I thought i would hate these with a passion because its basically black licorice on steroids, but i love them.
Yes to the cravings and nausea. To deal with cravings, I’ve been chewing licorice sticks. Not sure about the insomnia because I was also having that early on so I’ve been drinking sleepy tea and having a Benadryl an hour before bed. Nausea I just started getting this week.

There's several kinds of salted black licorice you can get on Amazon. It's not something you're going to find at Walmart.
Don't know if anyone's mentioned this but licorice root is a great way to deal with the "oral" side of things. That's what got me through it. I still use them when I'm nervous. http://www.amazon.com/African-Chew-Sticks-Licorice-Pound/dp/B001HHFLM2
