Here is one on Amazon.
We got one for our cats, and it's truly great. Works better on our short haired cat than on our long haired cat.
Try using these things. They're actually brushes, but they're super gentle on the kitty and it makes them feel like you're just petting them. They may not be quite as good as a Furminator brush, but for general maintenance it should work!

I use the gloves twice a week and a rake that I just bought at pet smart called “Chi for dogs double sided shedding rake”. I had read a few post about using a rake from other people on reddit and decided to give it a try.
You need to get something like this [Upgrade Version] Pet Grooming Glove - Gentle Deshedding Brush Glove - Efficient Pet Hair Remover - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N9KSITZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_HT3T4TCVT6WNJMYK6MN4
Your cat will enjoy the petting and it’ll collect a lot of the hair.
This rubber brush has been amazing for us. Those little hairs always just get stuck into whatever soft surface they sleep on.
You could try placing her near the other cats when they are grooming in the hope that she will pick up the behaviour from then. It sounds like this is an ingrained behaviour though so it may be difficult to change.
Instead of changing her behaviour you could incorporate grooming into your routine with her. She may realize that she likes to be clean and start grooming on her own. At the very least, this will improve her cleanliness in a minimally invasive way (bathing can be stressful for cats - and people lol).
You can get rubber grooming brushes/gloves that you could use instead of actually bathing her (https://www.amazon.ca/Grooming-Massage-Remover-Deshedding-Bathing/dp/B07CGSDR8F/ref=asc_df_B07CGSDR8F/?tag=googlemobshop-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=292880264557&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=2664798426520135112&hvpone=&hvptwo=&...) or you could try grooming wipes (https://www.amazon.ca/Espree-Animal-Products-Silky-Wipes/dp/B00XWQRMCI/ref=asc_df_B00XWQRMCI/?tag=googlemobshop-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=292903324699&hvpos=1o7&hvnetw=g&hvrand=11626155034449592303&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqm...). If you make the grooming time a positive experience (give praise and treats) she may come to really enjoy it and may start to groom more on her own.
Good luck!!
Brush your dogs coat more often. Amazon sells a great product that my Alice loves. Essentially they are gloves designed to remove excess hair.

You might try Grooming Gloves. I have a cat that hates being brushed and tolerated, even likes these because it is just like being petted.
It is a pet grooming glove! They are wonderful and extremely effective (she says most effective I have for her feet). I'm not sure if those are the exact ones, but it looks like they are, but you can find them at any pet store or just search pet grooming glove and a myriad of choices will pop up! XD
Have you tried different types of brushes? Mine tolerates the grooming glove best. Look around for best rated one, but here is the first search result: here
I had rescue kittens who were almost feral and I purchased the love glove from Amazon. They don’t want to be held but they want to be petted and now demand grooming. We have had our GSD for 3.5 years through the ups and downs of scratching we tried litterly everything we could think of from diet to furnace filter to vacuuming everyday and vet visits, he was on cytopoint for 2 years that worked great but as allergy season came around this year we had a chance to try something new, his last cytopoint was the end of December, as he started itching his legs and arms this I started thinking, he would never let me brush his arms with a brush as it would most likely be uncomfortable and wouldn't get much hair off him at all. For 3 years we have been thinking he had seasonal allergies or food allergies but we never gave up.
These gloves are so amazing at getting the hair off the arms legs and just overall back. We do use a deshedding brush and a regular brush so far he hasn't itched other then a normal itch and stops. For anyone wanting to try something new give this a try it worked for us and he's now enjoying everything that was taken away due to thinking it was allergies.

I brush my cat a few times a week. She loves it and doesn’t shed at all.

Try different brushes. I tried 5 until I found one my foster cat liked. I recommend these: https://app.chewy.com/4DPYZXHpvob

He ended up loving the glove brush.
My cats quite like the grooming glove I bought.
It's got small silicon teeth and you can wear it so it's more like you're just petting. The silicon is more gentle on older cat skin.
It won't work to get mats out but with your boy's short coat, the glove might feel really nice for him. If he gets the occasional mat I'd use the wire flat brush (far left in your pic) to gentle loosen.

I have one, and it is amazing at moving all the animal hair together, then I can just scoop it off with a hand. I bought it to de-fur my car, but it works great on all sorts of fabric materials.
There are likely other similar products, but the above one is the one I tried.

It's unavoidable. I have a waterproof mat and a good shop vac. Here's a couple tools that really work for me. Their fur gets really stuck in the carpet so you need to either brush and/or have a vacuum with decent power to get it all out of the carpet.

I did this for a while and then found the glove brush. Tricks my kitty into thinking he's getting extra pets! Works waaaaay better than this and no terror from a regular brush.
Maybe it’s too harsh for him? The tines(?) look like they might be pokey an/or they might snag My parents’ long-haired cat liked this one https://www.amazon.com/Upgrade-Version-Pet-Grooming-Glove/dp/B01N9KSITZ/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=1RL1QDI7DXS9O&dchild=1&keywords=cat+brush+gloves+for+long+haired+cats&qid=1634490480&sprefix=cat+brush+glove&sr=8-3
These gloves have been amazing for my two Frenchies 😊
I love these silicone gloves! My cats come running when I get them out and flip over begging to be brushed. They get a lot of hair too!
It's spring, they all shed a lot twice a year.
I recommend https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B081Y9KJY9/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_CD28T03Q04JN6B0FDKNB?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 I just bought this one and it works so well I ordered another one.

Yes! So, this is what I have - rubber brush. You brush off stuff to remove the hairs like a lint roller. So, the only plus that I think a lint roller adds that this doesn't is that the roller collects the hairs whereas this one just moves them. So, use it before sweeping, or outside. But, I like the brush because you can use it on bigger things, and you don't have to refill it all the time, and I feel like it just works better in general than a lint roller.
Definitely not a furminator. He doesn't like brushes with handles so i just use a rubber glove. Kind of like this but not as good quality
Hmmm based on the coat i'd suggest trying a grooming glove. also, a tip from a friend was brush them out before the bath, then bathe with a zoom groom brush, then after the bath comb. The brushing before the bath helps loosen up fur to be brushed out later. A blow drier will also help loosen up fur but some dogs don't like it. When we had our ridgeback (who sheds a lot) we would do the grooming glove + comb and it worked pretty well.
