Put one of these on their car and call it a day
That or call a tow truck
I have 30 decks and have 28 of them in these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002TT3LG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_ti4VDbEFPE63B
They hold a (depending on brand) double sleeved EDH deck. They're compact. You can lay the commander on top for easy identification. Best of all, they're $2.00 so buying 30 of them won't break the bank.
Boulders are my second choice for many of the same reasons above, but they're more expensive and less transparent.
One thing I've found handy for EDH with it's massive amount of possible tokens, is to invest in some dry erase cards, and a couple dry erase markers.
I live in Canada, and bought mine from Amazon

The ones I originally bought went up in price a bit, but the shipping should be reasonably fast this way.

Hope this helps!
I'm also canadian, and I bought some of these on amazon last year!
Right here! I thought about trying with my satin tower, but those are a bit more of a risk, if something goes wrong and I have several of these guys lying around because they were ~$2.50 for a while, so I was tacking them onto my Amazon orders to fill space. One thing to note - they aren't acrylic, so the laser kinda melts them rather than etching. (At least with the settings that we used, which were what the guy showing me how to use the cutter said he uses to etch acrylic.) It turned out kinda neat, though. If you look on the right side of the Rakdos logo in the second pic, you can kinda see the watery texture it left behind.
I love to do shit like this. I have a pack of these that I absolutely love to use for people like this. Best $10 I’ve ever spent.
I like the 150 card Ultra pro boxes. Some call them the "Darksteel Plastic" boxes, since they're very durable. They are clear, so you can see your commander on top, and also pretty cheap compared to most options.
Be sure to get the 150 size, as 100 will not hold a fully sleeved commander deck comfortably. You can get them on Amazon as an add-on item, but I usually find them on Ebay.

I think your paper thicknesses are off.
A ream of paper is generally 500 sheets and 2 to 2.5 inches thick. 25.4mm per inch 25.4 * 2.5 = 63.5 mm per ream. 63.5 / 500 = .127mm per sheet of not the thinnest paper. This calls into question the rest of the math...
It seems best to go directly to the dimensions from a notecard seller Amazon sells 3x5 note cards packaged in negligible plastic and measuring 0.8 inches thick. 0.8 * 25.4mm = 20.32mm per pack / 100 = .2032mm per card.
EDIT - Wording.
So, There are “penny sleeves” which are those plastic covers that cover the card for minor scratches. A top loader is basically a hard plastic penny sleeve the reduces bending and damage done to card.
For Pokemon Cards it’s 3x4
Also, never put a card into a Top Loader before putting it in a Penny Sleeve, simply because the Top Loader is hard plastic and could potential damage the beautiful holos.
If you're trying to keep each class in one binder, I wouldn't ever recommend fixed-page binders for an LCG. It's just asking for annoyances that can easily be solved by using 3-ring binders and pocket pages that fit them, so you can always have the exact number of pages needed. I've been really happy with these pages, and have each class in a 1" binder that matches the class color. Even with me spacing out each card type and level onto their own separate pages (meaning the majority of high-level pages currently have only 1-3 cards on them), I still have room for several more pages in each binder. If you went up to a 1.5" binder, that would easily future-proof you for years and years worth of expansions.
Ok so I found the hard card cases. I’m not terribly sure if it’s the same, but here.

Dry-erase playing cards. I used them as tokens for events that I don't know what tokens I'll be using, but you could easily just write the number of tokens on these.
Ah well some on us amazon too :)
The single holders would probably work too to give you more flexibility in how you place them, just cause so many cards you won’t need a lot of the time
Brother this is looking pretty rough just having sleeves from a binder slapped on the wall. But I get what you want to do. I have been using Ultra Pro Screwdown Frames to display my cards. Before you mount them into the frames place them in a perfect fit sideloading sleeve protector then a deck protector so they are double protected from dust then you can put them into the frames. If you search for “Perfect Fit sleeves” on Amazon you will find them.
Ultra Pro ScrewDown Frames currently out of stock on Amazon but these BCW’s will do just fine.
You have some really nice cards there, putting them into frames will make them the viewing piece you want them to be!
Ultra pro clear plastic boxes off amazon…. These are amazing, durable, and cheap
Will people please stop wasting their money on this. They're charging $12 for 25 cards. Here's a Link for 180 for $8
I cut some cheap, side load, nine pocket pages down to four pockets and they work just fine with sleeved unit and upgrade cards. I've been running them weekly for a few months without any problems.
These are the cheap Amazon pages I used.
One "page" can hold a single unit with up to six upgrades, two units with two upgrades or four units without upgrades.
Instead of paying infinitokens premium for a border, I ordered cards similar to these from amazon
900 Pockets Trading Card Binder... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08935D683?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I use these pages and put them in these sleeves before putting them in the page.

Just get business card holder. I use something like this and just pass it around during strategy phase.
I’d recommend using this instead of those plastic ones tbh.

From Amazon here! I was a little worried about its mixed reviews and reports of damaged frames and missing screws but luckily I didn’t encounter that.
I’d just sleeve them and if you want to keep them in a binder just make sure it’s a d ring binder. Also Id use these pages instead of those plastic ones when I use binders

If you were going to get them I would wait for them to go on sale because I got mine on Amazon for around $8 to $9
Traffic lawyer here. Although It says it's fake and any reasonable person should conclude it is because it lacks things like the city of issuance, many people would fall for it in my experience.
English is a second or third language for some. Even for those who are native English speakers have trouble reading tickets. During my consultations, I routinely have to walk them through how to read parts of the ticket. Even the simplest instructions such identifying who issued the ticket is extremely challenging.
To do this, I tell them to locate their last name on The Ticket and read the line of text directly above it. I tell them that it should say either "people of the state of _______" or "city/Village Municipal Corporation plaintiff vs". They then proceeded to read something besides that such as the county which is written several inches about that text. I've then have to repeat myself. The line I need them to read is literally the next line of text above their last name. Then I wait like 10 seconds for them to read the line of text above their last name. Suffice it to say, I have very little confidence that people would be able to tell this is a fake ticket. Hell, most people who call me have trouble reading an actual traffic ticket with the assistance of a lawyer who has done traffic tickets exclusively for nearly a decade.
Considering how small the text is about it being fake and the fact that it is not highlighted or in different font or color, I think these tickets are pretty messed up. It's practically a mail fraud do-it-yourself kit. I much prefer things like these
