🙋 I'm a year out (tomorrow!) and my boobs started about the same size as yours. There was no whipping out that was gonna happen with these ladies. I've really liked these bras from Amazon:
Women's Full Cup Lightly Padded Wirefree Maternity Breastfeeding Nursing Bra Size L, 3PCS/Pack(Pink-Black-Beige) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EFNPD7W?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf
You can leave the padding in for some more coverage or take it out for more flexibility in pulling the cup down. I've been wearing the same set of 3 since I was pregnant and they're holding up well.
Nursing tanks were also great especially in the beginning. Target has some decent ones, but I didn't love them, they were cut a bit narrow at the top for me. Nobody really wants nursing boob side boob lol.
I also experimented with the one up one down method. Basically you layer a tank under your shirt. Shirt goes up, tank goes down. You can make it a one stop shop with a nursing tank or just use a loose cami that can slide down or even just live under your boobs. This way your stomach is covered. Baby's head will cover most of the exposed boob as well.
My babe was born in June in the south so it was super hot to be wearing two shirts all the time. Most often, I would use a cover or a muslin and just hike my shirt up, unclip my bra and be half naked under the cover.
I bought them off of Amazon. They were cheap and comfy as my boobs grew bigger and bigger.
I’m two months PP now and I’m starting to get my milk supply back (baby in the NICU, pumping sucks) and I had to buy more bras in a bigger size. I didn’t wanna spend a lot of money on bras yet since my boobs just have not stopped growing.
Here’s the bras I got:
HOFISH 3PACK Full Bust Seamless Nursing Maternity Bras Bralette S-XXL with Extra Bra Extenders & Clips https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EFNPD7W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_18K466R19X99F131DRAZ
I got these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FSB36X1?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
But I'm not sure if they'd support a 44D. I got the XXL and I'm a 38D now while pregnant (was a 38C before). They are super comfy though.
My fav bras right now are nursing bras I bought on Amazon. They are super supportive.

I’m 11 weeks and just ordered these nursing bras from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CQPPLZA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_B35QMH8GZYGX4W25KHYR?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I tried them on for the first time yesterday, but I haven’t worn them for an extended period of time yet. They are made of a very soft and stretchy material that is comfortable and supportive. The bras also come with extenders so they grow with you. The price is very reasonable too - 3 bras for $30!
honestly I am thinking about buying a second one so I can wear one during and one after. I can’t stand the itchy material of the hospital gowns and I am aware that at least one of them is getting totaled. I am due in Sept so obviously haven’t used it yet but this is the one I ordered 3 in 1 Labor / Delivery / Nursing... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01D8XG0OK?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I looovvvvvee these nursing bras - I wore them all through pregnancy #1 and nursing for my first and am currently in one now! They are very comfy.
I went through the same thing last week. Ordered these from Amazon and I could literally sleep in them. So comfortable! I haven't figured out a solution for working out but since I am only walking the dog at this point I have been okay without one. I can always squeeze back into a sports bra for necessary if the energy magically comes to me.
I like my Hofish bras a lot. Before baby I had sworn off underwire bras and these were just as comfy as the ones I had been wearing.
My favorite bras are also the stretchy ones from Target. I think the brand was Medela Basics. I tried ordering a different Medela line from Amazon and it just wasn't the same :(
The closest I have come to that nice stretchy Target bra is this from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EFNPF20/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_2xfsyb5D5FY3A
Honestly, I don't know my bra size anymore, but I was a D before getting pregnant and the XL works great for me. If you take the silly pads out, this bra is very similar to the Target one.
I bought some awesome nursing bras on Amazon!!! I can't wear regular bras due to back pain but I grew out of my sports bras and my SIL suggested these . They are amazing!
So my usual bras started getting uncomfortable in the third trimester (actually they got uncomfortable the second I got pregnant, but whatever). I started wearing these cheap bras from Amazon, which have removable pads and not-great support but at that point I did not care.
I wore the cheap bras until I had to start thinking about returning to work at 5 months pp, at which point I measured myself properly and got a few new expensive supportive nursing bras at Bare Necessities (I did pump at work but I used the Elvie, so a nursing bra was all I needed).
At 16 months pp I still have and wear the cheap bras on weekends--they're also nice for sleep. The lining of the removable pads came off when I accidentally put them in the dryer, which is annoying but they still do their job and now I don't bother separating them in the wash and toss them in the dryer anyway.

I bought this 3 pack from Amazon and I'm a big fan. They are supportive and comfortable. I went back to work four weeks post partum so the removable pare gave me extra protection from leakage.
It's completely normal for breasts to change size and shape during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Some women find that their breasts grow significantly during this time, while others have minimal changes. It can be difficult to predict exactly how your breasts will change, but there are a few options you can consider to ensure that you have a comfortable, supportive bra during this time:
Look for bras with adjustable straps and hooks. These types of bras can be adjusted as your breasts change in size, providing a customizable fit that can grow with you.
Consider purchasing nursing bras. These bras are designed to be easily opened and closed for breastfeeding, and many styles have adjustable straps and hooks for a customizable fit.
Opt for a maternity bra. Maternity bras are designed to provide support and comfort during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and some styles have stretchy fabric or adjustable hooks and straps to allow for growth.
Consider a bra extender. These small, inexpensive devices can be attached to your existing bra to add an extra inch or two to the band size, providing some extra room as your breasts grow.
It's also a good idea to be measured by a professional bra fitter at a specialty lingerie store to ensure that you are wearing the correct size bra. They can help you find a bra that fits well and provides the support you need.
I recommend HOFISH nursing bras. They are very comfortable and great value.
The chorus of "yes" is already loud! Just to add that I also was full "sports bra or die" for years and years and was skeptical of something with hinges and clasps and pads. I got these from Amazon and they're legit more comfortable than sports bras, great support, and pretty reasonably priced: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CQPPLZA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I wore this labor gown for my whole induction, labor, and unexpected c-section. I was able to get my epidural with it on, and all the other sensors and monitors. I’m a size 18/20 when not pregnant and wear a 40L or 40HH bra and the L/XL fit me.
It was really nice to have my own gown. I had read a post where a woman said that she felt no wearing a hospital gown, put her in better head space. She said a hospital gown brings up feelings of Illness, helplessness and submissiveness. I think she’s on to something.
To the hospital I wore just maternity leggings, tank top and sweater. Which I changed out of when I got there. On the way home, I wore my maternity leggings and a tank top. Although, after the C-section, I wish I had something more stable on my belly. All the road bumps made for an uncomfortable ride home.
I bought this one in black on amazon and it’s not expensive. I loved that it was sleeveless and soft. It has snaps all down down back and at the shoulders so the hospital staff had access to everywhere.
I bought a black sleeveless labor gown on amazon and I 1000% recommend it. I was much more comfortable in my own clothes. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01D8XG0OK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_YV4M6V74WM2AMN0FP3DA?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I like the Kindred Bravely ones because they have a “busty” option and Bravado Seamless Nursing Bra also has a “full cup” version. ASOS has some fuller bust options too which I got on sale. Knowing what I know now tho, I would buy one or 2 cheap bras because I sized up like 3 times since becoming pregnant. Went from E to F to G and H. I even have some I’s. Not as large as you but I ran i to the same issue. I currently wear some cheap Amazon ones to use w my portable pump and I think they’re comfortable and supportive enough. I’ll link them here.
Edit: Forgot to say these are all wireless. The only wired nursing bra I own is from Thirdlove and they only go up to H :/
I was a 36h pre-pregnancy. When I started busting out of my normal bras I bought these. The xl fits nicely on me. The 2x is too big in the band. I wanted kindred bravely, but couldn't justify the price.

15w here. I like this bra:

And this belly band:

This has allowed me to continue to wear my normal clothes. Luckily most of my shirts have loose stomachs as I didn’t love showing off my fluff prepregnancy so I will be able to wear a lot of them for a while!
I bought the 3 pack on Amazon twice! HOFISH 3PACK Full Bust Seamless Nursing Maternity Bras Bralette S-XXL with Extra Bra Extenders & Clips https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EFNPD7W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_F4BME3GTMXVKCDXZJ00F
These are the ones: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EFNPD7W/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_881C32C2MAKNY433WT9S?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 1000% more comfortable than Kindred Bravely and just as good, if not better. Size up!
I got these while I was pregnant and am still using them now 6 mo post partum for bf. They are sooooo comfy and convenient. I got xxl and I’m a similar size. They come with extensions but I didn’t need them.

I bought 1 of these to the hospital and it was PERFECT. I loved it so much that I bought two more and had them overnighted to the hospital (I was there for a week). I thought they were great.
I loved these so much I bought a second set. Affordable and extremely comfortable. Hofish Nursing Bra Set
Just fyi, I read somewhere that Nordstrom’s will convert any bra into a nursing bra for $10. It doesn’t even have to be bought at Nordstroms.
I creeped on your profile and saw you’re about 6 weeks post partum? I’d recommend getting a stretchy one for comfort while your milk flow regulates. My size changed after awhile once things calmed down a bit. The link below are the ones I got. They’re not the highest quality, but they get the job done, are pretty comfy, and are cheap. That’s really all I’m looking for!
I just got cheap ones from Amazon. These. . Started to wear them in the third trimester, nursed for 22mo and continued to wear them for a while longer since they are comfy and my old bras weren't (never going back to underwire). Bought some new normal bras that I wore for like a month before getting pregnant again and went back to the nursing bras pretty quick lol.
I ended up buying sets in two different sizes which is also nice to have 🙂
This Hofish 3 pack from Amazon is amazing- I have two sets to never be without. HOFISH 3PACK Full Bust Seamless Nursing Maternity Bras Bralette S-XXL with Extra Bra Extenders & Clips https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CQPPLZA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_EQ406VZAR3FKY2VZ859G Size up, I was a 34c pre-pregnancy and now a large with the fullness. I can operate the clasp AND strap one-handed on the same side
I packed a whole carry on size suitcase and used almost nothing. What I did use: toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, face wash), nipple cream, phone charger, one outfit for baby going home, going home outfit for me and this hospital gown. https://www.amazon.com/Baby-Be-Mine-Delivery-Maternity/dp/B01D8XG0OK/ref=mp_s_a_1_7?crid=1BXR8FUA420G0&keywords=hospital+gown+labor+and+delivery&qid=1642212001&sprefix=hospital+gow%2Caps%2C147&sr=8-7
I wore the gown a couple hours after giving birth. It was nice to be in an actual dress so I didn’t feel so exposed but still gave the nurses access when they were checking me. Baby was in a diaper and swaddle the whole time we were in the hospital. The hospital also provided all the diapers, wipes, pads etc that we needed.
