that cost this much?

I've had this desk for 6 years and the keyboard tray is rock solid, and it's less than $100. I feel like some of you are just either cheaping out on your desk or just not looking hard enough.
I got the TOPSKY. More expensive than I remember paying, but I would definitely buy it again at this price.
They got this: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08C2LC3H2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 And bought the top at Home Depot a few choices of length and colors, plus you can get it cut there if need be: https://www.homedepot.com/b/Kitchen-Countertops-Butcher-Block-Countertops/N-5yc1vZcgrc?NCNI-5&searchRedirect=butcher%2520block%2520countertop&semanticToken=d00r20r01122000000_2022030921142326414714264840_us-east4-bcgt%20d00r20r01122000000%...
Looks pretty good. If it’s that spongy card table material on top I’d personally pass. It indents pretty easily after peripherals sit on it for some time. Checking it out in store would be your best bet, if at all possible of course. My concerns would lie in sturdiness and if the split down the middle would bother you while using it. If one side has more weight on it and the wood is particle board there’s a chance you could end up with an uneven surface.
This is the same desk Ive used for probably 5 years now. I’m seeing it anywhere around 100-150 USD on amazon. Bit pricier but I can confirm it’s survived a few years of service in a call center before I inherited it.
I have an older Corsair SP-2500 2.1 channel system and it has mini bookshelf speakers. The sub is huge and sits under the desk, and the desk which I bought off amazon for its size, is the Arozzi Arena Gaming Desk I picked it out because it's over 5ft wide and like 2ft deep. The Left and Right speakers sit to the sides of the 32" monitor and the 4k monitor sits high enough so it doesn't block the sound from the left speaker. Kind of a "special" setup but I basically had random stuff I got for free that I threw together and made work.
It’s a combination of a Home Depot table top and a this stand:

I went with the FEZIBO Daul Motor frame, which does NOT include a tabletop. Been using it since mid-2020 and it's great.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QCNL73Y
On it I've got a 55" glass tabletop, G9, G9 Neo, C-KTPHD dual vertical stand, and two big Polk bookshelf speakers. Legitimately about 175 lbs on it and it doesn't break a sweat!
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075F9KPQH?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details
I have one at home and one at college, both 55" in the dark color. Super sturdy, looks nice, simple, and super easy to put together.
Correct, I purchased a standing desk frame from topsky.

Based on some other reviews/posts here on reddit (with people doing similar), some people haven't found the need to secure them because they're heavy. Others have used screws to mount them.
My understanding is that you can use a frame like this, and secure from underneath using screws (based on the photos of the frame, it appears this would be the case): https://smile.amazon.com/TOPSKY-Electric-Adjustable-Standing-Computer/dp/B08C2LC3H2?th=1
I slapped a butcher block on top of this guy from amazon.
I guess it can be wobbly if you shake it, but i haven't noticed just working on it

Unironically, my mousepad is this big. I use this Arozzi Desk that comes with a fitted mousepad that covers the entire desk.
We had trouble too since we were looking for a custom size (52"x~25"). We just bought this frame from Amazon and then purchased a butcher block top from Lowe's as a top: https://smile.amazon.com/TOPSKY-Electric-Adjustable-Standing-Computer/dp/B08C2LC3H2/ref=psdc_3733671_t1_B08698BS8M
I think the minimum desktop depth is about 20" (and feet stick out farther), so may not work for you. But you may be able to find a Vivo or another brand with smaller dimensions.
I just built a desk with this exact countertop and these legs. I have a 4 arm monitor mount with 3 monitors (a 4th sometime soon) and my computer case. No issues at all with lifting. I also absolutely love it.

Hit all the boxes for me. Also reading the reviews the company sounded reputable enough for me to trust them.
Budget? Style? How fancy are you looking to get?
I bought this six months ago for $90 during an Amazon DOTD. I really like it, but obviously it's just a table. No drawers or anything. But it's sturdy and plenty big for two monitors, a monitor stand, and a docking station & laptop.
A couple friends and I have this motorized standing desk. We bought just the frame and picked up a nice finished wooden table top from Home Depot. Installation was super easy and works perfectly. You can program different height settings for ease of use. standing desk frame
Amazon has $150-$200 standing desk frames if you’d prefer adding your own table top to it. Usually the lower priced ones have 1 motor and higher priced 2 motors. Warranty might not be great but it works.
I got this one recently but just a few weeks in it started making a noise when lowering (thinking about it now it might be because most of the weight is focused on the back right which is where the noise comes from as well). Not sure the cause as I just have my pc, 2 monitors, ps5, and a switch on it which is far below the max weight limit. I put an office max 72x30 table top on it and really like it. Also have it on carpet flooring and there’s no wobble.
We bought this frame https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QCNL73Y
Then had a neighborhood carpenter made a piece of table top, which by all means can be DIYed if you want. We had the exact dimension we want, solid wood with color matching our home office, ends up spending ~$370 total and I'm happy some money goes back to local people.
If that is hard to purchase on our shop, you can also check the product page in Amazon,
But it is really hard to provide the same price on Amazon. too much cost by Amazon.
I'm currently using this and find it a pretty good size. 24".

This is what I use. Inexpensive, plenty of places to run pesky cables, fairly stable and easy to modify and add on to if you've got a drill. I run a yoke and quadrant mounted to the table and HOTAS on homemade desk mounts.

They ship some of the stuff, but it's a good idea to get a large order going because I think their shipping is a flat $129 whether you ordered a serving spoon or a couch.
I know Amazon resells a LOT of their stuff. For instance, This is a Galant Desk for a whopping $89, and it's prime eligible. Not a bad deal :)
I'm actually about to purchase this desk from amazon which has one of those little things too :D
Tribesigns Modern L-Shaped Desk
Took a chance and ordered this on amazon the other day. Had pretty good reviews. Science Studio put it together on video. Looked pretty decent.
only $150
I actually got it off Amazon!
Thanks so much! I actually got the corner desk from Amazon: Office L-Shaped Desk with 2 Shelves is Compact and Affordable Easy to Assemble in Dark Cherry Finish by Ameriwood https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009YPRRZ8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_2yHXDb6YB6P1S It was pretty inexpensive.
It is this desk from Amazon. It's an okay desk, but I wouldn't buy it again having owned one. The panels are fairly flimsy and they're held together with plastic clips rather than screws, bolts, or twist lock mechanisms. The result is a rather wobbly desk that I wouldn't trust with a lot of weight or with any violent movements.
It is this 63 inch desk that I found on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071S1YG87/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_P5ZJFbVJT7PKK
Was somewhat concerned when I originally purchased since the reviews complained a lot about wobbling but I soon learned after constructing it that they were all full of shit. I feel like people just don't know how to properly use an allen key.

A barebones desk with a smooth top
It's two desks sitting next to each other in a L shape. These desk are fine but after I move I'm gonna be getting two new ones to match the wood color of my bookshelves for my new office.
I use this gaming desk since it's light weight and can be easily moved around. Plus it has location for headphone to hang. I have two. Price was much cheaper two years ago though.
Atlantic Gaming Original Gaming Desk - 32 inch TV Stand, Charging Station, Speaker/5 Game/Controller/Headphone Storage https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0058O8EN8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_HpLEFbKCQRZV2
The frame is the Fezibo Dual Motor Standing Desk Frame. I don't experience much wobble at standing height. There's a very minor amount of movement. I tired to sway it side to side and it feels pretty solid. If I'm typing with some attitude, I'll see my monitors with a tiny bit of shake but that's it really
Table top: Lowe’s Sparrow Peak Stained acacia Butcher Block
Frame: Fezibo Sit/Stand Deak Frame
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QCNL73Y?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_asin_title
The longest recommended desktop length is apparently only like 67 inches per the description, but due to its reported ability to handle heavier weights and my measurements, I went for it anyways.
I could not be more confident in this frame's ability to take care of business. It feels extremely sturdy, my counter top as mounted sits completely solid. Attached or on my desk are my pc, my xbox, decent sized speakers, all the cabling, and 3 monitors. Before I put the last 2 monitors on I had asked myself if it would still handle the weight of everything plus the desktop so I dropped a 30 pound weight on the desk. Still raised without slowing down. I even pushed down on it and it still raised just fine.
This frame has kicked ass for me and I would set it up again this way in a heartbeat.
Thanks! Yep, they're all on the shelves.
The desk I got from Amazon. Needed on badly because my previous desk was too small, and working from home full time on that thing wasn't going to cut it.
This is the desk I have. It’s great and I love it. Zinus Jennifer Modern Studio... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075F9KPQH?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share holds everything I need.
You can also build your own either by going to a hardware store for the wood or you can just buy the table top and legs/frame separately. IKEA has some nice ones and even Amazon too.
If you wanna see how I have it set up; https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/comments/i2uwqt/my_quarantine_setup/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
I purchased this one from Amazon, and I see that they still have some colors in stock. I'm pretty happy with my desk, but I will warn that when I went to install my monitor arms I had to improvise in order to get them to clamp, due to the metal bar that runs underneath the desk and gets in the way!
It's an Atlantic Gaming Desk, I needed something small because of how small my room is so I recommend it, I took off the phone charging stations, disk/controller mount, and monitor stand because I figured having a flat surface would be a bit more clean, here's an Amazon listing if you're interested. https://www.amazon.com/Atlantic-Gaming-Desk-Computer/dp/B0058O8EN8/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=atlantic+gaming+desk&qid=1593048999&sr=8-5

Not the op, but to me it looks like the 63 inch NEED table from amazon https://www.amazon.com/Need-Computer-Certification-Workstation-AC3BB-160/dp/B071S1YG87
I was going to get it but it looks to me like the steel frame underneath would get in the way of my vivo dual monitor clamp so I changed my mind
Random desk I got from amazon. Heres the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075F9KPQH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Free is the best price for anything. Sorry to be critical without helping. I think just having more surface area and leg room makes a big difference!
But yes, I do have a recommendation for a desk! I bought a relatively cheap one (compared to real brands) off of Amazon that I've been really happy with: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075F9KPQH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I ride a motorcycle too but it's completely stock because I put all my money into my gaming setup ;) Such is life!
I have 2 of https://www.newegg.com/arozzi-arena-na-red-gaming-desk/p/1B4-016N-00003 both for my kids
I also have 2 of https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075F9KPQH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 both myself and wifey.
The arrozi are really sturdy and high quality, but it also means it's heavier. The arrozi is also height adjustable.
Although the one Raven of Blades linked is extremely similar here's the exact one I have: Walker Edison Modern Corner Glass Computer Gaming Gamer Command Center Desk, 51 Inch, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001FB5LE8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_-7O0DbMK3S0GD
Mine specifically is the dark tint tempered glass.
I think i’m gonna change the case for sure to fit the desk that i have https://www.amazon.com/Ameriwood-Home-L-Shaped-Bookshelves-Espresso/dp/B009YPRRZ8/ref=asc_df_B009YPRRZ8/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=167159666528&hvpos=1o4&hvnetw=g&hvrand=1767866763238888212&hvpone=&hvptwo=&h...
Arozzi Arena. It assembles like a piece of Ikea furniture, but is quite solid. And the entire surface being a mouse pad is a feature I never knew I needed.
I guess that's true, but then how are desks that are sold on the market with a mousepad surface profitable, if they will just be worn out? Like mousepad desk
