It looks like a jack puck. You use them to safely jack up a Tesla and not damage the battery.

Maybe they forgot to take it off when you car was at the SC?
Just spend 20 bucks more and get some reputable ones...why risk it?

Got these and they seem pretty solid. It also seems like nearly all of them are made in the same 2 or 3 factories....
They sell jack pads on Amazon for like $25with a case. You can probably find them cheaper without a case but I like the case option as it keeps them organized and they aren't floating around all over the place. See link below:
As for service I can't say, I'm waiting on my MYLR maybe others can chime in.
A bit less expensive than top quality, but the locking pin eliminates the issue that HF keeps getting recalled over : Pro-LifT T-6906D Double Pin Jack... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074R17GL4?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
They don't come with the car. This is what I bought but I'm sure there are lots of options out there.
I got a pair of pro-lift double locking jacks from Amazon and they’re very well built. Here’s the link Pro-LifT T-6903D Double Pin Jack Stand - 3 Ton, 1 Pack https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074R12H5H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_EdIKFbX2BH27P
Yes and if you don’t already have some, buy a set of Tesla jack pads for anytime you drop off at a shop. If they need to raise the car on a lift for inspection, it’ll protect the frame and battery from damage.
Like this (there are many others out there):

Save half of your money and get a Pittsburgh jack from Harbor Freight of the same weight rating. Always place your car on jack stands before getting under it. Take the $100 you'll save getting the other jack and put it into getting some quality jack stands with a lock.
These are the Big Red jack stands with double lock from Amazon. I tried twice with Harbor Freight and unfortunately, both sets ended up getting recalled due to safety during that whole jack stand fiasco.
Beside the missing spare tire, lug wrench and jack, you also need some little thingamajigs to put between the jack and the bottom of the car so you don't deform the battery, which would induce sadness.
If you call a random mechanic to help you by the side of the road and you don't have those yourself already, you may have a bad time.
I got a pair of these jacks and my car sat on them for over a month (you know how it goes) with no problem at all. I climbed in an out of my car a few times, hammering and prying on the suspension, leaning over the engine bay. They are aluminum, they use a pin retainer with a ball detent to help secure the pin
Block of wood under the jack.

For the stands -- a guy with a really expensive old Porsche 911 turned me on to these: https://www.amazon.com/ESCO-10498-Jack-Stand-Capacity/dp/B0019JVIPM/ref=pd_lpo_1?pd_rd_i=B0019JVIPM&psc=1
They've been excellent
Reminder: you can't lift the car without the special jack pads. If you lift the car without them, or from the wrong place, you could permanently damage your battery or frame. The jack pads are tesla-specific and available on online retailers. https://www.amazon.com/Tesla-Model-Lifting-Jack-pad/dp/B07QR19NM9
Get a low-profile jack and 2 tons is fine unless you're lifting the entire car up off the ground. I have these jack stands and wheel chocks.
With that being said, I think Jack Pads are an essential purchase for all tesla owners, they’re super cheap and you can make sure shops won’t damage your battery. They’re extremely simple to use

Tires rotated is pretty cut and dry. Just ensure the shop has the correct pucks/jack pads. You could even go ahead and buy a set on Amazon for < $30 to keep in the car. For brakes, unless you have an insane amount of miles on your car, they're probably fine due to the regenerative braking.
But if you insist on a nearby Tesla specialist, I'd probably go to Electrified Garage in Ocala like the other person said.
I could get away with only buying two, then using my current jackstands for the other half of the car. Still quite pricy, though. Was thinking maybe I could try smaller stands like these. I could then attempt to fit both jack and stand on the same weld, but still may not be possible. It's a very small width on this damn car.
I very very strongly advise against getting under any car supported by a hydraulic floor jack.
Please please get a proper set of jack stands (Such as these: https://www.amazon.com/Torin-Big-Steel-Jack-Stands/dp/B000CO86BY)
Or, drive the car up onto a set of ramps is what I do for oil changes.

Being under the car with just a jack is literally how you die and I have known someone who is now dead from doing what you're doing.
Pick yourself up a set of jacking pucks. Keep them in the trunk so when you do/have done work that requires lifting or jacking, you can do so without damaging the battery.

The stock charger will only have a standard wall plug and give you 5 miles of range per hour of charging. They sell adaptors of all kinds, but the most common is the 14-50, it will give you around 30 miles per hour.
For sake of conversation, I picked up these for putting the car high up:
Always felt more comfortable under them when the car was up high than the typical jack stand.
There are lift points that use these pucks

You can always use hockey pucks in a pinch.
PADS, the things that protect your battery when using a jack on a Tesla:
If your car isn't drivable, Tesla will try to find you a loaner tire and then schedule you to receive a repair/replacement through mobile service. If the loaner tire isn't available they offer to tow you to either the service center or your house and then set you up with a mobile service.
Only recommendation I would give on an aftermarket kit is to be sure to buy jack pucks.
The left “looks better” but it’s likely below the minimum tread depth as well. The one on the right is terrifyingly low.
Any reputable shop that does alignments can do it. You don’t have to go to Tesla SC.
Just ask if they have done other Tesla vehicles and if they have the Jack Pads to use when lifting the vehicle. If there is a local tesla group they’ll typically know good shops.
It rattled some what when I first mounted it. I remedied that by using a J hook with a wing but and bolted it down to the rock slider. Yes I could lock it down. I’m using this mounting kit. I still have two sets of the non-recalled Pittsburgh ones that I'll still use (with a backup safety solution) but I also ended up buying a set of these Esco ones instead of another HF option: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0019JVIPM/
Wanted the extra height and capacity to properly support my 4Runner when I need to. They are definitely beefy.
Torin Big Red 3 ton jack stands. They're pretty much the gold standard. These will cover most vehicles. You can opt for the 2 ton set if you aren't planning on working on anything bigger than an F-150.
This Daytona 3-ton jack from Harbor Freight is a crowd favorite.
I just went on Sunday to HF to buy some jack stands. They were completely sold out but had one set in display. I went on Amazon and ordered a similar looking set. I never trusted the ratcheting jack stands and have always prefered something with a pin. Hoping I made the right purchase. These arrive tomorrow: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0007XTGCI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_G1KX4J5DCW1V2HB1EFFP

The rubber part they come with is great to use on the jack too, and don’t forget a couple jack adapters. I basically got everything from the kies jacking video lol
thank you. so i should buy something like this:
https://www.amazon.com/Tesla-Model-Lifting-Jack-pad/dp/B07QR19NM9
if you happen to have recommendation on which jackpad to use, it would be very much appreciated. :)
