What does the BobCo version of Lite-Brite look like 8000 years into the future?

Nah man, if you want to go petty you have to go all the way and send them one of these. No seriously /u/kimjong-illest-, do it. You’d be such a champ if you did.
Edit to add: or perhaps this one if you don’t want to be that petty about it.
But yeah, I would totally send them an age appropriate “video game” or “gaming item”. The absolute guts of some people to ask a practical stranger for a Switch for your 3 year old. Could you imagine the entitled anger if their kid got an electric gadget that they wouldn’t be able to use for themselves?!
Bonus points if you get the kid a toy that makes a ton of obnoxious sounds. Kids love it! Parents.. not so much.
a GRS encoder works and it operates as a mouse.

40 lbs lunging at you faster than a human can run? Yeah that'l feel like a fucking freight train, not 40 lbs. Especially when it isn't 40 lbs of dead mass, but rather 40 lbs of muscles contorting, creating forces on your body you wouldn't normally feel as static objects we carry don't move on their own.
tldr; 1 of these https://www.amazon.com/D-Y-TOY-Weazel-Ball-Weasel/dp/B000PKFJKG but 40 lbs with claws, teeth, and intent to kill definitely can be misjudged in a number of physical measurements by the victim.
Get this dog some talking buttons!!!! I'm sure they would catch on.
My mom's dog knows my personal ring tone and will sit by the door when she hears it.
The Digimon Virtual Pet Ver. 20th is a remake of the first Digimon Virtual Pet released in 1997. You can raise two Digimon at once and it has a lot of eggs to choose from and unlock. I highly recommend using this website to find out more detailed information about them and other Digimon v-pets:
The availability depends which country you live. You can buy them from amazon.com, but I haven't used it so I don't know how it works. There are many colors to choose from too:
https://www.amazon.com/Digimon-Original-Digivice-Virtual-Monster/dp/B07SS621LR
That's cool. Look, here it is https://www.amazon.com/The-Oregon-Trail-Handheld-Game/dp/B07B61BFSW It's freaking crazy how now games that needed a big computer can now run on small devices such as that one.
These look like they're rated pretty well and will ship quickly! Keep in mind there may be a bit of a transition period when you change the buttons for the other set. If you keep the buttons in the same place and order that should help with the transition.
The GRS spinner will work with the Atari 12-in-1, I have it on mine, you just need an interface interface card for it to work. https://smile.amazon.com/Arcade1Up-12-1-Interface-Board/dp/B07NKJ3SKH/ref=sr_1_10?crid=25M6MS8NNXARB&dchild=1&keywords=grs+spinner&qid=1605823213&sprefix=GRS%2Caps%2C173&sr=8-10
The app-enabled BB-8 seems to be going for $200 - $250 new on ebay:
and $149 on Amazon but not in stock/ships in "2 to 3 months":
I don't know what you paid for it...
It really depends whether the toy or the money is more important to you. You could sell it now or just return it for refund..or obviously open and play with it.
I would expect a couple of months from now the stock will be replenished and lose its value of what it's worth presently.
It all depends on how much you want to spend.
I highly recommend the FlySky FS-GT3B as a budget radio. It has all the settings you would ever need for a basic 2 or 3 channel setup as well as 10 model memory. They're about $35 on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/GT3B-2-4G-Flysky-FS-GT3B-Transmitter-Receiver/dp/B00LP1LYAI
As far as steering servos, the Hornet is small, light and RWD, so no need to get a super powerful servo. I've had good luck with cheap ones from Amazon like this: https://www.amazon.com/Miuzei-Torque-Digital-Waterproof-Control/dp/B07HNTKSZT
I'm not sure if Golden Tee is an .apk or MAME, and I'm not exactly sure how he is using joystick shortcuts to switch games, but to get the simpsons trackball to work for Golden Tee, you need to buy a 12 in 1 Thunderstick Arcade1up board like this https://www.amazon.com/Arcade1Up-12-1-Interface-Board/dp/B07NKJ3SKH
The trackball will be recognized as a mouse, and will be recognized as a new controller in Retroarch.
According to Amazons page for the Amazon Glow, it has video calling.
https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Glow-Learning-Bundle/dp/B09DWNZQYM
The Amazon Glow has a privacy shutter. Here is what Amazon says: "Designed with privacy in mind – Instantly disable cameras and microphones on the device by simply closing the privacy shutter." It's on the side of the device.
So, if you wanted, you could close the privacy shutter without unplugging the device. The privacy shutter will block out any malicious activity by anyone.
A Glow can only connect to the Glow App. Your ex has the Glow App, your kid has the Glow device. There's no Alexa connection at all, as I understand it.
One reason your ex might want it plugged in all the time is because the Glow is typically sold with a subscription to Amazon Kids+. He probably would like those kids' activities to be available to your kid. Some require an internet connection for the kid to use.
Another reason might be so he can try to call his kid when he has the time to do so. Otherwise, he has to call you first.
Having said that, it's your house. If you want to unplug it, then unplug it. You are the king of your house.
You can read more about the Glow here: https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Glow-Learning-Bundle/dp/B09DWNZQYM
Funny! Someone sent my ferrets a Weasel Ball, and they had great fun with it, but it had to be supervised only because I had a shredder in the gang of seven.
Not sure about the funding. But I have always been annoyed by the price of the Big Mac switch. If anyone can explain, I'd really like to understand.
I've used game show buzzers instead. https://www.amazon.com/Learning-Resources-Recordable-Answer-Buzzers/dp/B00HT5HBMO/ref=sxin_19_pa_sp_phone_search_thematic_sspa?content-id=amzn1.sym.8ce8fa48-024e-4ed8-81a9-6b6922008e3d%3Aamzn1.sym.8ce8fa48-024e-4ed8-81a9-6b6922008e3d&crid=35YA...
That link looks terrible. But just go to Amazon and search for game buzzers. Just over $20 for four of them
We got these cheap ones but there are nicer fancier ones too. We would just gauge what the animals wanted and press the button when we gave it to them. Our youngest kitten picked it up quickly. He even uses them to tell us when the dog wants out or when another cat wants food or pets. We really need to get more!
There's digimon ones too. They're specifically made for boys by the same people who did tamagotchi. You can get two and battle them.
What is the pressure for depressing the button like compared to something like a big mack? I've done a similar conversion with the Learning Resources recordable buttons and they are a bit difficult to depress.
Yes! My husband will come get me in between work meetings and be like “I wanna show you this X I just built” or “look at my new car in GTA” lol it’s so cute when he puts time and detail into his gameplay that has subtle nods to our real life interests.
The biggest win for me is when he recognized that we have our own play styles and instead of criticizing like many guys I’ve played with, he will randomly make suggestions that support my play style after his own play throughs instead of trying to get me to play the way he did, etc.
Obvi the baby has changed some of our timing with the channels between buying equipment for our setups and when we can settle in for comfy gaming sessions lol but 100%. I will let you know and I will do a megathread post to promote when it’s ready.
I’m gonna look into Genshin Impact - always looking to break out of my go-to games.
Here’s a link to the controller. It’s kind of corny but I thought it was the cutest thing and bought it on a whim at the store lol
If this helps, I started with these but plan to switch to fluentpet once my pup is better! (I am in Canada) Learning Resources Recordable... https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00HT5HBMO?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Search for dog training buttons. Almost all of them are recordable. example
I got it on a whim at Target, for about $20, and a 2 minute Amazon search found this it must be out of production.
I got cheap ones to see if he’d take to them. I’ll upgrade to the “Tqlking Dog” or “Fluent Pet” soon now that he’s catching on. You can record your own voice too in your language :)
