Keeping a straight line is so hard! I just use a laser level & it’s helped a ton. Here’s the link to the one I use:

Wedding stationer here! Looks cute and definitely not cheap! I actually would recommend the opposite of the other poster and say to keep the zip code on its own line and spaced out, it’s how I traditionally format addresses. If you want to elevate the aesthetics I would write out the full state name instead of using the abbreviation. Again, that’s what I usually do when formatting addresses for the suites I work on.
Edit: if you’re worried about centering things properly, left aligning looks just as good. And one trick of the trade for really straight lines is to use a laser level (this is the one I use: BLACK+DECKER Laser Level (BDL220S) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000B8GBBS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_K9PK7ENBXXM2WFGGNDMD)
As someone else asked, here’s the laser I use :)

It’s just a $20 tabletop laser level I bought off Amazon! Just rest it on the table, super easy. I linked the one I have below but black and decker also makes one that’s popular

It’s by far my favorite ink!
This is the laser:

Easier than that -- one of those bubble levels that has a little laser in the end (the beam passes through some kind of lens that makes it project a straight line).

And….
Tripod for Phone, Flexible Phone... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZNP3BRD?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I've been impressed with mine 100%
Used this on a commercial project for over a year. What an amazing piece of equipment for practically no money. Tip: get rechargeable AAAs for it, and some spares, because it chews through them (4 each time, so I had 8)
The accuracy of this thing I confirmed on multiple projects on that site. It blew me away. While other people were paying $300 CDN for brand name Bosch/Milwaukee/Dewalt green lasers I got mine for $60-70 CDN and it's so damn good. I still use it but now I pipe less and do more controls work and cabling. It's also a great size (small compact) and super accurate on horizontal projections and vertical beams. No cross dot though which some people need.
why because for the same money as dewalt they are more accurate, with brighter lasers and full 360 laser planes? Cool dude. Whatever you say...
Umm... maybe I don't know exactly what you're wanting to do, or maybe you're trying to make it more difficult than it has to be. But... this works for me: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000B8GBBS/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
huepar - amazon. Very cheap, and they work amazingly well.

The case on that one will fit an M12 power source so you can still use your red batteries.
How much money are you willing to spend?
Laser Level, RockSeed 50 Feet Cross Line Laser with Self-Leveling, Vertical and Horizontal Line, Rotatable 360 Degree, Carrying Pouch, Battery Included (Red) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VRZS44Z/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_QZWVW8CMBPM75ZTXTCYD
Laser level for $30, then use a tape measure to mark horizontal distance equally.
You can also use a laser level. You can set it on a chair or something and then measure the height of the beam at different points on the floor. Sport to link to a cheap B+D model. You can always go with a nicer one if you wish.
I’ve had this for nearly 3 years now
Laser Level, HYCHIKA 15M... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07QXSGNYH?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Keep meaning to get a tripod but you can usually get it to the height you want with ladders etc

So far so good. This picture was at dusk though.. during daylight outdoors is not possible.

No problems, dropped plenty of times. It eats batteries though but i think they all do, I’d definitely look for something rechargeable if i was using it loads.

Curious what is the difference between the one you linked and this one?

Yep! That’s my plan. The problem is that the Bosch green laser version is $500 if I want the 360 laser. The klein laser with just a horizontal and vertical straight line is $300.

I’m not sure of the size difference but I use this level with the 60” Amazon basics tripod and have zero complaints. I certainly don’t use it everyday but it’s served me well on multiple projects for the price.
I did the backsplash in the kitchen last year. My tips:
Plenty of people have laid brick/paver patios without any previous experience. Plenty of people have also failed or done a miserable job. Having landscaping experience doesn't necessarily matter. Being someone willing to do the research, take your time and make sure each step is done right, put in some seriously physical days, and not toss in the towel until it's to your satisfaction - that's what matters.
Plenty of info in here, the internet, YouTube on this process.
I went with the cement board, its cheap, but yes it is messy to cut.
I have a Ryobi tile saw that has served me well for a few tiling project. I'm sure the Dewalt is better, but I'm still getting good results.
I did get a Dewalt jobsite table saw... Might need a new high tooth count blade depending upon how fine of cuts you need.
My miter saw is Rigid, no problems or complaints, but I did get a nice finish saw blade for it.
Also, no complaints with my Laser level:

Thanks! The laser level sits on the desk, it’s a small handheld one:
