That's the backpacker vs the hunter model. The Hunter model is normally $30ish more expensive.
Edit:
Amazon has the Hunter model for $130 https://smile.amazon.com/Magpul-Industries-MAG548-BLK-Hunter-Design/dp/B00YXZGZTS
and the Hunter Takedown model (OP's linked model) for $139 https://smile.amazon.com/Magpul-Hunter-Takedown-Stock-MAG760-ODG/dp/B06XCNW6T4
This rail is pretty much exactly what I have and should work with whatever rings you buy. I agree, vortex has great bang for the buck. I considered a Leupold but I didn’t want to drop $300-$400 for a .22 scope.
This is what you're looking for and you can remove the tool from the handle and chuck it in a drill too
Oh also, some things to give the kit a little more Belgian flair would be to get a Spec-ops brand Recon wrap. They seem to rock those a lot like the Aussies do, I've got 2 of them and love em'. Also a Manta suppressor cover in camo would be hella' dope and is seen in a lot of ref pics.
First, check if it feeds manually, by charging the rifle and letting the bolt freely fly back into battery. Find old brass if you're not willing to use a live round, chamber the rifle and see if it extracts without a mag in it. Just do it for giggles. I expect it'll function just fine without the magazine, but it's important to check just to be sure.
Proceed to go to a safe area and attempt to manually feed live rounds from the mag. If this is not an option, get some dummy rounds and do it: https://www.amazon.com/Magpul-MAG215-BLK-Mag215-BLK-5-56-Dummy/dp/B006QP76CI
So, assuming it fails to charge manually, here are the potential culprits:
The alignment/placement is off on one or more of these items if it's failing to feed manually. Go through them one by one and ensure they're up to spec.
If it charges manually, it's likely either a gas alignment issue (tube or block), or the gun needs a liberal cleaning.
I have the smaller targets and use the extra black dots if need be
I think I'll take the advice of a grunt in the military who's actually used and trusted his life to the stuff (different brand but essentially teflon dry lube):

Have any of you that have replied actually tried it yourself?
Something like this seems ideal.
$0.46 each
Effectively 4 targets, so it can last a while.
At $0.46, that's like 2 9mm rounds. I really don't think the targets are what break the bank when you go to the range.
Just my $0.02...
I have a buff you can get sick styles they sell them at REI or you can just go to their website mine ran me like $15 I think

Never seemed to last for me, and if I overdid it, it seemed to gum up.
Remington Dry/Teflon lube is what I have using lately and I really like it
