Buy the 50 lb salt lick. It's useless and about the same price per pound.
Edit: Here's the cheapest one I could find on Amazon which has a perfect review.
I absolutely am not advocating for this. I work in a veterinary pharmacy. I am not recommending this or advising you to use this product.
You asked where you can get vitamin injection bottles. Your answer: Durvet Maxi B 1000 100mL https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P1PQWZB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_7VPBN56AKD3N626A49ZD?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Proceed at your own discretion and good luck! Can’t counsel on vet medicine for human use.

So, doesn't mean that the vegan diet has nothing to do with it? Are you still supplementing as part of your routine?
Something to keep in mind is that B12 is supplemented in the animal feed anyway (or injected). That's how the animals get it, so it's supplemented either way... And sounds like you are struggling with these things irregardless of a vegan diet.
How long were you 100% vegan for?
If it gets bad enough, you can buy a B12 solution intended for cattle and inject it subcutaneously or intramuscularly (NOT intravenously). At a glance, this sounds like a terrible idea but this stuff is apparently safe and from the research I've done. There's positive accounts of people injecting themselves all over the Amazon page and everywhere online. As long as you follow safe injection rules (look up guides on YouTube) then you should be fine.

> hyperkalemia
Good point! Unless you have access to extended release potassium tablets (which I do), you'll probably be taking in your potassium chloride pure in the form of No Salt or other source (this one for horses is a bargain).
Anyway, if you're taking in your Potassium "straight-up" with no extended release fillers, you need to spread the intake out througout the day to avoid hyperkalemia. Watering it down (as in Snake Juice) is a pretty effective way to do so.
Absolutely! Also...you can get them by the gallons on amazon w/ free shipping. This is the one I use
I’ve yet to find a horse that doesn’t go crazy for the stabilized pellets! I get the MaxE Glow for my boys. It keeps them at a perfect weight and has the benefit of making them both very shiny and sleek! here is the amazon link!
