I have knee pain from time to time after being in athletics all my life it just happens. I keep knee pads on hand if stuff flairs up. I'd recommend the Venum Kontact knee pads. Super comfy and flexible has saved me a lot of pain, linked below.
I got these kneepads from amazon and they have served me well: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N6P1VCR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I got mediums, I am a petite female.
I prefer painting my nails ever since I popped off an acrylic on stage, it hurt like a mofo. I probably wouldn’t go naked nailed personally.
I always do makeup, but there are girls at my club that never wear makeup. They’re a bit more gifted in the skin department than I. I go for a light base + dramatic eye- I don’t wanna be sweating my foundation off.
There are tons of girls at my club walking around with the landing strip, and we even have two that have full bushes, but their clientele are definitely reduced because of it. I shave naked because having hair always rubs against my thongs and it’s itchyy. On this topic, I rarely shave my legs and anyone is yet to mention it.
I’m heavily tattoo’d so I don’t go tanning! I find guys don’t really care about how tan I am as long as my face and body are pretty.
No surgery scars here, but I do have a couple pretty bad scarred up tats. I feel like nobody really minds as long as the rest of my look is on point.
I wear these iMucci Professional Protective... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N6P1VCR?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I hide them under thigh high boots :) If I just wear stockings its lumpy but I think everyone understands I’m just wearing kneepads. I’ve even worn them without hiding them if I’m on day shift/it’s slow.
hey dude. srry bout the sore joint.
I rolled off deck on a DH run about 20mph . I came off front when deck highsided onto front ankle ( ouch) . At my age = no bueno.
so, I tried almost a dozen different braces & support socks & wraps etc... I wanted to skate w secure front ankle .
the one which permitted me to skate & secure the lateral strain upon the ankle was this
if link doesn't work , it's a "SENINO ANKLE Brace Stabilizer" on Amazern. I think you'll like that a lot.
If you wear the supportive ankle socks (like these https://www.amazon.com/Venum-Boxing-Ankle-Support-Guard/dp/B009DZ0K12/), it should stop the rubbing from the shinguard
Hopefully they mandate chest pads like MMA trainers wear. A slight inconvenience but they work. The pads
I really like the Windy Belly pad. Amazing for the price. https://www.amazon.com/WINDY-BPAD-2-Windy-Protector/dp/B00BOYQK3W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1528814293&sr=8-1&keywords=windy+belly+pad
about half the guys in my gym train barefoot, half wear ankle supports (something like this), but I don't think that helps anything in the foot, just the ankle. None of us wear socks because that'd be too slippery.
What are you training and what are you doing that's causing injuries to joints?
They make real kick shield for that purpose. Only time i see those pads worn is if they're doing hard sparring. For future reference, it helps when you explain why you'd need them.
Here's a link to a pad we always used: http://www.amazon.com/Warrior-WIBSH-Pro-Strike-Pad/dp/B002EJ4PCE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1422377177&sr=8-1&keywords=warrior+kick+shield
As someone who has gone through a half dozen shin guards simply because I can't find a pair I'm comfy with, I'd recommend finding a place where you can try a couple different pairs on, even if that means you go to another gym for a day or something.
Out of everything, I tend to like these the most, simply because they are the best at staying straight on my legs. The downside is that they make me slip from time to time and tend to get worn out after a few months.
That being said, everyone else in the world hates the Everlast ones, so I can't really recommend them. Everyone's leg shape, style, and training is different, so you're really best off trying some on before you order anything online.
